1. INTRODUCTIN:

Over the years, mining has become a fundamental part of human life since many depend on this to succeed. In this paper we will discuss one of the most important processes in mining made for an operation, this is a process that is responsible for controlling the quality of ore mined this is done through a sequence, then we will know everything related to this process that is helpful and fundamental for mining operations.
2. ABSTRACT : On the process of ore is the control that allows you to control the mineral found in banks to exploit differentiate and classify according to his law and location. This whole process is based on geological studies of the that a model is obtained from blocks, in this model each block contains specific data on primarily the law of the same, it is estimated the law or the zoning of the ore on the basis of the geostatistics allows us to interpolate known points in the space to estimate the law points not explored in the reservoir. With all the data obtained in the exploration are generated different models (geological model, blocks, mineralogical areas, etc) and will help us determine with lesser uncertainty as possible the location and grade of the mineral that we will exploit; Then the process of ore control shall be responsible to corroborate this information in the field that is they have the function to demarcate in each bank the ore zones where there is high, medium, low-grade or dismount. In the whole process ore control data are recorded and samples are made necessary to contrast them with the proposed estimates.

3. TRABAJO REALIZADO In order to get more information about Mining Production Process, we have read and summarized a few chapters the handbook Multi-user CAE MINING.

Ore Control Process

Fusion Ore Controller Reporting System a) LAYOUT DRILL HOLES 3D: The holes from the drilling programs are directed toward areas with little geological information and where the proportion of blocks measured is low. The increase of information will increase the reliability of the material to be mined. This new information be updated in the model of medium- and long-term with what will increase the certainty of the budget for the period required. Drill area designed in low proportion of blocks measured b) MAP GEOLOGY WITH DGPS: Map shows: - The location and orientation of geologic units - Their characteristics and structural features . It is usually not possible to see all the details of the rock units (covered by soil, water, vegetation, etc). It gathers information from the outcrops and relevant information that is obtained from the outcrops: - Type of rock - Orientation of the layers - Presence of structures (e.g. Faults or fractures) - Is it plots on a topographic map of the area sometimes supported by other sources of information such as lowerings. c) ELECTRONICALLY LOG HOLES: -Logging, geotechnical, and sampling density - Established procedures for the geological and geotechnical logging - Sampling procedures, evidence of density and QAQC(15 % ). - Procedures for the analysis and sends samples to the Laboratory of QAQC: 5% 2% duplicates standards of core 2% duplicates of rejection thick 2% duplicates of rejection fine thick white 2% 2% fine White d) MODEL GEOLOGY & ORE ZONES: It consists of a two-dimensional representation otridimensional rocas.Este volume may represent lithology, mineralization, alteration or other solid geological decaracterstica rocoso.Es a fundamental part in the reserve estimate procedimientode a deposit.

e) ESTIMATE GRADE: The practice of the resource estimate covers from methodologies based only on conventional statistical information (sectional, polygons, inverse of the distance) until those that introduce the spatial characteristics of the data captured in-situ (kriging and its variants). The estimates do not constitute determinations or precise calculations as the captured information and used is restricted. These estimates represent expected values. f) DESIGN ORE BLOCKS: g) RECONCILIATION:

MAXIMIZE THE VAULE OF YOUR MINE WITH ORE CON TROLLER

The core focus of Ore Controller is to maximize the value of your mine by ensuring the right material goes to the right place. It takes the operation through the steps of planning blast/grade control drilling, modeling the geology within each blast and determining the ore packets within them, predicting the displacement of materials due to blasting and communicating the dig lines to the loader operators. Using a central database and customizable workflow, Ore Controller breaks up grade control tasks into clearly-defined activities, and guides each user through their day to day work. FEATURES: Multi-user Ore Controller allows multiple users to collaborate on day to day grade control tasks, without any possibility of users interfering with each others work. Central database Ore Controller uses a central database, and delivers the most up to date information directly to users workstations. Governance and repeatability Ore Controller defines a work flow in terms of standard activities, which guarantees that grade control procedures are carried out the same way regardless of who is on site. Easy to use With a user friendly interface, Ore Controller is the easy way to plan and model your ore control operations. Ore Controller enables activities according to whether data is available, leading users through the pre-defined workflow. MULTI-VENDOR DATA Using Surpac for survey work? Ore Controller understands all the industry standard data types: Datamine Maptek Gemcom / Surpac Mintec acQuire CAD systems, etc. [3]

REPORTS Visual and tabular reports are generated within each stage of the workflow as required. These are configurable but once defined they are automatically produced for each blast. Users do not spend time PUNTO Dmaking adjustments or having to manually edit output each time they carry out an activity. INSIDE ORE CONTROLLER Geological Modeling Ore Controller can use all the power of CAE Studio for geological modeling. The modeling techniques encapsulated within Ore Controller activities can be as sophisticated as required for the local conditions without compromising the systems ease of use or the required skill level of the user. For example various Kriging alternatives can be configured in conjunction with grade control drilling or a model can be created directly from blast hole samples prior to dig line definition. Geotechnical Modeling Ore Controller allows blast patterns to be designed whilst taking into account the energy required to achieve the required fragmentation. Using a geotechnical model the predicted size distribution is recalculated dynamically as pattern parameter values are changed.

ORE PACKET DEFINITION The definition of what is ore for particular a processing method is often a combination of multiple grade and rock type parameters. When an operation has multiple processing methods it is not always obvious which combination of methods will maximize value from a selection of material packets. Ore Controller can gener- ate economically determined dig lines whilst considering multi-element cut off scenarios. BLAST DISPLACEMENT MODELING The displacement of dig lines and geological boundaries are modeled to predict the location of the ore and waste boundaries after blasting. Displacement templates, developed during a calibration exercise, are used which relate to blast types and local geological conditions. CAE MINING CAN PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE implementation and consulting services from our global network of offices, ensuring the delivery of a fully configured solution that meets your particular business requirements.

4. RESULTS: Thanks to this work, we have been able to discover the importance of the ORE CONTROLL PROCESS "The creation of a geological model is one of the primerasetapas in the resource estimate and requires a acuciosoconocimiento of the deposit and a database of validated. Depending on the parameters used in elmodelamiento, such as amount of games of sections, shared walls and respecting the intercept of the coring, tomodel will have a greater or lesser degree of uncertainty It is vital validate geological models, since they are a parteimportante chain that leads to the decision makers in our deposit,
5. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS

-We have learned about the ore control, for which it serves and that helps us within the processes in the specific mining. -Know as the ore control helps us in the process of the mineral and understand that importance has the geo statistics within the ore control
