The teacher shall provide test items for such allotments from the recommended test bank. It is advisable that the best and the most reliable items shall be picked for the pupils.

For the summative and periodic tests, page 1, paragraph no. 5 of the said DepEd Order states that: Transmutation tables shall not be used in the computation of grades. Test scores shall be recorded as raw scores, totaled at the end of the each grading period and then computed as percentage (i.e. [students score highest possible score x 100)]

REFERENCE MATERIALS The test bank to be used shall be the mimeographed formative tests developed for the 2002 BEC PELC by the Division office at the start of the curriculums implementation. HOW TO INTERPRET AND USE THE PELC? Start with the sub-objectives and return to the main objective after they have been taken up, then proceed to the next. For example: In this PELC, start with VI. 8.1 up to 8.6 then go back to VI. 8. After this, proceed to VI. 9.1 then 9.2, then go back to VI. 9
