OldWolfs Run Holistic Health Expo Terms for Application

Applications will be reviewed so that there will not be duplication of vending or services. OldWolfs Run reserves the right to refuse entry to any vendor that does not meet the event criteria. Checks will be returned to those not accepted. Application deadline is June 16th. There will e !O RE"#!$%. Vendors must provide a copy of their valid N ! !ales "a# Certi$cate of Authority to Collect !ales "a# No vendor will be accepted or allowed to operate without a valid !ales "a# %& and certi$cate. Certi$cate must be prominently displayed at booth. 'lease be prepared to set up between the hours of ()** am + ,)-* am. Cleanup will be between the hours of .)** pm and /)** pm. All vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning their booth area. All vendors will be provided with one ( foot table per booth space. Vendors are responsible for their own tablecloths0 e#tension cords and additional tables. &endor and'or (uali)ed staff must e present at all times. "he sale or free distribution of any of the following is 'RO1%2%"3&) 4ireworks and other pyrotechnics5 weapons including guns0 swords0 knives0 chemicals0 pharmaceuticals and over the counter drugs0 controlled substances and6or related paraphernalia5 pornographic literature0 photos0 $lms0 videos or other products5 and counterfeit products5 or products bearing counterfeit0 imitation or colorable trademarks0 unlicensed merchandise or other false descriptions or designations of origin or any other items that are illegal to sell in New ork !tate0 and any items actions or activities that are deemed by the manager of the show to be either a threat to the safety of the patrons or offensive to the image of OldWolfs Run will not be allowed to be displayed or sold. Open 7ames and tart6incense burners will not e allowed. Vendors who do not follow the rules listed above will be asked to leave the e#po immediately0 and will not be permitted to return. Vendors are solely liable for e8uipment 9installation0 operation0 and teardown:0 and any other personal property at the event. 2y signing this agreement the Vendor represents that he/she has insurance coverage for said items to cover loss due to vandalism, theft or any other casualty . ;oss due to $re0 theft damage0 or in<ury is the sole responsibility of the e#hibitor. %t is speci$cally agreed that OldWolfs Run and "he !aratoga City Center shall be held harmless for any claim of theft0 vandalism0 casualty0 or loss. Vendors are responsible for operating within any local0 state0 or federal guidelines or laws. The &endor shall defend* indemnif+* and hold harmless OldWolfs Run0 "he !aratoga City Center0 and their employees and agents0 from and against all claims0 damages0 losses and e#penses 9including0 without limitation0 reasonable attorney=s fees: arising out of0 or in conse8uence of0 any negligent or intentional act or omission of the Vendor and6or the Vendor=s employees or agents0 to the e#tent of the responsibility of the Vendor and6or the Vendor=s employees or agents for such claims0 damages0 losses0 and e#penses.
