Registration / Lunch / Check in at 12 noon on Friday, 28th Feb 2014. Workshop will conclude by 8:00 pm, Sunday, 2nd March 2014. Check out on Monday, 3rd March 2014 (after breakfast).

The reason we have chosen Chennai as the location is because:

1. Grand Master and Master James, have preferred this place. 2. Chennai will have the maximum number of participants. 3. The resort is a 5 Star Category property with 7 Star ambiences. 4. This is the only resort which can provide us a 10,000 sq. feet hall for the crowd. 5. Our earlier experience during Retreat 2010, proved very satisfying.

We expect a minimum of 100 participants for this Workshop for it to be viable for the Academy. The rates negotiated by the Core Working Group, are competitive and the best value for money. The participation fee has been so worked out that, we just meet costs. There is a need for us to pay up advance in the next two months, if we are to have competitive rates from the Resort. Hence it is important that we get a firm commitment of students about their participation. Commitment has to be in the form of paying up 50% of the Workshop Fee, (minimum Rs. 15,000/-) so that we do not lose out on the rates. For your information the Workshop Fee has elements of stay, all meals, rent for hall, overheads, photography, Fees to the Grand Master and Master James, their travel (International & domestic) accommodation etc. This also includes a tax element of 12.36% which is mandatory. The rates across all sectors have gone up due to inflation and taxes. Even then the Core Group was able to get the best possible tariff.

The Fee structure for the Workshop will be as follows:

Triple occupancy = Rs. 26,000-00 (per person) Double occupancy = Rs. 30,000-00 (per person) Single occupancy = Rs. 39,000-00 (per person)

Any student with the Academy membership card valid at least upto 31st March 2014 is eligible to attend this Retreat. Beginners who wish to attend this workshop please contact the HQ @ +919840298450. You are allowed to bring your spouse or family members only. No friends are allowed. For such members there will be a discount of Rs.5000.00, in the fee. Accompanying children below 3 years old will not be charged anything. Children between 4 and 12, will be charged Rs.4500/- without extra bed (3 nights). With extra bed, they will be charged Rs. 7500/- (3 nights). Any student who plans to bring a family member or child, will have to pay an additional advance of Rs.15000/- in case of Adults and Rs.4000/- in case of a child.

Cancellation Rules:
Cancellation after registration, - Advance amount will have to be forfeited. Government guidelines require every person attending the workshop at the resort to bring a photo identity card. A copy of the same will be retained by the Resort. You are aware that the Academy has been striving to deliver its programs with utmost sincerity. Please appreciate the same and do not miss out on the opportunity to work with the Grand Master the living testimony to our Authentic Yang Style Tai Chi.
