1- In a chart, describe the advantages and disadvantages of using technology in your professional development taking into account Blended Learning, Education 2.0, Web 2.0 and IT. In the following chart, it will be describe some advantages and disadvantages that a professional faces in his every days activities.

1-BETTER INTERACTION 1-NEED TO BE JOINT Being into the web 2.0 makes a better thats means that you need to need to be join to interaction between users and that create a professional site otherwise, you are not using an environment of good communication. web 2.0 2-SO FAST The interaction between teachers and students in this kind of technology works pretty faster. 2-LACK OF INFORMATION For beginners, it is hard to get use to this kind of system because they are not used to interact and thats why they are afraid to participate in forums. 1-CONFUSING This kind of learning can confuse to the student, especially because they must know perfectly the schedule they have to have in mind what days, they have virtual class and which ones they have classroom class

BLENDED LEARNING

1-OPORTUNITY Blended is good for those students who have problem attending class so, when they miss a class they have the opportunity of getting the class online.

2-DYNAMIC This kind of learning makes students feel 2-DISCIPLINE more dynamic, because they are not the Some students dont follow the rules given and whole course in the same classroom. they dont respect the schedule of the class.

EDUCATION 2.0

1-PRODUCTIVITY Education 2.0 gives a big help to all the teachers, so they can learn through technology in a more dynamic and effective way

1-OVERUSE A disadvantage appears when the teachers get use to the use of this kind of technology, and they over use it.

2-SOME CASES FAIL 2-INNOVATION Sometimes the use of education 2.0 can be so Through the use of education 2.0 a hard for those students who never have been teacher has the opportunity of innovate through a course and they fail in the process and try new things with its students. because they dont get the point.

1-MAKES PEOPLE ORGANIZE IT makes people more organize, since they have to work following rules and that makes people organized. 2-MAKES MULTITASKER When you are under the process of IT that means that you are following rules and indications so that make a person multitasked.

1-LOCK STUDENTS MIND In a way, students that are not used to work following rules can face problems when they get into the system. 2-RESPONSIBILITY IT requires a big responsibility since you have to follow rules and indications, so students that are not use to this system they fail.

2- Explain how you are going to design a lesson plan online by using Web Quest and what are the real propose using this kind of technology in your professional development. MY LESSON PLAN
A Web Quest is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web. These can be created using various programs, including a simple word processing document that includes links to websites.

Firstly, I will explain what is the main propose of using a WEB QUEST so, when you use a Web Quest, that means that you want to catch the attention of the people who you want to transmit the information, in order the information to be effective; and in order you can get success with the aims that you have already set. Then in order to develop a lesson you must establish all the goals that you want to achieve through the use of the Web Quest.

So in order to design a lesson, I will define the next steps. 1-First you must take in consideration the aimed group, so you have to know what kind of group you are dealing with, and depending on the level of the group you will develop the lesson. 2-After knowing the group you are treating to, you must collect the necessary information that will be given to the students taking into account the level and the confident of the information that will be given. 3-Elaborating a Web Quest must be something well organized since this depends a lot the importance that the viewers will take in account. So students need to be motivated at the time they are taking the lesson thats why the Web Quest must be very creative. 4-So at the end of developing the Web Quest, through the aims that were set in the lesson, we will verify if we reached what we wanted to reach in the lesson or if we failed with our students.

3- Explain how you are going to deal if you want to use technology in a school or place of work but there is not Tech in the classroom. What are you going to do? How are you going to solve the problem? Provide resources that you will use and the procedures SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM

As everybody knows, technology has become an essential part in the peoples life, especially in the new generation so students can learn in an easy way using technology in the classroom, but the big problem appears when you work as a teacher in a school where there is no resources of technology such as computers, devices etc. so, thats when you start facing difficulties in the way that you want to transmit or develop a lesson, but as a professional you must look for strategies so you can develop your lesson in a good way with the help of tech. So, if I have the duty to develop this process, what I would do is to look a way of having resources So, students can get used to the new technology of course I would have to join all my co-workers so everyone can contribute something to the process, and once that all the teachers know the plan, I am pretty sure all will become easier. Once that I have the support of all the co-workers, as a group we will have to look for resources that could help to solve the problem and in that way we could have the tools that will be needed. Once that we get the tools, I will focus in my students, and what I going to implement more, it will be the interaction among them so, they can have abilities to express or communicate with people easier without fears so, that means that students have to be submit to a big process but once that they finish the process, at the end they will be able to interact with other people becoming digital students and having abilities to develop some activities such as chatting in English or even having video calls with people with other culture.

4- Choose digital resources you will include and describe how those digital resources you are going to improve you PLE and PLN THE FOLLOWING TEXT IS ABOUT ALL THE DIGITAL RESOURCES THAT AS A STUDENT, I USE TO IMPROVE MY KNOWLEDGE.

So, as everybody knows nowadays technology offers a lot of digital resources that can help to students and professional people to improve their knowledge but, the problem is to choose the adequate ones, because there is a lot of this kind of technology, but we must know how to get the best ones because of this depends the knowledge that we will get.

So these are the first digital resource I will talk about: DUOLINGO: This is a good digital resource, you can have a complete interaction on it, because you can develop the 4 macro skills such as listening, speaking, writing and reading and best thing is that it is all for free but, it works as if you pay a lot of money. (PLE) LINGUEE: This is a dictionary very complete and open, you not only get the term that you look for, but also you get the context where the words that you look can be used. And also gives you good examples of the meaning of the words. (PLE) YOUTUBE: It might seem that YouTube it is only to watch video but, it depends on the use that we do, in my own case, I use it just to learn lyrics and thanks to YouTube I know a lot of songs lyrics. (PLN) SLIDESHARE: Sharing information is nice, and this site is good to do it, you can upload your document so everyone can read it and download it. This enhances my knowledge because I can have any kind of information with this tool and in this way I learn a lot every time I get into. (PLN)
