com Shaking Hands & Air Force Announces Personnel Reduction Initiatives
Some, especially republicans might not be very happy with Obama shaking hands with Raul Castro (but below you can see Richard Nixon shaking hands with FIDEL Castro and with the worst dictator of all, Mao Tse-tung of China). If we check out our past presidents handshakes, we will find that MOST OF THEM, including Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, Bush Sr and Jr., Harry Truman, have shaken hands with far-more ruthless dictators, dangerous enemies of our country. Far more dangerous than a handshake, is the very serious deadly chemical contamination affecting most of our troops, now or in the future, who served in Iraq. Ronald Reagan, Bush Sr. and Donald Rumsfeld placed large supplies of deadly chemicals in the murderous hands of the mentally-deranged Saddam Hussein, which he was supposed to use in his war against Iran. Instead, Saddam used those same chemicals against our own troops, during the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Placido Salazar

To the Airmen of the United States Air Force: We are the best Air Force in the world because we attract, recruit, develop and retain Airmen with the strongest character and commitment to our core values. Even though we just finished over a decade of extended combat operations, retention in our Air Force remains at an all-time high. While this is a testament to the selfless service of all members of our Air Force family, we are now faced with some very difficult financial choices that force us to reduce the overall size of the Air Force. To be blunt, we are going to get smaller... smaller than we've ever been as an Air Force. Over the

next few years, we may have to reduce our force by approximately 25,000 Airmen and as many as 550 aircraft if we do not receive any budget relief.

Our biggest challenge will be to make sure we keep the skilled Airmen who are needed to meet the Air Force's core mission requirements. To do this, we will implement a number of force management programs to reduce the number of Airmen while maintaining our combat capability. It is always our goal to make these reductions through voluntary separations and retirements. Unfortunately, we will likely have to use involuntary measures as well. Beginning very soon, you'll see programs we've used before to include voluntary separation incentives and temporary early retirement authority, as well as force shaping and reduction in force boards. You'll also see new programs to include an enhanced selective early retirement board, enlisted retention boards, and an enlisted quality force review board. Although these programs will be explained in detail when announced, you can go to the myPers website for the most current information today (https://mypers.af.mil). We know these programs will be unsettling to many Airmen and their families, but they are necessary to ensure that our Air Force remains the best in the world. We've decided to roll these force management tools out now to give you plenty of time to understand your options. We promise to do our best to be transparent and give you all the information that you need to make decisions affecting you and your loved ones. Whether you choose to separate or are asked to separate, we are committed to doing everything that we can to help you and your family in your transition.

I am not understating this administrations vision. Its seems as if our enemies are getting more and more Bolden and our allies are getting more and more shunned and yet our American national security that is designed to protect my children, family and friends against all enemies foreign and domestic has been marginalized. U.S. foreign policys goal is not to offend foreign nationals and their uncompromising religious beliefs. As for the media reporting the truth, The Fourth Estate has become the Fifth column. It is unprecedented that our foreign policies allow Chinese, Russian, Iranian, North Korean, Cuban regimes to carry out behaviors we know are lies and quite frankly sinister to the United States. I worry this administrations blunt and obvious ignorance of foreign policy may be erasing US sovereignty right before our very eyes. The email I am forwarding you is one more reason to be very concerned about the security and livelihood of future family generations. I am living proof and I am here to say that this administration is decimating our military going after Admirals and General that are not locked foot and step with their ideologies forcing them to retire, and now reducing the strongest AIR FORCE in the world to 3rd world status, ship building has ceased, our nuclear strong hold to deter rogue nations is being disclosed to foreign military governments. The Air Force is having a difficult time retaining pilots and offering them up to a $250,000 sign on bonuses to stay. Despite the fact that as a military member we give up certain privileges found in the constitution, this is unacceptable and I pray that at least one general thinks about his country instead of his pension and speaks the concern that just about every single enlisted member feels toward this administration; disgust and betrayal. Obama goes to a funeral attended by world leaders and poses in a "selfie" like my 9 year old daughter. Un acceptable! He snapped a photo of himself with the blonde president of Denmark while his wife sits there grimly by his side. We saw Obama shake Castro's hand. That goes against my Air Force core values. Respectfully, Adrian Chavira
