Press Inquiries Any press inquiries pertaining to Hill & Knowlton its people, policies and clients must

st be referred to, and discussed with, the regional marketing manager listed below or the global marketing director. As of December 1, 2010, these individuals are: Helena Schalenbourg, APac Marketing and Business Development Manager Tony Burgess-Webb, Global Marketing Director If these colleagues can not be reached, please contact your Regional President directly for guidance. WPP Policies and Procedures All employees are beholden to the principles outlined in the WPP policy book. Specifically, those outlined on page 46 under the heading Communication. Interview/Media Requests All media requests for interviews, quotes, statistics, facts or other commentary made to Hill and Knowlton employees about the Company must be approved by the market leader. If the inquiry directly relates to: a. A request for material financial information for Hill & Knowlton or any part of WPP b. Litigation involving the firm or any part of WPP c. A personnel matter involving Hill & Knowlton or WPP d. A client or client account. The request must immediately be referred to both the Regional Marketing Manager and the Global Marketing Director. This procedure applies to interview and information requests that pertain to either client or Hill & Knowlton matters. By client involvement, we mean outside of our contractual agreement (i.e., the use of client name/information for purposes of promoting Hill & Knowlton including but not limited to RFPs and other promotional materials.) Clients must approve all media requests outside of our contractual agreement in writing. Hill & Knowlton Press Releases All press releases discussing Hill & Knowlton news and activity must first be approved by the regions President in consultation with the Regional Marketing Manager. This includes news of top-line appointments, promotions, acquisitions (buildings, offices and companies), strategic alliances, joint ventures, new products and service offerings, and any information concerning the current or future financial performance of the Company.

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and performing the following functions: editing copy, obtaining necessary approvals and distributing announcements to the following: PR/advertising/marketing trades and journalists, key business publications for their markets such as The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times. In addition, they are responsible for newswire services and fee-based wire services, as appropriate. Wire distribution services must be agreed to in advance with the regional President and reported to the head of global media relations so the Company can track accordingly and manage distribution efforts. Press Releases on New Hires All Managing Director hires or above warrant press releases to be distributed externally to media and will be posted in the newsroom of our global and regional website. For Directors, and other non-executive hires, it is up to the Regional Marketing Manager to determine who will be pitched to appropriate trade media in our respective regions with a preference given to those hires that fill niche areas for us. Press releases will only be developed in consultation and with the approval of both the regional President and respective market leaders. Press releases for Director-level and below hires will not be distributed over any newswire services and will not be posted in the newsroom of our global and regional website. Other External Opportunities including, but not limited to: Professional Associations, Speaking Engagements, Industry Awards, Byline Articles and Op-Eds. Participating in professional association activities and industry award programs, pursuing speaking engagements, and writing bylined articles and op-eds are encouraged. Employees must identify the business result they hope to achieve with these activities to ensure it is in-line with the companys overall strategic objectives. These external communications should be submitted to your regions marketing representative for inclusion in Hill & Knowlton communications and to your regional Knowledge, who will include them on the companys intranet, as appropriate. A list of regional knowledge champions can be found on Noodles. When identifying content for these communications, keep in mind that much of the work we perform for our clients is proprietary. Therefore, any client-related messages or references can only be included in your communications with written client approval and the Hill & Knowlton client leaders approval. Advertising All advertising related to Hill & Knowlton must first be approved by the regions President in consultation with the Regional Marketing Manager. Wherever possible, we ask that you utilize existing, approved advertisements for the company that can be found on our hk.net. All Hill & Knowlton offices advertising their own services should ensure that all local legal and regulatory requirements are met. They should also consider: ethical standards and sensitivities to gender, race, religion, cultural, political or corporate identity issues; and social issues. Disclosure of Confidential Information

It will be a disciplinary offense for any employee to disclose confidential information relating to any Hill & Knowlton, and WPP companies or client, whether on the Internet or otherwise, unless required to do so in the proper execution of their duties. Employees must follow the WPP rules and guidelines relating to the internal control bulletin Public release of financial information by Group companies and the accompanying release Q&As on public release of information. These prohibit the release of financial information including revenue, financial trends and headcount to trade journals or similar organizations. The principle is that this information must not enter the public domain. This policy does not, however, prohibit the filing of information required by applicable laws.
