Explain Nation, Nation-state and Nationalism. Nation means the group of people who share similar kinds of culture and wants to be separated from others politically .People here wants to have a different region of their own ,they want to be separated and be among their own group .The people in Nation share commonalities ,their most of the things will be identified to each other .Their utmost desire is to run the administration or govern their region by themselves .As the people inside nation have sense of connection with each other .They always try to live together governed by themselves .To be a nation there should similarities .The similarities can be according to the geographical and cultural aspects. The characteristics of demographic are language, religion, sex, race etc.They also might share the similar historical experiences among themselves .Their history or past might be similar to what they have felt .If there lies such type of similarities among the people then the concept of nation will outcast the state .sometimes within a state also there will be a nation trough they might be geographically diversified. To be a nation every person should be bounded and should feel like one by realizing similarities among themselves .Among these elements, to be a nation there should be a desire to be politically separate .some ethnic group within a nation wants to be ruled by them they want the political separation. But sum state does have contradiction among the nation and ethnicity this has occurred in Canada where French Canadian has huge dissatisfaction about the state in Canadian state... Nation state is the combined concept of both the nation and the state. Nation state is generally of commonly said as the state or country. Nation was the intangible but in contrast nation state is an intangible thing. Nation state comprise of the physical structure or terrorist ,people ,organization and other objectives which are reasonable .To form a nation state both the factors should be combined .To have the combination there can be two criteria .One is that if the nation create the state and desired to be governed by itself in a independent way .Next is if the separated group within the state came together to live and share by identifying with one another and with the residents of the country where they live .There are various type of indicators in nation state .In a nation state the people have similar anthem,flag,signs and symbols .Nation state helps to generate the feeling of patriotism and people believe that it is the highest form of political authority which is superior to all..

Nationalism on the other hand is a feeling that convert sense of togetherness to a principle of loyalties to the politics and social identity .Nationalism is formed by the merge of the three concept called state, nation and nation state .There might be different cause for reasons behind the peoples transformation towards the nationalism .People might be emotionally linked to their home land which will help them to grow as a nationalist .some people self-esteem might be increased to their national identification .They might want to be identified by the certain nations name. So the nationalism feeling will grow obviously. The other reason might be the eagerness of an individual to help their countries .This will develop the sense of being attached to the nation .which eventually will develop feeling of nationalism. Nationalism is sometimes bad or can be good in other aspects .The negative aspects of nationalism obis that it might create the xenophobia, which might lead hate towards other nations. In every nations there is a domination group so, these group will enjoy all the benefits .Nationalism also develop the sense of superiority which will result to the hater towards its neighbor and people wont care about other ,this will develop the attitude of selfish. In contrast nationalism also has lots of positive benefits. It promotes the democracy and people will enjoy the freedom .People will be capable to protect their identity, religion and culture. In economical perspective also it is beneficial. Nationalism also enhances the diversity and experimentation.
