2. Integrated design: Our approach achieves an integrated design process by engaging the multiple design disciplines, as well as owners, users, builders, facility managers, vendors, and operations personnel.

3. Client focused approach: The needs of our clients are paramount in all planning and design activities. We guide the collaborative process with user-groups, the client, and technical consultants to reflect the true needs of the project in a workable design and implementation plan.

Project management leadership: Our project management functions presuppose active leadership taking full accountability for achieving objectives and predetermined targets within project schedule, social, political and financial constraints. Our approach also favours careful initial planning to avoid cost overruns and need for corrective steps at later stage.

CAC is end-to-end service provider to the Infrastructure industry and as such we provide a comprehensive set of services from the pre-design stage through to the completion of the project's construction. Having said that, we do have significant expertise in all of the component services at any point in a project's life-cycle and are always open to bring our experience and knowledge for any specific service a client may require.

This was the spirit in which we started this practice and believe in this more deeply today. Furniture Design & manufacturing is a mix on comfort, quality & design according to requirements. We create furniture not just as a furniture but piece of art with best craftsmanship. We have a team of skilled carpenters and finishers.
