Course Overview
The course has perfect blend of theoretical foundation and software exposure. It is also considered as one of the ideal course for students and industry professionals, who are new to CFD. The course has been structured into three modules first to address the fundamentals, then a software focused training on ANSYS ICEM-CFD and ANSYS FLUENT. In this course participants will be trained on CFD Equations, Numerical Solutions and Finite volume methods in geometry. Using the tools the participants will be trained to master the techniques of Geometry creation and meshing, hexameshing and tetrameshing. We also lay focus on solver basics, turbulence modeling including solver math and post-processing.

Course has no pre-requisites but participants having knowledge of fluid mechanics and numerical methods would get extra advantage. The course assumes that you are well versed with the basics of Heat transfer, Fluid mechanics and Mathematics at early engineering graduation level.

The participants are also able to setup a CFD model, work on solver basics, turbulence modeling including solver math and postprocessing using ANSYS FLUENT Participants can take courses, tests and submit projects at their convenience. LearnCAx CFD Modelling using ANSYS ICEM-CFD & Fluent

Course Format
The class consists of lecture videos, which are broken into small chunks, usually between fifteen and twenty minutes each. Total duration of the course would be fourteen weeks. There will be approximately two to three hours of video content per week. Software tutorials are made available for practicing and developing software skills on typical test cases. At the end of each session there will be tests to be taken each week and a final project at the end of the course. You would be eligible for certificate after successful completion of the course. The completion of the course would be decided on the basis of your test results and would also depend upon your successful completion of the project.

All possible efforts are made to resolve every query and in special cases we also do conduct WebEx sessions to resolve the queries in time and facilitate your learning.
