TYPES OF PRINTING

1. Digital printing Digital printing used for imitation of digital images on physical surface, such as common or photographic paper, film, cloth, plastic, etc. 2. Electrostatic printing Its using process where toner twigs to a charged drum and is thermally united on to a page just like a photocopying - electrostatic printing is good for very short printing tracks. 3. Emboss Printing This process is used to creates a raised and 3-dimensional, image on a piece of paper Dry embossing and heat embossing are the two major ways of emboss. Relief embossing is the second name of dry embossing and heat embossing is known as stamp embossing using special powder ink and heat source. 4. Flexography For the printing of packaging ingredients we use this technique of printing for example as plastic bags, grocery bags, gift wrap or can and bottle labels. 5. Gravure printing This sources of printing have high quality but is expensive technique that uses direct contact between an etched copper plate and the paper. Usually this technique is used to print brochures annual reports magazines. 6. Letterpress printing This technique used to print images on the plate. This is the original printing process that was introduced way back in the fifteenth century. It uses images on the plate that are faintly raised from the outward. Few printers offer fine letterpress.

7. Offset lithography printing Its very common process offered by almost every printer. It print any variety of textured materials old adage is a base of Offset printing "oil and water don't mix." This process can print all variety of printing such as broachers, magazines, banners etc. . The paper products that are introduced into CD jewel cases are printed using the offset technique, as are almost all another cardboard packaging materials. 8. Screen printing This process is used to print on different items that we used in our daily life such as ring binders, bumper stickers mugs, and clothing. This process is also called by the name of silk screen, based of ink through a screen, like a stencil pattern. Screen printing can be implemented on every type of material including paper, glass, and fabric, plastic, wood, and metal. 9. Thermography printing Finishing process that produces a raised image. This process is generally used for stationery. This process dusts a formerly printed image with a powder before the image's ink has been allowed to dry. Applying heat makes the powder and the ink fuse and form a raised image.
