ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and
Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of
date of entry. Employees of A&E Television Networks (“Sponsor”), Attention! (“Administrator”),
New Video (NVG), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers,
advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in
the same household of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 AM (ET) on
Monday September 14, 2009 and ends at 5:00:00 PM (ET) on Friday September 18, 2009.
("Promotion Period").

TO ENTER: The A&E Home Entertainment “How Bruce Lee Changed the World” Sweepstakes (“the
Sweepstakes”) is only open to followers of the official A&E Home Entertainment Twitter account,
located at http://www.twitter.com/aehomeent. To enter, begin following A&E Home
Entertainment’s Twitter account on or before September 14, 2009 and ReTweet the following
message “Follow @AEHomeEnt and RT this message for a chance to win the “How Bruce Lee Changed
the World” sweepstakes.” Limit one Entry per person, per Twitter account. Any person who
attempts to participate under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple
times in a 24-hour period will be disqualified. Use of robotic, programmed, automated or like
methods of Entry is prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes online, participants acknowledge
that they are aware of and agree with the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at: http://
www.aetv.com/corporate_privacy_policy.jsp. All entries and entry information become the
property of Sponsor.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted
by the A&E Home Entertainment on or about September 18, 2009, from among all eligible
Entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by direct message no later than
September 25, 2009, and thereafter confirmed by e-mail (if e-mail is supplied by Twitter
account). Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize : A copy of How Bruce Lee Changed the World on DVD (Approximate
retail value (“ARV”) is US $19.95). Prize is nontransferable. If Winner is unable to accept prize
for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All expenses not
specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, meals, taxes, entry/exit fees,
incidentals and other expenses that may be applicable, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Limit one prize per household.

GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, with venue and
jurisdiction in New York County, NY and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in
New York County, NY. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not
responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for any
technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers,
hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any
damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from
participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN
ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH
AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to amend,
modify or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason which impairs or affects the administration,
security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes outside control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of termination, a
notice will be posted on the promotional website and a random drawing will be held from all
eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the time of termination. In the event of a dispute
over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized
account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry (authorized account holder
being the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line
service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential Grand Prize winner must
sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Release of Publicity (where legal)
within four (4) business days of date indicated on notification materials in order to claim prize;
failure to do so may result in disqualification with an alternate winner being selected except
where prohibited by law. Noncompliance within the above-indicated time period may result in
disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All applicable federal, state and local
laws and regulations apply. Prize winners who are legal U.S. residents will be issued an IRS 1099
Income Tax Form in the amount of the Actual Retail Value of any prize accepted over $600. If
selected entrant is a Canadian resident, to be declared the winner, the entrant must correctly
answer, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed-limited
mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone. Return of any prize/prize
notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All
prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or prize component of
equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of advertised prize/prize component for any
reason. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s
name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be
bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final. Non-
compliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification. By accepting prize, winners
agree to hold A&E Television Networks, New Video, their affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers,
advertising and promotion agencies, their respective officers, employees, directors, and
representatives harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by
participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize or participation in
sweepstakes. Sponsor not responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of the
offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event
there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in
any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules
shall prevail, govern and control.
