WHAT HINDUS MUST DO NOW PART II TIME IS NOW -IT IS NOW OR NEVER 1. INTRODUCTION.

. The condition of the BhaaratVarshhas been deteriorating from 9 th century since the Moguls commenced their onslaught with their victory in first Panipat War. Since then, the looting of this golden land has been continuing on and on in various forms. The latest form of such loot is the Secularism without any secular values in it. Different rules for various communities on the basis of religions, caste etc.,are dividing the country like never before. The caste system proved to be a fine mechanism thatworked well to build a nation, a community and a seamless society. The corrupt natures of the human mind lead to systematic decay in to the valueless society from a well-defined people with time. This change to the evil was catapulted by the foreign invasions and subsequently by the British divisive rule in more and more organized way through the thorough study of the Indian system. Let us understand the systematic decay of value based Indian society which once was the foundation of the Bhaarath . 2. FOREIGN INVASIONS. (a) WHY DID THEY INVADE?. Indian subcontinent was always remained an easy target because of her diverse nature and her brim filled wealth. Whereas other regions in the world, either arid or deprived of the natures gift like minerals and other rare things existed in the subcontinent. The very formation of Islam itself was to avenge against their enemies in their place of birth. Advent of the idea of Christ and the industrialization forced the western brutals to trumpet their ignorant supremacy on the other side of the world. The industrialization forced the west to think that their values were the best in the world. The idea of country and religions were always created to rule the mind of people either by fear or by the ideas/religion. Thats why there were no idea of unified country in Bharat Subcontinent. There are some religions which are created by the fear of god and the punishment if the humans dont follow the way. In the subcontinent ,there were nobound rule of religion/rite of the religion. But it was sointerwined with the life, such that there was no life without religion. In other hand , All the wars in the world speaks either for mens greed to land or for the intolerance of religious ideology. More over, Take the religions which was formed out of fear always attempted to control the people and the country through sword then through the force insertion of religious ideology. When the desired effect was not achieved by the sword alone the worship places was razes down to earth to instill the fear in the mind of the other infidels/ignorants (as the Muslims and the Christians called the people of any country they invaded for money and other resources).Since advent of the Monotheistic religions, there were continuous attempts to proselyte the people of other region under various methods covert or overt. Fine example for the same was the evangelisation of the Europe and spread of Muslim fundamentalism in the other part the world.

(b)

WHY THEY FAILED?.

MUSLIM TARGET MUSLIMS.Though the invaders have been very strong and focused to make the regions they invaded as their harem or as their colony.Letus see first what Muslim invaders did to our country. They came and saw the richness of the Golden bird called Bharat. They could not stomach the rich way of living in the subcontinent AND THEY WANT O SATY HERE FOREVER. The understood that the religion and the temple were the sole reason for the rich and full life lead by then Indians who were Pagans. So,the Muslims developed a high loathing towards the temples which were the back bone of the Indians society. Hence they razed the temples as they grow in Indian subcontinent. The number of temples razed by the mugal rulers cannot be counted. And the number of Hindus killed by the Mugals for refusing to convert under the sword also not be counted .However it was estimated as 80 Millions by the later age historians.Even then8 centuries they could not make this KarmaBhumi as their Harem. Why did the Moguls fail?. It needs very deep thinking of the societal fabric of those days. Temple by temple as they razed, the temple rose back with outfail.Awell known example for the same is Gujarat Somanath Temple. There rested a BIG question of HOW and WHY?. Despite the rulers were Muslims who were fully hostile against any infidel place of worship being built. Here is the foundation of the ancient Sanatana Dharma society

Temples removed again and again but the society which raised temples again again to maintain the societal cycle, because the education system was not complete with out the element spiritualism which proved valueable and indispensable over the time. Though the Mugal rule ended , many muslims despite they being once convert from the Hindu Indians their efforts are still going on and on to sustain their on slaughter efforts blindly. CHRISTAINS. The Portuguese found their way to in the Bharat in the late fourteenth century and did the same what the Muslims tried to do and failed from Ninth century.

Then, the Dutch and British came to India, though their aim was to get the raw materials to support their industrials revolutions eventually their aim changed into complete evangelisation left over by their pioneers so as to ensure their continued presence in the region. They tried to educate the aboriginals off their ignorance of superstitions. Here I recollect a saying The superstition is the name given by the ignoarants to their ignorance But their exposure to the Indian rich societal values shaken their self assumed false supremacy due to their industrial revolution. The British learned from the mistakes of the Portuguese and the Muslims and tried to break the social fabric which maintained the unbeatable society in a different way. They studied the ways of the Indians and tried to divide the well knight society in a decisive way. They wanted to instill their western doctrines through any means so as to make the Indians feel inferior of their own way of life and practices which sustained them for centuries. The British though highly brutal in their motto, their means ensured the systematic degeneration of the age old Gurukul education and wanted to make slaves by thought and means of living. They unlike the brute Muslims and Portuguese they attacked the very root of the societal value - the education system and cut the channel of education by which the values were passed onto the generations by thetraditionalAcharyas and Upadhyayars. They removed the very basic of indians society- The Gurukuls out of the society and replace the same by the missionary run school to teach the pseudo valuesin the Dharmic society. BRITISH TARGET

The treacherous British realized that they could not rule for ever over Indians if the Indians continued their way of living and education. Thus they devised the ideas to polarize the society in many ways like caste and geographical divide like North as Aryans and South as Dravidians. In addition they bemused the Indians with their

developed Industrials might forcing the Indians to accept their supremacy over the traditional ways of fullness. They preached and divided the Indians by Aryans Invasion Theory and increased the Caste difference in the society by indicting knowledge rich traditional Gurujis for all the societal disparity. Thus setting the Indians against Indians by many ways and seeded the hatred amongst the innocent brothers. Then they razed not the temples but the Gurukuls which was the CENTRE of entire society and implanted the seed of making slaves in Indians who can be like them in taste in thought and deeds and who detest their own identity as pure Indians. The British did change in education system so such that the slave elite Indians who will continue their unfinished their job in India by Victorian Sinful values in the future. 3. POST INDEPENDENCE WILL OR NO WILL FOR THE BHARAT. When the British left, they transferred power to those who were more British than the originals in taste and thinking. Since then rulers (Pseudo Secular Nehruvian Family) never bothered to neither to restore the lost societal values by builtingGurukuls nor to industrialise the country in order to empower the country in the modern way as west preceived.Instead they did open the gate of the country to the modern enslavers in the form of Trade and the Direct Investments form the more foreign powers to siphon the wealth to the outside western Masters. The country missed industrialization before globalization because of the self centered rulers of the independent India . So we as a country will continue to chase the mirage of the Western Valued Development (Vikas). In ancient India development had a different meaning related to inner growth which attracted the whole world to India to seek the inner peace and inclusive growth .In the other hand what the organisedindian government efforts towards the hindu temples which were systematically razed by the foreign rulesrover centuries is clearely explained in AnnnexureA. Today as a country, we neither do anything to improve the industry nor to improve the spiritual education so as we Indians actually show the correct path to the world which is madly on the way to destruction with out understanding the balance of the nature. In the domestic front , the brown British rulers did not make any efforts to make the country better neither in industrialization nor in spiritual education but they continued to divide the country further into religion, language, caste, rich and poor. Its six decades after independence we are still slaves in language, thoughts and culture in an independent country to the West.Inaddition, weae aiming at decaring the vedic language like Sanskrit, Tamil as dead language where as the west is trying to identify the secret of the vedic literature by setting up universities and research studies. What is happening in our country? NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND. YET.??????????? 4. WHY NO TO CONVENT EDUCATION-ANYTHING CHURCH RELATED?. THEY USE SCHOOLS FOR SOUL HARVESTING (APPNEDIX A) Courtesy Crusade Watch. The British thinkers like Mr. Macaulay who traversed across the length and width of the country and found that the backbone of the India is the traditional but very superior educational system which stood the butchery of many invaders in the past. Thus, they formulated the idea of replacing the education system which was way superior to theirs and teaches all aspects of life not just read and write. The Macaulay knew if Indians continued their own way of education, then the whites could never have the supremacy they desired. Thats why thousands of schools were built all across India under patronage of British in the process of making every Indians feels inferior of his own way of living and his traditional values. Even in the remotest of the villages you can find an educational infrastructure standing from British times. Thats not that they were bothered to educate all Indians but they were more worried to provide alternate to the Gurukuls then existed

in every part of India. The establishment of the Christian Churches and schools in India were intrinsically part of the European colonial enterprise. Its history is shocking for its violence and duplicity. Read the letters of St. Francis Xavier or the diary of AnandaRangaPillai. The Indian church today is not so much different from the original 17th century Portuguese church that created it. It is very wealthy and corrupt and politically ambitious. But it has learned the propaganda value of social service and is making a great effort to disassociate itself from its colonial origins. This involves a lot of deceit, of course, and a massive cover-up of past evil deeds. 5. PROVIDING IDEALS FROM INDIA FOR CONVERSION. The whole idea of the baptism of Tiruvalluvar and martyrdom of St. Thomas is a gross perversion of history. It is a grave injustice to the Hindu community that has offered refuge to persecuted Christian refugees down through the ages. It is Hindus who have been martyred by these same Christian refugees starting in the 7th, 8th and 9th centuries when Syrian and Persian immigrants destroyed temples to build their seven and a half St. Thomas churches in Malabar. It is Hindus who were martyred in Goa by Catholic inquisitors and in Madras by Jesuit, Franciscan, and Dominican priests who operated under the protection of the Portuguese. And it is Hindus who are martyred today by the Christian churches and the secular press who support them, including the BBC and CNNall of whom have mounted a base campaign of vilification and calumny against Hindu religion and society. The Portuguese entombed the Vellangkanni Amman Temple near Nagapattinam and turned it into the famous Velankanni church called Our Lady of Health Basilica. The Jesuits destroyed the VedapuriIswaran Temple in Pondicherry and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception now sits on the site. The list is very long. Christians were destroying temples along with the Muslims.Christian missionaries and Marxist intellectuals have a mantra: There is nothing Hindu in Hindustan and nothing Indian in India. According to them everything of value in Indian civilization came from outside, from someplace beyond the pale of Sindh. They are aware of the Hindus low self -esteem and seek to undermine it further.Hindubhaktas direct their love and devotion to Shiva and Murugan, Vishnu, Krishna and Rama, not to Jesus. Jesus has failed in India! And failed and failed and failed again in India!.They want to accomplish the unfinished task when they ruled this Bharat Varsha.Christianity is a simple personality cult with an elitist ideology. It can be insinuated into any open society. It is parasitical in nature and feeds on the spiritual and cultural body of the society it invades. In the process it destroys the invaded culture and absorbs it into itself. This is what happened in Pagan Europe.Hindusdo not understand this process because Hinduism is spiritually self-sufficient and does not require outside nourishment. At the same time Hindus are flattered by the attention given to their religion and culture by Christian operators and are vulnerable to their overtures. 6. WHAT DO THEY LEARN IN AN CONVENT?.When the teachers trffic kids for money from one region to other Appendix B. The teaching of testaments instills fears of God to the young ingnorant Hindu kids. The kids are being programmed from their childhood itself to accept their (Western) supremacy as religion and racial superiority. What christianity is doing to mankind is lightly explicited in the Appendix-C.What is the outcome in the long run of Christian no value education are (a) No respect for the elders- increase in number of old age homes. (b) No or Negligible Societal responsibility.

(c) Intolerance amongst the people. (d) Murder/Suicidal tendencies in the raise. (e) Success in life is measured in terms of wealth only. (f) Human values are in the free fall. (g) Selfishness. (h) Club and Living-in Culture without Family Values. (i) Cultural Decay- APENDIX Dby One who loves indian culture more than many Indians (j)

7. WHAT TO DO IN THE CURRENT SCENARIO?. The British rulers systematically replaced the Gurukuls to make us accept their supremacy. The amount of money being pumped into our country to sustain their efforts started by the British rulers is phenomenal through foreign aid(You can see in FCRA reports avilableonline). The full circle of our society is not complete with out people being educated in our value based education. The temple money goes to the state and state does nothing to make the circle complete. Because there is no national will to restore what we lost over the centuries of foreign rule. But as proud inheritors of the Sanathana Dharma what we have done so far to need to complete the societal circle. But the required change can be done by every one who has the DNA (Gene) of proud Indian as we can not expect the same from the secular rulers of the contemporary India. Here are some agendas to complete the ancient circle (a) Need to build schools in all temples in every village. (b) Do not send the children to Missionary run School. (c) Learn the English language as a medium of communication not as a superior language. (d) Lay importance to our mother tongue which has along traditional values. (e) Built one Health Centre in every villages.

IF The existing system continuous, NOT only India looses its face as a self sufficient country but also will never create a thinking man as in earlier times .Because, the current education system instills not the values, confidence and self esteem which is needed in over all growth of the children.Instead there is a systematic enculturation of constant fear of life and the feeling of guilty siners as prophesed by the BIBLE.

APPENDIX A
Our Public Schools Their Mission Field

Posted February 22, 2011 By Smt Valerie Tarico Crusade Watch

The Gospel has been taught freely in public schools all over the world for some time. Now children in the U.S. have that opportunity, too! from the Child Evangelism Fellowship website

A fundamentalist Christian organization, Child Evangelism Fellowship, has recently ramped up their presence on public grade school campuses. They are emboldened by a supreme court decision that said, to paraphrase: if schools lease facilities to anyone they cant exclude religious groups like CEF. Clarence Thomas, who wrote the majority opinion, asserted that the establishment clause was not at issue, because CEF activities were clearly distinguished from school sponsored activities. But are they? Can children in first grade really tell the difference? Or has CEF crossed a line? In this interview, a Seattle parent, John Lederer, talks about what happened at his daughters school.

Why dont you start by telling us what Good News Clubs are. Its easiest if I simply quote from their website: Good News Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship in which trained teachers meet with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes, just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet. Each week the teacher presents an exciting Bible lesson using colorful materials from CEF Press. This action-packed time also includes songs, Scripture memory, a missions story and review games or other activities focused on the lessons theme.

What is their goal? Child evangelism 24/7Their mission speaks for itself: CEF is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living.. . . As with all CEF ministries, the purpose of Good News Club is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.. . . Each club includes a clear presentation of the Gospel and an opportunity for children to trust Jesus as Saviour.

These folks see the public elementary schools as a great vast recruiting ground. Currently they have 140 Good News Clubs in Washington State, 100 in public elementary schools. Their goal is to double that. They say currently one out of ten children currently has access to Good news club; they are shooting for one in five. They claim to have 3400 of these Good News Clubs in public elementary schools all around the country. Some fundamentalist parents may like having their child receive religious instruction after school, but, frankly, that is not the mission of the organization.

Yikes. So what exactly do they do to evangelize and disciple children? If you ask, they wont share the curriculum or lesson plans. The materials are tightly held, so parents dont have a good idea of what this is. They had posted that parents are welcome, so we sat in on two of their sessions and saw some stuff that was not actually kosher. Then they told us that we were no longer welcome.

They teach a very fairy tale version of the Christian faith. For example, they give the kids little puzzle toys that are fun to play with but really it is a wordless tract. A black heart shows the original sin in each child, gold is heaven, a red cross represents the blood of Christ, a white heart represents the pure child who has found salvation. My kid played with it for 20 minutes. I didnt tell her what it is supposed to represent. The idea is that the kids bring it to school and other kids ask about it.

These kids are easy to manipulate. Cake, cookies, balloons are very attractive to them. They use enticements like these to get children to say to their parents, Can I go? Children cant tell the difference between good news club and school sponsored activities like chess club.

I take it you are not a fan of religion. On the contrary. We are an interfaith family, and we regularly attend Trinity United Methodist Church with our children. But as parents, we want to be the ones who teach our children about spiritual matters. I resent that there is an organization trying to go around me and recruit my child through her peers in her school to forms of belief that we do not share. They are interfering with what that first spiritual learning is going to be, which I believe should be between a parent and child.

How did you get caught up with this issue? In November or December of 2008, my daughter was in 1st grade. I was on the playground volunteering, and another parent said, Did you know that there was this evangelical group running a program out of the school? They had sent a flyer home by kid mail. I was surpri sed. I

thought it was illegal. Why were they showing up in my childs school? When I read their mission statement and values and principles it was clear that this was a very theologically conservative, right wing and evangelical form of Christian faith. My initial concern wasnt that they existed but that they had targeted my childs school and my child is only 6 years old. They are targeting very very young children.

But they are renting the space, right? Isnt that what the supreme court approved? Well, thats another story. In Seattle, all of this is being subsidized by us the tax payers because they get the space for free. Two policies apply: Religious groups can rent facilities but need to pay the rates prescribed. Religious activities cant be held during school hours except in areas that have been leased. But Community use by certain groups that are engaged in youth character building youth sports, YMCA, . . . boys and girls club are able to use school facilities after hours at no charge. So in their application they called it building character in children with biblical principles. Initially it was classified as a religious organization. Then it was reclassified. They claimed to be child character building and the district never asked to see the curriculum. The district made their decision on the basis of not wanting to be sued. This has happened repeatedly across the country. The CEF website says explicitly that they are about religious instruction, which means that providing space for free, subsidizing their facilities costs, is a tacit endorsement of their teachings.

How can this Not be an issue of church state boundaries? There is an actual supreme court decision that made this possible in 2001. In a nutshell, prior to 2001 a religious organization couldnt rent space at a public school and provide religious education. That was seen to be in violation of the establishment clause of the constitution. In 2001, a decision was written by Clarence Thomas in a case known as Good News Club vs. Milford School District. It was a six to threedecision, but there were five separate opinions among the nine judges. They couldnt agree about how to justify their decisions. The basic finding was that if a school district makes its facilities available to community organization they cant discriminate. It doesnt raise an establishment clause issue because there was no way that any of the students, staff or parents could perceive that it was endorsed by the school. It was held after school, no teachers involved, no staff involved, no way that anyone could think it was a school or PTA activity. For that reason the establishment clause was irrelevant. Since the decision that part of his reasoning has been ignored by the actions of CEF.

Are they in violation of the Supreme Court decision and the establishment clause? Child Evangelism Fellowship recruitingCEF has systematically violated all of the conditions of the supreme court decision. They clearly are not about character education they are about reaching children who are unchurched and bringing them into their belief system. In this mission, they try to leverage the legitimacy of the school setting. By putting fliers in kids back packs they are clearly using the schools communication channels. By trying to put an Ad in the

PTA auction book at our school they tried to use the other vehicles of the school to legitimize what they are doing and to integrate it with the schools activities.

But the third and most egregious example of overstepping at Loyal Heights was when the leader of the Good News Club began volunteering in a kindergarten classroom four days per week. This person, who didnt have a child in the school, who was leading the Good News Club on Fridays was present in the kindergarten classroom, presumably so she could identify students who she might be able to recruit and build relationships with them. A kindergartener cant tell the difference between a teacher and a volunteer. Both are authority figures who they implicitly trust. So, from the perspective of the students it was a clear violation of the principle that it needs to be separate. There should be no chance of confusion about whether it is part of a school.

What can school districts do about this? One thing the school could do is insist that all parents have full access to the curriculum. Child Evangelism Fellowship claims that no child ever participates without a written permission from their parents. This was cited in the 2001 decision: its all voluntary. But there is no school district in the country that is actually enforcing that, and the way that materials are safeguarded means that there is no way for parents actually to give informed consent. Heres what I would recommend at the district level:

- Policies prohibiting participation by teachers, volunteers and staff in the CEF activity at the same school where they work.

- The enforcement of policies that prohibit school staff and volunteers, when on the job, from speaking or acting in a manner that can be easily perceived as promoting or endorsing religious instruction or practice.

- Policies that prohibit CEF from using school and PTA communication vehicles to promote their activity, or from sponsoring school activities.

- Enforcement of student anti-harassment policies that protect students from aggressive proselytizing.

- Assurances that the CEF, as a religious organization, will pay for the use of the space they occupy, and that Good News Club meetings occur well after the end of the school day.

- Assurances that interested parents will have access to the CEF curriculum for inspection and that their meetings will be open to all students and parents.

What can parents do? Here are the recommendations we came up with out of the Loyal Heights experience.

* Review the CEF curriculum. This allows parents who may be thinking of participating in the CEFs activity to make an informed decision about whether the program comprises the initial religious and moral indoctrination they want for their children. * Review and understand those school district policies and procedures that can help ensure that CEFs religious activity are separated from the school administration, operations, and instructional program. If necessary, push for revision of those policies and procedures. * Be watchful and ensure that students are not subjected to pressure or harassment with regard to their religious beliefs and practices while at school. Report incidents to the school administration. * Try to convince other parents that while CEF may have a legal right to rent space at a public elementary school, their activity is best suited for a neighborhood church or similar location. Offer to assist CEF in moving their activity to a nearby location. * Speak up and make your concerns known to other parents, school staff, and CEF leadership.

Has pushing back worked for you and the parents at Loyal Heights? Well, at my daughters school they now meet in a portable. They no longer advertise on campus. They dont give out t-shirts for kids to wear to recruit other kids. I see this as a clear effect from the parents getting organized. They may now actually be serving families who share their beliefs. But I fear that its a temporary victory. They are going to wait us out. They will once again want to put up their balloons, their signs, and do all of the things they arent allowed to do.

APPENDIX B PASTORS TRAFFICKING NE CHILDREN FOR CHURCH GRANTS AND FOREIGN DONATIONS Posted September 11, 2010 Aug 6, 2010 The Times of India Promising proper education, pastors are trafficking children from the north-eastern states to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka with an oblique motive to get grants from churches and abroad, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights said in a damning report to the Supreme Court. Inquring into recent rescue of hundreds of children trafficked from the NE states and housed in Homes illegally run by pastors in the southern states, NCPCR found that girls were even asked to give massage to the directors of these Homes and molested. Analysing the situation in a detailed report, NCPCR said insurgency coupled with the virtual absence of government officials at the sub-district and block level to address the education, health and developmental problems have made the entire north-east an easy hunting ground for middlemen to lure out children from parents in the name of providing them proper education. \"All-out effort are being made by pastors and other category of persons who are reaching out to source areas through middlemen for getting children in order to obtain financial support from churches within the country or donations from outside,\" the NCPCR said in response to a direction from the apex court to inquire into the incidents. The source areas for the pastors are Tamnglong, Senapati, Chandel, Bishnupur, Churachandpur and Imphal in Manipur, North Cachar Hills in Assam and Meghalaya. The destination states are TN, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. \"The main reason for children being sent out by the poor parents to far off places in southern states is due to their high expectation of quality education for their children which is not available at their own places,\" the Commission said.

The other main reasons for the parents agreeing to send their children far away were no easy access to schools; lack of basic infrastructure such as road connectivity, power and hospitals; insurgency and lack of a sense of security among parents to send children walking to schools; poor financial status of parents preventing them from putting children in boarding schools; and absence of governance
in sub-district and block level to address education, health and developmental problems of vulnerable families. This provides a perfect opportunity for middlemen to exploit the situation and is being taken advantage of by pastors. But, the children get caught between the devil at home and the deep sea in the Homes in southern states, NCPCR said.

\"Mostly these children from north-east who are brought to TN and Karnataka are put in Tamil and Kannada-medium schools for study. It is not easy for these children to have education in the languages which are not spoken in their states,\" the Commission said. Apart from giving a series of recommendatory directions to the NE states to improve the educational and health facilities, NCPCR asked the Union HRD ministry to supply data about the number of schools and hostels in the north-east currently occupied by the armed forces. While asking the HRD ministry to open KendriyaVidyalayas, NavodayaVidyalayas and model schools in the affected areas, the Commission said the Union home ministry must ensure that \"the para-military forces vacate the schools and hostels occupied by them and submit an action taken report within two months to the SC\".

APPENDIX C WHAT CHRISTIANITY IS DOING TO MANKIND NAMASKAR I would like all my Christian and Hindu friends to watch the critically acclaimed movie AGORA starring Rachel Weisz, directed by Alejandro Amenabar. It details how the last Roman pagans were persecuted by the growing Christian population. The very first thing that the Christians did was to burn the library at Alexandria, which was not a pagan temple, but simply the greatest center of learning in the Roman world, showing the Christians could not even tolerate KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM after this, all the statues of the pagan gods and goddesses were defiled and broken. Further, the pagans were not allowed to bow down to any pagan GOD. After most of the pagans were converted, either by force or pressure, the Christian priests began their massacre of the tiny Jewish community. Not being content with even that, the leader of the Christian priests, CRYIL, who had fanned the hatred towards the Jews earlier, now turned to his own congregation and warned the Christian men from ever listening to their women, saying the Bible relegated the women to a secondary place, that even GOD preferred men to women, etc provoking the Christians to murder the great lady teacher, mathematician and astronomer Hypatia, who had not converted to Christianity. Earlier, her own close Christian friends said that they could only protect her if she converted to Christianity, which she refused. Finally she was stoned to death. This same priest, Cryil, later became St.Cryil just like Father Xavier, who killed so many Hindus in Goa, later became known as St.Xavier. What started with Christianitys dealings with the pagan Romans, as detailed in the historical film above, extended to Christianitys dealings with all the ancient communities of the world the Mayans, the Aztecs, the Incas, the American Indians, the Aborigines, the African indigenous faiths.in Mexico, the Christian missionaries burnt all the indigenous books, claiming that they were uncivilized and against their faith. In India, North-East Indian tribals have lost most of their culture. Compare that with Hindu tribals today, tribals in Chhatisgarh or Orissa, in Maharashtra or Kerala worship mainstream Hindu deities, and yet also worship their own tribal deites. Tribals have not lost their identity or culture. One may even compare with Indias influence over South-East Asia. Even though Cambodian, Indonesian, Malaysian and Thai cultures were heavily influenced by Hinduism, it always retained a strong local flavor. Compare it with the Christian Philippines, where the people wholly follow Spanish / American culture Sorry to say, Christianitys contact has been one of pure destruction and forced assimilation No wonder, many European people are taking renewed interest in their ancient cultures, and many are giving up Christianity No wonder, across the tribal belts and other parts of India, many thousands of Christians are returning back, and will return back to their ancestral Hindu faith because Christianity is totally alien to the Indian culture and traditions..

APPENDIX-D

HOW INDIA IS LOSING ITS CULTURE byfrancoisgautier Democracy in India has been hijacked. It takes a fortune to be elected. Politicians, elected by and for the people, once they are locked in the ivory tower that is Delhi, forget all about the people. What is it that which India is fast losing as you read this article? Its culture. Entire patches in the northeast are being converted to Christianity. Missionaries tell tribals that it is sinful to enter a temple, women are asked not to wear bindis, and children are taught to look down on their culture as animist or heathen. India is fast losing communal harmony. Today, even the Sikh community feels it wants to separate from its Hindu brothers, and Christians and Muslims are encouraged to look down upon Hindus. In the Indian media, there is a witch hunt against gurus, a deriding and mocking of Indian spirituality, a marginalizing of Hinduism and Hindus, who constitute the immense majority in India and are a billion worldwide, one of the most law-abiding, religious, educated, affluent communities in the world. More and more, Indian television particularly, but also newspapers and magazines, are casting a look on India that is not only very critical (if you open any newspaper nowadays, you can only end up depressed), but which in its very nature is a Western look -- which judges India according to Western standards.India's intellectuals defend an artist who paints one of the most revered ancient Hindu gods doing unmentionable things to a Hindu goddess. Someone who is part of a diabolical plot to kill Indian leaders and storm Parliament gets the benefit of the doubt from the same intelligentsia in the vision particularly, but also newspapers and magazines, are casting a look on India that is not only very critical (if you open any newspaper nowadays, you can only end up depressed), but which in its very nature is a Western look -- which judges India according to Western standards. India's intellectuals defend an artist who paints one of the most revered ancient Hindu gods doing unmentionable things to a Hindu goddess. Someone who is part of a diabolical plot to kill Indian leaders and storm Parliament gets the benefit of the doubt from the same intelligentsia in the name of judicial correctness. Some Indians are more and more divided. Instead of feeling first Indians, they feel they are first Muslims and then Indians, first Dalits and then Indians, first Christian and then Indians. This is a dangerous trend and it spells the death of the minimum unified nationalistic pride that can take a country forward. Instead, Indians today take pride in melting abroad, or adopting a 'secular' creed, which basically makes them soul-less and identity-less, however brilliantly they ape the West. As a foreigner who loves India, I feel that this blind copying of the West's ignorant and doubting mind, the aping of whatever is has proved wrong in the West - wild consumerism, or savage capitalism - will be a tragedy for India. The Westernization of India must not be at the cost of her culture and spirituality. Yet, there are signs that it is already happening here.

Annexure A THE THREAT AGAINST HINDU TEMPLES AND VEDIC CULTURE IN INDIA

This article shows how the Indian government is purposely jeopardizing the future of Hindu temples.

With a little attention, anyone can see how Hindu institutions and Hinduism in India are unfairly targeted by a combination of vote bank politics and unscrupulous politicians and businessmen. Particularly alarming is the destruction of Hindu institutions and the illegal mass conversions by other religions. Through the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act (HRCE Act) of 1951, state governments have appointed managers to the boards of temples in the name of better administration, while mosques and churches are completely autonomous. This Act allowed the state governments and politicians to take over thousands of Hindu temples and maintain complete control over these temples and their property. Many abuses are committed by multiple state governments using the power accorded through this Act. Then they can sell the temple assets and properties and use the money in any way they choose. Often the temple and the devotees who patronize them do not see any of the money, nor does it come back to assist the Hindu community to which the temple belongs. Some of this money is that which is directly donated by the pilgrims and devotees who attend the temple, given for the temple upkeep, or for the priests and deities. However, some of the money is disbursed by the government for ulterior causes or to other non-profit organizations based on political connections. In Andhra Pradesh under the Chief Minister, tens of thousands of acres of temple lands are sold away leaving temples with little economic basis. This is done without the permission of the local Hindu community. The state government and the endowments department, whose duty is to safeguard the temple properties, have turned a blind eye to such encroachments or take overs of temple properties. The state government recently went to the extent of regularizing encroachments at nominal prices. These encroachments are often found to be closely associated to various political parties. In Andhra Pradesh, Hindu temples, institutions, and Hinduism itself are illegally targeted by the crusade of the government. Under the Temple Empowerment Act, about 34,000 temples had come under government control. Only 18% of the revenue of these temples is said to be given back for temple purposes, while the remaining 82% is used for other things by the government at their discretion. Such looting, massive sale of temple lands, demolition of temples, encroachments of temple properties, and the utilization of aggressive religious conversion tactics by Christians in the vicinity of temples is occurring all over Andhra Pradesh. The government, which is supposed to be a protector has become a destroyer of the culture, which threatens the very existence of Hindu institutions. Only after large public protests has the state government given back a majority of the temples, yet the most profitable were still kept under state control. Even the world famous sacred temple at Tirumala-Tirupati is not spared. This temple collects over Rs. 3,100 crores (tens of millions) every year, and the state government has not denied the charge that as much as 85% of this is transferred to the state exchequer, much of which goes to causes that are not connected with the Hindu community or Vedic temples. The government also attempted to take over 5 out of 7 Tirumala hills for churches and tourism for the profit of development companies and other affiliates not connected with the temple. The 1000 pillar Mantapam hall was illegally demolished. Recently, in response to Sri Chinnajeeyar Swamis petition, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has declared the demolition illegal and instructed the

TTD management at Tirupati to reconstruct it. If anyone has seen the Tirupati temple and the difference there is without the 1000 pillar hall, it is shocking. The Andhra Pradesh government also allowed the demolition of at least 10 temples for the construction of a golf course. Imagine the outcry, protests, and riots that would have happened if that would be suggested for a mosque. The son of the Chief Minister even blew up the Sunkulamma Hindu Temple in Anantapur, and his brother, by constructing his own building, has encroached on Gurukula trust lands worth crores (tens of millions) of rupees. While taking extra precautions to protect churches and mosques with money from the state treasury, the government has been selling or donating, for various government schemes and non-Hindu purposes, tens of thousands of acres of temple lands worth thousands of crores of rupees that are meant for the perpetual sustenance of the temples. This will irreparably cripple these Hindu institutions. Of course, that seems to be part of the plan. The temples and Maths that did not earlier come under government supervision are taken into government control for selling away their lands. The State Endowment Board with 77,000 employees, all of whom are supported by 15-18 percent of the income from 33,000 temples, has done little for the welfare of the Hindu institutions. At the same time, priests of temples are penniless and temples are decaying due to lack of maintenance. Hindu priests do not want to train children in priestly activities for lack of economical basis. This seems to be the goal of the government to systematically wipe out Vedic culture across India. Even while this is going on, the Andhra Pradesh government pays 12,000 rupees per pilgrim for the Haj trip to Mecca each year, and is considering proposals to pay Christians for trips to Bethlehem. At the same time, the government has imposed a 50% raise on the fares of state buses on MahaShivaratri festival day, like a tax that takes advantage of the Hindu community and makes it even more difficult for them to observe their own holidays. This is not unlike the jizya tax the Muslims imposed on Hindus years ago just for being Hindus. Furthermore, the most important Hindu holidays, such as RamaNavami, are being taken off the government holiday list to be replaced by secular holidays. The net result of this strategic and planned selling of all temple properties, along with taxing the Hindu community while providing funds for Christian purposes, seems to be designed to systematically and completely cripple Hindu institutions in the state with little hope for their survival. The Andhra Pradesh government Order 21 gave crores (tens of millions) of rupees for the renovation and construction of churches, thus helping to pave the way for major Christianization of the state using illegal techniques for mass conversions. Almost all these activities are a violation of the Indian constitution that is supposed to separate the state and religion. The government also controls the media that ignore any Hindu representation. Even the rare newspapers like Eenadu that do represent the Hindu view of things are persecuted by unfair tax raids, and attempts to stop their Hindu devotional telecasts. They then use the secular news media to spread false claims of attacks on Christians by fundamentalist Hindus, and to defame popular Vedic saints who make great strides for the Dharmic cause. Their next step has been to convert movie stars to gain influential voices, and with large amounts of money buy the cooperation of more politicians. Activities in other parts of India include providing provisions to the poor, as long as they convert to Christianity. I have also seen where hospitals provide free medical care, such as for women

giving birth to babies, as long as they sign papers that say they convert to Christianity. Or new water wells established in a poor village, but in front of a church where the pastor makes sure no non-Christians are allowed to draw water. Or large corporations hire people for upper management only if they are Christian. In these and other ways, the plan is to convert with goods and allurements. Other strategies include that Hindus and tribals are told that the worship of Vedic gods is actually the worship of the devil or Satan. Or create a fear in them of hell that can only be rectified by accepting Christianity, and tell them that they remain poor because they have not converted. The newly converted are asked to make other converts, and to destroy Vedic temples to prove their dedication to their new faith. These are all strategies that often involve trickery and lies that actually go against the real teachings of Jesus. In Karnataka, for example, in 2003, as reported by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and in India Today, 79 crores ($790,000,000) was collected from about two lakh (200,000) temples. From that, temples received 7 crores ($70,000,000) for their maintenance, Muslim Madrassas and the Haj subsidy (for trip to Mecca) was given 59 crores, and churches about 13 crores. Because of tactics like this, twenty-five percent of the two lakh temples i.e., about 50,000 in Karnataka, will be closed down for lack of resources. The only way the government can continue to do this is because people have not stood up enough to stop it. In Kerala, funds from the Guruvayur temple are diverted to other government projects denying improvements to 45 Hindu temples. Land belonging to the Ayyappa temple (in Sabarimala) has been grabbed and church backed encroaches are occupying huge areas of forestland running into thousands of acres near Sabarimala. The communist state government of Kerala, which naturally has little to no respect for the Vedic culture and religion, wants to pass an ordinance to disband the Travancore and Cochin Autonomous Devaswom Boards (TCDB) and take over their limited independent authority of 1800 Hindu temples. In this way, the looting of temple finances and properties continues unabated. It is said that this state alone has 29,000 Christian missionaries and clergy and 19,000 in Muslim counterparts whose main preoccupation is conversion of Hindus. Kerala is a precursor for the state of things to come for the Hindu community in India. With a 56 percent Hindu population, it hardly controls 25 percent of the economy. The Maharasthra state government has been moving to pass a bill that would enable it to take over the 450,000 Hindu temples in the state. This would supply a huge amount of revenue to correct the states bankrupt condition after its bad economic policies. So, now that the state politicians have ruined the financial condition of the state, they want to take money from the Hindu temples and community to adjust the situation. This is but another crime against India and its Vedic culture at the hands of its incompetent political leaders. This is a precursor to repeat the process already happening in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala. Articles 25 and 26 of the Indian Constitution, which guarantees public establishment and maintenance of religious institutions and to administer such property in accordance with law, has been completely ignored toward Hindu foundations. While looting Hindu institutions, the Governments subsidizes the Hajj pilgrimage for the Muslims to the tune of Rs. 380 crores annually (including subsidy to airlines), and provides 1000 crores per year for the salary of Imams, and provides funds to churches.

You may be questioining why the same pilgrimage privileges are not given to Hindus to go to Tirupathi, Varanasi, Rameswaram, Ayodhya, Dwaraka, Badarinath, etc? It is very simple, Hindu brothers and sisters are in deep slumber. They seem to be in denial, are pacifists, and are certainly disunited. Plus, they do not seem to know what to do or what plan to use. Otherwise, why should they not stand up to demand the same privileges, or to stop this kind of unfair discrimination? The state government of Bihar has also paved the way for the loss of Rs. 2000 crores of temple owned property because of its Endowments department, according to the religious trust Administrator. In Orissa, the state government intends to sell over 70,000 acres of endowment lands from the Jagannatha Temple, the proceeds of which would solve a huge financial crunch brought about by its own mismanagement of temple assets. The state government of Rajasthan also wants to auction various Hindu temples to the highest bidder, regardless of whether they are Hindu or not. This flagrant diversion of wealth from Hindu temples is directly opposite the ideal of a secular country, and a bold travesty of the principle of separation of church and state. Why such occurrences are so often not known is that Indian media, especially the English television and press, are often anti-Hindu in their approach, and, thus, not inclined to give much coverage, and certainly no sympathy, for anything that may affect the Hindu community. Therefore, such government actions that play against the Hindu community go on without much or any attention attracted to them. If it was not for the attention drawn to these matters by such organizations as the Hindu Dharma AcharyaSabha, convened by Swami DayanandaSaraswati, or the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation in the U.S., there would probably be little organized protest of such activities against the state governments of India. However, it is because of these organizations and the volunteers who work with them that the public is being notified and called to action to do something about this. And also why Im writing about it here. In this way, the constitutional validity of the HRCE Act is being challenged. It is time that the same rights as the minority religions of India are given to the majority Hindus and followers of the ancient Vedic Dharma.

WHAT TO DO WE AS HNDUS NOW. PROTECTING VEDIC TEMPLES I order everywhere the temples pulled down and all idols broken. I know not how to describe in words the joy I feel before the spectacle of pulling down and destroying the idols. - Francis Xavier It is obvious that the current laws in the country are discriminatory and against Hindu religious institutions, and it is important that Hindus demand that the government accord Hindu institutions the same status as Muslim and Christian institutions. The existence of the Hindu majority of India is being threatened in their own homeland. Selfish politicians seem to be bent on destroying the Vedic Dharma.

It is a strange thing to see, at least for me, when the bulk of the Hindu population does not protest when a strong reaction should naturally be there. You easily see a protest against any Hindu activity from the media, the so-called secularists and intellectuals and any other antiHindus. But the Hindu majority does not speak out. This may also be due to the continued influence of a foreign rule, or a slave mentality that remains after so many generations of being dominated by outsiders. But this will not help to preserve the culture. There is a need for another leader who can help them focus their energy in a constructive way for them to rise up in a defensive manner. It may also be the result of living under a constitution that does not hold the values of the Vedic path. If the state does not recognize your personal culture as a citizen of Dharma, then you will need to fight against it. Otherwise, your own values, tradition and the Vedic path itself may begin to wane and even you will lose the rights to pass it along to your children in an effective manner. If the state is not taking care of your heritage, preserving your religion and traditions, and all the monuments or temples that are meant to uphold your culture, then you must refuse to merely be a citizen of the Republic, and be a citizen of BharataVarsha, the Vedic society. There are many intellectuals in America, I know as I am one of those who wonder why the Indian people tolerate so much while they see their culture being denigrated by their own so-called leaders, the politicians who have been voted into office. There are many Westerners that are sympathetic to the Vedic path and what it has offered. But, when they hear of the injustice within the Indian country, how others have the rights and government assisted funds to go on the Haj pilgrimage, or how minorities have rights and funds to build and operate their own schools and churches, then they wonder why do the majority Hindus tolerate this and not demand equal rights? The trouble can be found in the Indian constitution itself, which was formed by those who had less respect for Vedic society and provided laws to protect the minorities at the expense of the majority. The anti-Hindu, anti-India attitude must be changed. If we are going to see the continuation of the tradition that gave the world Yoga, then we must work against this neglect toward the profound history of India and its unique and deep Vedic tradition. Every religion should be given the same rights by establishing a uniform code of conduct that every Indian must follow, not that the Hindus are second class because the Muslims or Christians are minorities and must be offered extra rights and advantages, as outlined in the constitution. As these minorities have used these rights for their own advantages, and they have grown to a sizable society that can take care of themselves, then they no longer need these extra privileges. Thus, the constitution can be changed to provide a uniform code for everyone, and the people should demand it so that everyone can live under the same rules and laws, without some minorities having special privileges. This should be the goal of a true democracy, if that is what India is going to be. And there should be no fear to express this. This should be the goal. Otherwise, if equal rights and a uniform code are not to be found in India, then India is not a true democracy. Therefore, readers are requested not to merely stand by and hope that nothing will happen to Hindu Vedic Dharma, the culture that brought us the system of meditation, pranayama and so many other things. One thousand years of foreign rule has resulted in the loss of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the cultural loss of Kashmir. Today a half-million Kashmiri pandits are living as refugees in their own mother land for more than a decade and are dying in large

numbers. There has also been the cultural loss of the four states of northeast India which were a Hindu majority as recently as 1948. Next in line for losing its traditional culture is Andhra Pradesh. Hindus who are complacent need to understand the consequences if the current situation continues. Missionaries with the help of leftists and crooked politicians, pseudo-secularists, working in a democracy with a highly corrupt political system, a culturally deprived intelligentsia, with billions of dollars and little scruples, have the potential to convert a majority of Indias population away from the culture of their homeland in just a few years. This, along with vote bank politics, can result in complete marginalization of Hindus and the division of India. In such a situation, those who do not convert will be at an enormous disadvantage economically and spiritually. Any Hindu or Dharmist who is more concerned with himself, his family, and his own personal occupational advancement over and above his contribution to his society and culture, only decreases the future well-being of them and its traditions, and reduces his own participation in securing a positive future for them.Nowhere in the free, democratic world are the religious institutions managed, maligned, and controlled by the government, thus denying the religious freedom of the people of the country. But it is happening to Hindus in India. Government officials have taken control of Hindu Temples because they smell money in them, they recognize the indifference of Hindus, they are aware of the unlimited patience and tolerance of Hindus, they also know that it is not in the blood of Hindus to go to the streets to demonstrate, destroy property, threaten, loot, harm, and kill. They also do not vote as a block in the elections like the Christians and Muslims. The government has usurped the freedom of Hindus to manage their temples, denied their human rights, and engaged in continued discrimination of Hindus. Times have changed. The threat to the survival of Hindu civilization is real. Billions of dollars are pouring into India every year for conversion purposes to both Christian and Islamic groups. Even Mahatma Gandhi who fought all of his life for social justice and religious tolerance called religious conversions by missionaries the deadliest poison that ever sapped the fountain of truth. Many Hindus are sitting and watching the demise of their culture. Hindus should not sit quiet, but must be active. They need to contribute generously to promote their culture. They have to exercise their right to fight for their freedom. They need to express their views loud and clear. It is time for all of us to wake up and see what is happening to our Hindu culture before we lose the freedom to practice it. As I have said numerous times, the way things are going we practically have more freedom to practice the Vedic traditions in America than in India. If we are not careful, in the future we may have to import the Vedic path back to India from America. Another example of the instrumental process of losing the Vedic culture and accurate rendition of Indias past is that in 1982, the (NCERT) National Council of Educational Research and Training issued a directive for the rewriting of school texts. It stipulated that the characterization of the medieval period as a time of conflict between Hindus and Moslems is forbidden. Thus, denial of history, or negationism, has become Indias official educational policy. In this case, how will people ever understand or know of the real history of India and the trials, tribulations, and sacrifices that were made in order for their Vedic tradition to endure? Hence, every Hindu has an obligation to read and learn the history of our forefathers who were subjected to violence, cruelty, atrocities, and carnage. Such sacrifices under the torture of the invaders of

India were the only way that we still have the freedom to participate in the Vedic customs that still exist today. It is time for all Hindus and supporters of Vedic culture to stand strong for Dharma and to unite and work together to preserve and protect their culture and glorious past by consolidating their votes to remove those politicians who are not supportive of Vedic Dharma, and to bring in those who are. We must remove all superficial differences among the numerous Hindu organizations and realize that without a unified platform, all forms of discord will be taken advantage of by those who work against us and wish to see the demise of Vedic culture. This must never happen, and we can all work together to prevent it. Now is the time to work together more than ever. In conclusion, we need to understand that it is necessary for all Hindus across the globe to participate in the protection and even revival of the Hindu heritage, in freeing the temples from government control, and in bringing unity among different sects, sampradayas, and varnas or castes. There is a need in preserving and protecting the rights of Hindus in different countries, and in restoring our prestige, honor, and the essence of the Vedic tradition. Our motto should be Let us work together to protect, preserve, and promote our Vedic/Hindu culture. The point is that if Hindus do not preserve their culture, who will preserve it? If Hindus do not promote their culture, who will do it? If Hindus do not learn and practice their culture, who will do it? If Hindus do not defend their culture, who will do it? Therefore, let us all join our hands and pray that we all will serve as guardians and champions of our heritage, so that we will not be condemned or mistreated as we have in the past, and that our rights to observe our Vedic traditions will go on long into the future.
