Assalamualaikum and Salam 1 Malaysia. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all those who provided me the possibility to complete this assignment. A special gratitude I give to our instructor , Dr. Raja Nor Safinas, whose contribution in stimulating suggestions and encouragement, helped me to coordinate my assignment especially in writing this essay. 1.0 INTRODUCTION In this semester learning, distance learning teachers who have yet to take the MUET examination, must take a subject of General English to qualify for graduation. Distance Learning students are supplied with the module containing grammar skills and essay writing. Module is also equipped with a variety of exercises to help teachers learn individually. In addition to individualized learning, students also have to make a video recording to test their proficiency and fluency in the English language orally. There are many reasons to learn English, but because it is one of the most difficult languages to learn it is important to focus on exactly why it is you want to learn English. Here we will look at ten great reasons why English is so important. Post this list somewhere you can see it and it will motivate you to keep going even when you are tired of trying to figure out which witch is which. English is the most commonly used language among foreign language speakers. Throughout the world, when people with different languages come together they commonly use English to communicate. Why learn English when it is so difficult? Well, knowing English will make you bilingual and more employable in every country in the world. Another reason why English is so important is that it is the language of science. To excel in science you need to know English. English is based on an alphabet compared to Chinese language, it can be

learned fairly quickly. Learn English and you can then teach your children English or if they are already learning, you can now communicate with them in English. From this we can say that we need to learn English to join the advanced and developed world. Then we can say that English is a passport to successful future.

2.0 AN IDEAL TEACHER 2.1 Speech Of An Ideal Teacher Hi everybody. Assalamualaikum and very good day to my lecturer , Dr Raja Nor Safinas and my friends who is watching this video. My name is Atifah binti Tumin. Im from Malacca and Im teaching at Sekolah Kebangsaan Ayer Keroh. My major is Mathematics. I have joined the Ministry of Education almost 15 years as a teacher. My major study at UPSI is special education. In my opinion, an ideal teacher must be responsible and well-liked by the students. We will be delighted when the students respect and friendly. An ideal teacher must be accountable to the professionalism, school, and student. We have to show the responsibility to the students, themselves, the nation and career to equip ourselves be an ideal teacher.

Responsible to students . a) Carrying out our duties with dedication as enter the class on time and carry out effective teaching and learning. b) Prioritize development, welfare and safety of students. c) Teachers need to demonstrate fairness to all students regardless of race. d) Teachers need to be devoted in the course of teaching activities. e) Teachers must show a good example and role model to students.

Responsible to ourselves. a) Take care of health and hygiene at all times in order to do a good job. b) We have to be smart managing our emotion and stress. c) Teachers should be smart to manage their finances. d) An ideal teacher should equip themselves with all sorts of knowledge and method of teaching. e) Aware of current issues as well as political and economic development. f) We must have a worthwhile hobby.

Many criteria are about an ideal teacher I can tell , but I have to stop here and maybe will be continued next time. See all of you .

3.1 A Kind Of Person I Want To Be. To be a successful person in our life is not impossible for everyone . This is because every person has the opportunity to achieve success in their lives . It depends on the individual that determines how their way of life either to be successful or not. Since the young person has been taught how to succeed in school and get good results in education, managed to get into university , managed to get a cool job and more. Not the least of course I always want to be a successful person in the world and not forgetting the hereafter .It is the dream of every person to be a successful person . Every successful individual they have features that they always practice in their lives . It can be used as a guide or as we are to succeed as their role model . Knowledgeable people will always be regarded as honorable by the knowledge that someone else owns. With the knowledge of a person will be successful in this world and the hereafter. The characteristics of successful individuals they are very love of knowledge because they know with a knowledge of their life will be more successful . Way to get knowledge is to read a lot because by reading the knowledge one would ever increasing.

Each person has their own advantages in them . Therefore, we must always believe that we are also great as others . If others can be successful why we do not . All about confidence in ourself. If it is not confident with yourself we might not be able to be successful as what the dream . The success of one depends on the extent of effort to do. If already working but not the desired success as expected then do not give up quickly . People who will not easily give up its ass. We have to believe that although much work but all Allah to decide. Once you try very hard to achieve the dream then after that may put their trust with Allah . This is because we as humans can only plan but Allah determines everything. After the success that I desire has become a reality then as a slave should be thankful to Allah . This is because it is a sign of gratitude for all the blessings granted by Allah . With the help of others also showed signs of gratitude for the success that we have. Successful people will always be close to the author. This is because we know that Allah will bring success to a servant while living in this world and the hereafter. Faith and piety is to keep all deeds like prayer because prayer is a slave relationship with the author. We must also pray to be given the success and well-being in this life . The conclusion , everyone want success in any thing that we done because it is the dream of every person . No one wants to be in a hard life, frustration, pain and so on . Of course we all 7

always want to live happy and successful as anybody else . But remember, in our pursuit of success in this world we do not live up to our success to forget the Hereafter as well. Together we strive to achieve whatever we desire success and safe work . Assalamualaikum .

3.2 The Road To A Healthy Body And Mind

A balanced diet is the key towards a healthy lifestyle . Naturally we have a balanced diet and making everyday life culture . An unbalanced diet will cause a person susceptible to disease hazards such as high blood pressure , heart disease and diabetes . That's a person must drink plenty of water every day . Indeed , our body will get enough vitamins and nutrients and can prevent deadly diseases if we adopt a balanced diet . Healthy lifestyle also includes exercise . Exercise allows blood to flow smoothly and the heart to function properly . Sweat out during exercise can remove toxic waste in the body of a person. Exercise activities we can do on the playground or in the hall . Therefore, one must exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes per session in order to make the body and mind healthy.

Getting regular health screening is also a lifestyle . A person should not only see the doctor after contracting the disease . Therefore, we should get periodic medical examinations to determine the level of our health in order to take appropriate action if we start by the disease . Indeed , good health allows one to live life more fully and cheerful. Home hygiene and living environment is also a healthy lifestyle . Should we live life clean and free of insects such as mosquitoes , flies or cockroaches . Clean environment allows us to get comfortable and clean air . We can take care of our shelter to remove the rubbish from our home to the right place . In addition, stagnant water where mosquitoes breed which should also be eliminated . Home hygiene practices should be applied to children since childhood.

Practice a healthy lifestyle can also be practiced if we do not do things that can affect health. Among the things that can affect health are smoking , taking drugs and drinking alcohol. In addition to affecting the health , this practice also causes a person to waste money that should be used for things that are more beneficial. Acts of drug addiction can also cause fights in the family. Therefore, the government can establish a campaign to prevent people from doing 8

things that can affect health. There are several steps that must be undertaken to achieve a healthy lifestyle, including the consumption of food, exercise, rest, air quality, healthy environment, optimistic, and strong personal. Consumption of foods that meet the health standards is a must to meet the needs of the body, for that you need to know about the food needed by the body.

Sport is an activity that is easy to do but many ignore it, in terms of sport is a source of health for the entire body. Regular exercise provides many health benefits for the body, as will be more active, high virgin pressure, strengthen bones, increase cholesterol, prevents diabetes, lowers the risk of cancer, reduce stress and depression, as well as will provide fitness. Will give adequate rest for the weary body to recuperate and allow enough time for the body to restore energy that has been used. Environment that is including climate, water, soil, vegetation, and atmosphere.

Nothing can stand in a step which is always optimistic view of life. Barriers and failure is not an obstacle to move forward, but is considered as a lesson for the next step. Even optimism also be good for your health. This close relation to the body's immune system. An optimist would look at life like the notes, up and down to the rhythm, always bright and very easy to laugh. Attitudes like these that support overall health. An intelligent mind caught in a disobedient body; the body does not obey the commands given by the mind. Contrarily, in a normal human being, the body may work normally but the mind, which is giving the commands, may work in a perverted manner. Synchronizing the mind and body is helpful as a technique for self-improvement. The mind is the central command post for each activity in the body; a healthy mind denotes a better functioning body and overall positive bodily responses. Our everyday experiences tell us that it is not easy to keep both the mind and body in sync.

Meditation helps in the synchronization of the mind with the body; it is a method for synchronizing the body and mind in the present moment. When the body and mind are in sync, we are naturally relaxed, alert, open and aware, and experience the world and ourselves in a direct, unmediated way - without conceptual filters. Let us enjoy every moment of our lives here and now, with the body falling in line with the mind.

3.3 A Holiday Trip To Remember

Since my husband got an offer to connect the work to Moscow in 2005 , I had intended to save money to see him ' up to gig ' at the Malaysian Embassy of Moscow . Finally , thank God with his permission I can also set foot into Moscow , Rusia . Beginning in 2006, all the preparations for Moscow to have been a little much for me . Passport , Visa and accreditation forms duly filled all my contents . Thanks Allah until I'm succeeding at KLIA feet pounded on December , along with my kids , to launch our trip to Moscow . The flight unencumbered right of KLIA at 12.30 am and arrive in Dubai at the airport at 10 am as well . Our transit for 3 hours before the unencumbered right to Moscow at 1 pm. We arrived at the Moscow Airport at 4:50 p.m and was greeted by my husband, Mr. Husny.

Throughout the trip was not what should be done only to eat and sleep and once - scale screens we watch a puppet . We also had some video recorded keeping images to be memorable in the future . One incident that I should not forget is that , at the Dubai airport we meet with a Malaysian student who missed her flight . Such a gorgeous looking. We tried to helped her solve the problem and eventually we became tight . She offered herself to be the adoptive child and I gladly accepted her offer . The trip took almost 24 hours period was so fag us . 2 days we ' jet lag ' and we meet with a sleep period of our other features. We stayed at the my husband embassy resident house. It's beautiful and comfortable booth . We can see the beautiful view from the house.

Throughout located in Moscow , many places that we visited as Lenin Hill , Gorky Park ,Ismailusky and someother very interesting places. Gorky Park a very famous and beautiful park with many lamp at night . On the third day we were here . We suggested down the river by boat cruise because we want to see the sights along the Moscow River . We arrived there at night time , we were compelled to hire Moscow Hotel for overnight. The hotel are much comfortable and have large chambers .Indeed even so , we do not let go of the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Moscow River at night .

Although at that time are snowing. The kids looks excited with snow . So we just walked along the road where Lenin Hill look that sparkles with lights at night. Many crystal shops and souvenior along the way . End once we stop at the diner for a Tim Horton donuts tasted hearty and passionate.The next day we went to Ismailusky to buy some souvenior and the 10

price more cheap than other stores at the town. People have crowded berpusu first - troop and somewhat boisterous atmosphere . The next time comfortable and somewhat cool . We did not let go the opportunity to take as many pictures as possible because these memories will not be repeated again . This is the most awaited trip and I will never forget forever. Before turning to Moscow Hotel in the town , we go to watch ' 4D Moving Theatre ' to see what was there. It is amazing because we can feel what it said 4D.

Stay 3 days longer for us to explore Moscow town. We decide to visit Kremlin and snap picture there because at Kremlin we can see the beautiful old building with security stand 24 hours.The morning was busy traveler's visited the tower and what is interesting at this point is that we should look at the overall landscape of the Kremlin places. Many historical places that we could see as the Old Palace, muzium, complex buying sides and so on. Guides the gentle tourist not stop giving information.

On the fifth day we likely to see the Domodevo Airport along the circle long highway. Trip up the with car take a period of approximately one hour. Scenery is very beautiful with buildings being raked the sky. This experience certainly can not be forgotten. On the next evening we had the opportunity to buy a split in Kiev Town. Here various of reasonable goodies gifts for Malaysian family. Luckily, I dont have to spend much money to buy the all gifts and sourvenior because many of that item was bought by my husband.

Our last day in Moscow, Russia, we meet with the packing of goods to bring back to Malaysia sake only. My husband helped us. He did not come home with us because he have to continue work contract completion here. Feels crummy for us to leave Moscow and Malaysian embassy community. Various wonderful memories we have created for the week here. Hopefully this vacation strengthen our relationship again and maybe someday we will be back again to enjoy the beauty of the Moscow and beautiful places.

3.4 Why I Further My Studies

My name is Atifah . I was 40 years old. 40 are the old age can be said to learn more. But if we adhere to this maxim of " seeking knowledge to the grave " it strengthens my spirit to continue my studies after almost 25 years of stranded due to many things. After finishing Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia , I worked in an electronic provisional factory at Pasir Gudang with the 11

aim to spending money if I get offered of studies . I had worked about six months because after that I enrolled lower sixth in Sekolah Sultan Ismail in Johor Bahru. I came from a big family where I have 10 brothers and sisters and I was the second . At the same time, my siblings are still younger and only my father work for us . Of course the reader can estimate the income of a farmer . When I was in form sixth , the distinction of the education department to set me studying science as there are not many successful Malay students studying science . At the same time I have to fill out a scholarship application form for my financial aid while in the form sixth . But my father rejected on the grounds every year that I bring home the form but never managed to get a scholarship. After 3 months of trying to fit in at form sixth , I offered to continue my studies , majoring in business at one of the universities in our country . With sadness I had to reject the offer. My friends congratulated me because I was offered to study in university . But I did not get excited about the offer. Only God knows why I had to reject the offer. Those around me , including my father was disappointed in this decision . Only one my promise to my father that I would pursue when I have stable living conditions for many opportunities to be dating again after this . I was actually sad to have to reject the offer. Then I offered to colleges and dad gave me the opportunity to accept or not as he had understood why I had rejected the offer to study before. Finally I was able to become a trained teacher after three years in the college. After getting married, I have ambitions to study at degree level because many friends are doing so . Many of the opportunities provided by the Ministry for teachers increase their academic standards . I've offered to PKPG program in science but had to reject it because my son was very young and my husband can not afford to support them. I feel very disappointed at the time. I have to pleased with this conditions.

After a year , my application to the program PKPG Pre - school courses was received by Ministry of Education. I am was very happy although at the time I was pregnant the third child . Feelings of sadness respect when he went to school to take the offer letter from the headmaster . The offer letter was kept by the headmaster of the school grounds did not want to release me because I bonded with 6 years teaching classes . School friends insisted me to go report to the college to pursue . I feel when it's mixed with anger and disrespect to the school management as mock me . I take a positive step in taking my decision choosing pupils in the school . Insha Allah , the opportunity will come again .

In 2003 , many friends conspire to connect graduate school at OUM under the current 12

specialization courses in college . At the same time I have to forego the studies that I have to follow my husband served overseas for three years. After returning to Malaysia , I tried the opportunities offered by the BPG as PGSR program and PPG - PJJ . I am not eligible for the PGSR program because of my performance score at school and period services . This is because I had to take leave without pay for 3 years. Finally I just expect application of distance learning programs offered by ministry . If offered by the BPG , I will accept and if broke the application , then that's the last effort to pursue the bachelor's degree level of education and the next application will not be done . I am very grateful , Allah has opened to me and I am determined to continue my studies through despite many obstacles will have to be encountered . I hope that, I will successfully complete this study and ask my father to accompanying during the convocation day. That is my father hopes to see his children get a degree. Thank you.

4.0 CLOSING English has become a world-wide language, with numerous countries adopting it as an official language. English is the dominant international language in science, business, aviation, entertainment, and diplomacy, and also on the Internet. In most fields of work we ability to speak English can help us advance our career, helping to get the job that we want and earn more money. No matter what your area of expertise, skill in English will contribute substantially to the success. Sometimes learning a foreign language helps you understand your own language and culture better through comparison, or through the relationship between the foreign language and your mother tongue. My reasons for learning English languages is because I just love to do it, it's all the different ways people express themselves, and it shows that there really are other people out there. Also, I like speaking, and learning different languages help me to understand how things work so I can build relationship, and vice versa, creating the language helps me to understand how all different languages grammars work. Learning languages to me is much more than making me able to communicate with others. To me it's like getting some nice new surprise and a whole new level of understanding. There are eight general tips on how to learn English effectively. Try to set aside some time every day for your studies, ideally when your brain is at its most receptive. It's better to study for 30 minutes every day than for 3 hours once a week. If you can spare an hour a day, break it up into two or three sessions to avoid brain overload. If you decide to study for half an hour 13

a day for example, try to stick to that time. It's often easier to get started on an activity if you know you'll finish it after a certain time. Don't worry about completing the lesson or whatever you're working on, just try and do as much as you in the time available and maybe you could reward yourself afterwards.

Make sure you're comfortable with the fundamentals of the language before tackling the more advanced stuff. It will take you a while to get used to the pronunciation and orthography of a new language, but without a solid understanding of these, you'll find it very difficult to learn more. Once you have got to grips with the basics of the language, learn to talk/write/read about the things that interest you. In this way you are more likely to remember to the words, phrases and grammatical constructions you encounter. Go over each lesson several times, perhaps once in the morning, once in the evening and once several days later. Give your brain time to digest the material, but make sure the gaps between periods of study are not too long, i.e. more than a few weeks, or you will forget most of what you're trying to learn. Make sure you have got to grips with the contents of one lesson before moving on to the next. Setting reasonable targets is a good way to motivate you. You could set yourself a time limit or aim for a certain level of proficiency. You probably make the occasional mistake when speaking your native language, so making mistakes in a foreign language is nothing to worry about. What matters is getting your message across, not whether you use all the right words, inflexions, tenses, cases, etc. If you cannot think of the exact words, try using other ones. For example, say you were talking about your office and didn't know the word for photocopier - you could try describing its function: "a machine for making copies" instead. You could also try drawing pictures and/or miming if you can't think of the words. Find ways to make language learning fun. This could involve games, songs, stories, tongue twisters, jokes and anything else you can think of.

TOPIC 1 : How to make teaching an attractive profession. ANSWER :

Hello Dr. Raja Nor Safinas and my friends, At this time, as a teacher we just not do our job to teach our customer but we do many job as nurse, clerk , doctor, babysitter and bodyguard. That is attractive profession but sometimes we getting bored. Careers as a teacher become attractive since PPSMI, MBMMBI and KSSR implemented in our education system. With this new implementation, teachers must equip themselves with knowledge to ensure learning process occur holistically. Since PPSMI, the learning process done with ICT facilities at the classroom .So many of us can teach more attractive and the student become effective and happy. The government has established an attractive employment schemes for teachers. The government should review other facilities as payment of allowances to in sync and no differences payment with other department .Therefore , the public will get involved in this career. If the government wants to make the education system on par with other countries, the school facilities and infrastructure as size of classroom, charge school fees and the interesting is a pair of teacher in one subject period must be considered by the ministry. Amount of student are reasonable. So teachers can teach more affective and the profession become more attractive. So teachers can carry out the learning process more effectively without stress.

Assalamualaikum Mr. Kamal, I agree with your opinion about teachers have to cope with the changes in the current education system to improve themselves. The availability of systems such as SPPBS, KSSR and others, we as teachers need to comply with the requirements of the ministry of education has made policy changes to build citizens that is useful to the country's future. To make teaching as an attractive profession, the activities contain in the national curriculum must be improvised from time to time to follow the needs of global academic. This is because many of our students cannot adapt to the academic system in other countries when theyre studying abroad. The reason of this issue occurred is our academic system have not been updated for 15

many years.

Hi Rathi, I like your arguments and opinions about how to make teaching as an attractive profession. Teaching is a great job, but it's a hard job. There's more to it than standing up in front of the class and talking. All of us work with kids around . So we love the kids and truly love working with them. Sometimes we feel happy with them because we treat them like own child or sister and brother. Every children are childish. We have to think that their behavior will be alright when they grow up. As a teacher we must be concerned to the students. When the kids love us, we can feel that the profession as a teacher really attractive.

Hi Koh, I agree with your suggestion of teachers should have this characteristics to make teaching an attractive profession. This is because teachers are the second parents for the students at school. The students rely on their ability to educate and guide them. Besides, if a teacher doesnt have this characteristics, it will not also affect the students but on future teachers. They will see teaching is a very boring and dull profession. Thus, many people especially students and their parents will lost their confidence to make teachers as their idol. On the contrary, teachers that have this characteristics will ensure their success in educating the students. Besides, the efforts given by the teacher will not be wasted and will continue for generations.

TOPIC 2 : How to keep ourselves healthy

Healthy is very important that we have to take care in our life. To keep ourselves healthy , we must choose healthy foods as our diet. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes your body craves. One more important thing to stay healthy because we need to handle many works in school is express our emotions appropriately. For me to handle my stress just leaved our tasks for a moment. Let be happy with friends like chatting or do some light activities such do some puzzle. Some time we have to face hassle students, so what we can do just adviced them not to repeat that attitude next time. No need to scolding our pupils because can harm our healthy. Do some exercises twicely a week. For good result we can do like walking, jogging, tidy up our place and some activity can make sweated. As a teacher we should know how to handle many works that we have to settle down and do not become a stress person.

Hi Nalini, I agree with your view of leading a healthy lifestyle is very important to us. Beside eating a balanced meal and exercising regularly, there are other ways to lead healthy lifestyle such as doing activities that give benefit physically and mentally. These activities can make ourselves calm and live with ease. For Muslims like me, to keep ourselves fit physically and mentally, we often perform prayers to God and read the Al-Quran. Besides, going to a spa or a therapy also can smoothen the movement of the body and reducing the stress in our mind.

Hi Koh, Your point of view of how to avoid heart attack is very attractive. Do you know heart attack is the number one killer among Malaysians. If action is not taken, the number of healthy people in Malaysia could decrease drastically. In my opinion, apart from exercising regularly and keeping a clean lifestyle, we also should maintain our way of eating. Eat food that contains a lot vitamins and minerals. Avoid eating food that has a high amount of sugar, salt and fat. The food that we eat reflects our lifestyle. Many people suffered from heart attack because they dont eat nourishing food. Like all other tissues in the body, the heart needs a constant supply of oxygen rich blood. To ensure this, eat less food that contains fat. If this 17

type of food is taken at a high amount, the blood vessels could be blocked causing the heart to malfunction. This situation can cause serious pain and in some cases, death. So, the heart must be taken care at all times to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

Good afternoon, Rathi, I agree with your statement that health is very important to an individual. Other than eating food with lot of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, protein and so on and drinking a lot of water, get used to exercise regularly. Make it as a routine and eat a lot of healthy food for the rest of your life. Dont just eat these food when youre sick. When we posting at the school which located in town area, most of the children are speakers of English. So easily to communicate with them when we teaching in the classroom. By the way, many of our citizens either Malay, Chinese and Indian can communicate in English to avoid misunderstanding the purpose of the conversation. The PPSMI system that implemented by ministry had improved my communication skills in English. So after PPSMI had repealed, my communication skills in English become worse and I have lost my confident to speak English. I want to tell about an interesting holiday destination that I have been to when we decided going for a vacation. Some of us choose the holiday destination that we can release our stress from the busiest of people and we can spend more time with family. I like to tour our Malaysia Peninsular by car. During mid year, we spend our holiday travelling across seven country include Selangor, Perak, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu , Pahang , Johor and Malacca. We decided to travel from the north, to the east then to the south. Our journey starts at Malacca to Pangkor. We did not spend a night there because we want to spent our night at Kuala Kangsar. At the same time all the hotels are fully booked so we have moved to Ipoh and stay for a night. Tomorrow morning we continue our journey to Kelantan and stayed at Kota Baharu. We just spend our night at budget hotel. Next destination is Kuala Terengganu. All the way through the coastal road, we stopped at Pantai Batu Rakit to enjoy the famous fried seafood .After that we continued to Pasar Payang 25

to have lunch and shopping with my family. At the first, we planned to stay at Kuala Terengganu. Since all were happy to be there, we proceed to Cherating. All the way to Cherating, we can see beautiful view near the beach. Many places and luxury hotels and resort along the way. When arrived at Cherating Beach, we stayed at Cherating Chalet near the beach. The chalet owner is an Arabian. Many foreigners stay there. All my kids are very happy because that place is near to the beach. At the morning we spend time together at the beach. The beach are clean and I recommend all my friend having their vacation at Cherating.

A few weeks ago, I went to the National Park in Pahang. I went there based on a holiday package. It lasted for three days and two nights. Among the activities that I had done are jungle trekking, walking on the famous hanging bridge and animal sightseeing. The accommodation was quite good. I stayed in chalet resort fully equipped with furniture, air-conditioned and a nice hot bath. Theres a local restaurant in there and the food was tasteful. restaurant available in the park. This is the most adventurous vacation that I had been to.

Now days, many parents can provide handphone to their kids. Bringing mobile phone to school has its advantages. For example, it can be used in case of emergency. If the students are in a dangerous situation like being alone at the bus stop or threatened by other students, they can call their parents or the police for help. The mobile phone will also become handy if they are going to be late because of the extra class or co-curricular activities.. Even so the students can bring mobile phone, every school or ministry of education should listed the provision to allow students to bring handphones to schools would require strict guidelines.
