INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND
A place where different individuals from various backgrounds come together on a common strategy to work towards a common goal is called an organization. An organization never performs with the help of tables chairs building or other non!living things. "rganizations need human beings who work together to achieve the goals and ob#ectives of the organization. $he human beings that work collectively for a common goal at a common place %organization& are called employees. 'mployees are the actual assets of an organization and in reality consider the backbone of an organization. 'very employee contributes his /her own effort towards the success and failure of an organization. Any organization even with the most newest and powerful e(uipment would not work without the employees. $he most important duty of an employee is that he should not treat the organization #ust as a simple source of earning money. 'mployee #ob is not only to come on the workplace in time leave the workplace and receive his salary. "n the other hand owners or employers should not treat their employees as slaves or subordinates. )t is the most important duty of an employee to invest their time for organizational growth. .'mployees should be developed such type of approach and always be ready to face the worst situations. $here are different ways in which individuals perform in a particular way. )n fact no two individuals can behave in similar ways. *ome individuals find it difficult to handle stress whereas some individuals have the ability to face une+pected situation without any stress. $here are some employees who efficiently contribute towards the successful performance of an organization and they struggle hard to attain their best level and the assigned targets within the perfect time frame. %,iswas 1--.& )n the modern era the role of /uman 0esource management has become more important and its focus has also increased on the development of powerful policies for achieving competitive advantage. $oday /uman 0esource management are making it possible to get better the performance of the employees in their workplace and try to recognize those factors that reduce the outcome of organizations and employees %1inney 2. 200.&. $his study identifies one of most important problem of

employee at work place that is effect of perceive work burden on employee involvement at work. $he employee perceived work burden and involvement changes are due to globalization growing demand of products and for attaining comparative advantage. 'very organization pays its employees for the efficient completion of their everyday #obs within the desired time frame. 3ue to this sometimes work burden increases on the shoulders of employees which may decrease their level of involvement at work.
