End-User License Agreement All versions of the Software Product are protected by copyright laws and interna tional

copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treat ies. The software is the sole property of Dimio. The Software Product may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner not described here in without the prior written consent of Dimio. 1. Grant of license: This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Software Product. 2. Reproduction and Distribution: You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the Software P roduct provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA . The Software Product may not be included in any shareware or commercial packag es or products. 3. Description of other rights and limitations: Limitations include a prohibition against reverse engineering, decompilation, di sassembly and alteration of the resources in the compiled assembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, ex cept and only to the extent that such activity is explicitly permitted by applic able law, notwithstanding this limitation. 4. Software Transfer: You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, ONLY provided t he recipient agrees to ALL the terms of this EULA. 5. Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, Dimio may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must d estroy all copies of the Software Product and all of its component parts. 6. Copyright: Except otherwise explicitly noted, all title and copyrights in and to the Softwa re Product (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, vi deo, audio, music, text, and applets incorporated into the Software Product), th e accompanying printed materials, and any digital copies of the Software Product , are owned by Dimio. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty pro visions. Therefore, you must treat the Software Product like any other copyright ed material. 7. Limited Warranty: No warranties whatsoever! Dimio expressly disclaims any warranty for the Softwar e Product. The Software Product and any related documentation is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without lim itation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular pur

pose, or patent noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performan ce of the Software Product remains with the user. 8. No liability for damages! In no event shall the author of this Software Produ ct be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages what soever (including, without limitation, loss of time or labor, damages for loss o f business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product , even if Dimio is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
