General

This description is valid for Material Activator SGA (Item =481_WP1). It corresponds to drawings 021.229.1100 ME page 5/32 .. 8/32 2. Interface Description is valid for "H"-level 2.1 Outputs NO = normally open NC = normally closed 2.1.1 Control Voltage Ok (NO) Signalisation of status of control voltage (e.g. fuses, protectors). This means that system is available for operation. 2.1.2 Drive on (NO) Signal that drive of activator is in operation. Signalizes activity of activator 2.1.3 No Group fault (NC) Signal that no fault is in the sub control system. Includes also drive fault of activator drive Remark: Prealarm is not available 2.2 Inputs 2.2.1 Start Release SGA General release of activator operation. This condition is valid in all modes (automatic and manual) .Remark: A remote control of SGA (= control from central control room) with start and stop is not foreseen because the activator is actuated by the assigned rotor feeders and the central control system can only inhibit the SGA operation with the start release. 2.2.2 Local Permission With this signal SGA control is enabled for manual operation. That means operation from local control box +VOB. Remark: Without local permission SGA control operates only in automatic mode according to the requirements of the associated rotor feeders 2.2.3 Release airation SGA Release of airation in automatic mode. General condition for airation in all modes. 2.2.4 Permanent airation SGA All valves are actuated at the same time as long as this signal is set to high (e.g for inertisation) 2.2.5 Prehopper release airation Rotor 481_WF1 Release of aerification in automatic mode. 2.2.6 Prehopper permanent airation Rotor 481_WF1 Permanent airation of all nozzels as long as signal is actuated (for inertization).
