Stalking. 1.A person is guilty of stalking if: A. %r' (a)#an is using the law to stal& and threaten #e and those who co#e in contact with #e' 8e has re"resented #y for#er husband "ro!bono for over a year and half' During this ti#e he has filed so #any #otions, #y lawyers have lost count' Additionally, he has threatened #e with conte#"t of court and to have #y child re#oved fro# #y custody countless ti#es' +here is a clear intent of using litigation to cause #e and #y child:s financial destruction which has been very successful' $ have s"ent over A200,000 on legal bills and only now, as $ a# close to ban&ru"tcy, have a lawyer re"resenting #e "ro bono' +his lawyer has already called %r' (a)#an:s: behavior an abuse of "rocess and scorched earth litigation' $t is, in fact, legal stal&ing and the da#age has been very real' .
