Service division is headed by the Mr. Dass and has two sub divisions to take care of the eastern and western region. East and West division are headed by Mr. Kamal and Ms. Dim le res ectively. !ll the service engineers are in either East or West division based on the location they service. Sales division takes care of the sales in all the regions" and is headed by a Sales Manager. !ll the Sales !gents re ort to this sales manager. !ll the above mention ersonnel re ort to Mr. #lean Well" the #E$ of the %&#. 'he service engineers should not be able to access the sales data. 'hey only see the data created by them. Mr. Dass should be able to view the o ortunities created by the sales agents" but must not be allowed to modify this data. Mr. Dass also wants to view all the S(s generated by both the divisions. Sales agents should be able to view the service re)uests created by the service agents.
