We use can when we want to talk about abilities or skills that we have.
Utilizamos can poder cuando queremos hablar de habilidades o destrezas que tenemos.

Example: SHE CAN SWIM.

Ella puede nadar.

If you don t have a skill or ability, we use can not or cant

Si t no tienes destrezas o habilidades Usamos, cant no puede

HE CANT COOK
l no puede cocinar

If you want to do questions you have to invert the subject with the modal verb can
Si t quieres hacer preguntas tienes que invertir la posicin del sujeto con el verbo modal can.
