The Orient Express at the Taj Palace hotel captures the mystique of the legendary train,
the Orient Express, that has been traversing Europe for over a century. Transporting in regal

by the cuisines of the countries it passes through and takes you through an interesting and
exciting route, offering you a delectable choice of hors d'oeuvres, savoury entrees, symphonie
de sorbets and an enticing spread of desserts.

Californian conservatory, with earthy

restaurant is seated under a lively
bright atrium with a fountain, which
holds the centrestage. Kafe Fontana
serves an array of food from the entire
Mediterranean region spanning
countries like Turkey, Greece,
Lebanon, Morocco, Spain, France
and Italy.

To relish authentic North Indian

cuisine in an international outfit,
visit Masala Art. The unique
grinding machines whip up fresh
masalas for each meal, adding spice
to your feasting. A glass of fresh
sugarcane juice compliments the

traditional touch. Talking of
ingenuity, here you can actually see
your meal being cooked by the chef
at a live counter and interact with
him. Masala Art has also introduced
special dishes with signature masalas.
The Doodiya Murg with burned
garlic, for instance. In a nutshell,
