Maximum Order for SIN 246-54:

Pursuant to FAR 8.404, the Maximum Order is the


threshold at which it is advantageous for an
ordering office to seek further concessions from a
Contractor. The Contractor may accept an order of
any amount, including one exceeding the maximum
order threshold. For an order in an amount above
the maximum order threshold for the specific SIN in
the contract, a Government purchaser should seek
further concessions from the Contractor. When
presented with such a request, the Contractor may
grant additional concessions, offer the product at
the existing contract price, or refuse the order.

The Contractor and the ordering agency may, in the


alternative, negotiate a time for delivery of services
as a part of the negotiated Statement of Work.

Faster delivery times than those set forth in

Warranty Provisions:
The Warranty is Standard Commercial Warranty.
For the purpose of this contract, commitments,
warranties and representations include, in addition
to those agreed to for the entire schedule contract:

11c. Overnight and 2-Day Delivery:


(1) Time of delivery quotations for individual
orders;

Guard Services may be available on 1-day or 2-day


notice for a period of service and at hourly rates
that will be agreed to between the parties.

(2) Any representations and/or warranties


concerning the products and services made in
any literature, description, drawings and/or
specifications furnished by the Contractor.

11d. Urgent Requirements:


When the Federal Supply Schedule contract
delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent
delivery requirements of an ordering agency,
agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact
the Contractor for the purpose of obtaining
accelerated delivery of services. The Contractor
shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after
receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by
the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers
an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the
ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to
the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame
shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time
and in accordance with all other terms and
conditions of the contract.

The Contractor warrants that guard services shall


be performed by qualified individuals in accordance
with generally accepted industry standards.
For any breach of the above warranties, the
Governments exclusive remedy and AlliedBarton
Security Services entire liability shall be the
recovery of fees paid to the Contractor for the
unsatisfactory services.
The above is not intended to encompass items not
currently covered by the GSA Schedule contract.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER


Background Requirements:

SCREENING OFFICER I

Background Requirements:
The primary function of the Officer is to protect life and
property. This is facilitated by providing public safety to the
client, employees, guests and the general public and
safeguarding the clients property (buildings, office
equipment, automobiles, valuables or anything within the
clients premises) from being stolen, destroyed or damaged.
This individual must have the ability to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public
interaction and report writing and should be able to interact
with all levels of AlliedBarton employees and the public in a
direct, timely and professional manner. He or she must have
the ability to deal with internal and external customers and to
ensure compliance with fair employment practices. The
individual must be able to get along with other employees,
follow directions, work under stress, add value and
continuously improve. Obviously, he or she must also
maintain regular attendance to ensure avoidance of
unpredictable, frequent and/or ongoing tardiness.
As an Armed Officer, this individual will be required to have
firearms training, annual firearms retraining, and firearms
