Prices have come off as supplies increase from both Mexico and Chile. The supply has stabilized in the various growing regions. Quality is good. Seasonal color issues will be on the increase as demand increases. Markets are short for two weeks due to cooler weather and rain. Markets are rising. Argentina has peaked and Chile is set to begin. Citrus Lemons CA, MX Markets are stable as supplies are increasing in the District 3. Quality is improving. The crop is peaking on larger fruit. Quality is good. There is a slight increase in markets on lighter supplies. Growers have cut back production with the expectation of lighter demand. Markets are steady. Navels have started and volumes will increase over the next few weeks. Quality is good and sizes are running large. Overall Grape markets are stable. Green Grape markets remain strong. We are seeing a two tier markets on Red Grapes. Quality and volume are fine. Import supplies are coming on strong and markets are weak. Cantaloupes are peaking on larger sizes with good quality. Import Honeydews have also begun with larger fruit peaking. Quality is good. Quality has improved but past rains have limited the available product. Anjou, Bartlett and Bosc are available. All have excellent flavor. Markets are stable. Supplies are consistent with good quality. Brix has been averaging 13-14% with average internal gold color.
