For paneling - Z-clips, Impaling/Adhesive, Z-bar. For ceiling - AnutoneSkelet T-grid system or Z-bar system. Panels installed on Z-clips, AnutoneSkelet, Z-bar are fully accessible - panels can be dismantled, the utilities behind the panels serviced, and the panels can be re-installed.
Installation Guidelines
Panelling - Z-clips/Z-bars Sp e c i a l Z c l i ps a r e m o u n t e d t o t h e pa n e l b a c k . Corresponding Z-clips or bars are installed on the wall at the appropriate location to allow attachment of the panel. Panelling - Impaling clips Impaling clips are attached directly to the wall with the points extending outward. Adhesive is applied to the ACT KLH panel, which is positioned and pressed into place onto the clips. Ceiling - AnutoneSkelet AnutoneSkelet T-grid framework is suspended from the soffit slab and the ACT KLH panels are laid in. Ceiling - Z-bar Z bars are mounted to the panel back. Corresponding wall bars are installed on the soffit slab at the appropriate location to allow attachment of the panel.
The noise reduction coefficients were derived from tests conducted by a UL certified facility in accordance with ASTM C 423 on a Type D5 mounting.
Warranty
ACT KLH panels have a limited 3 year warranty when used on walls and 1 year on ceilings, staring from the date of purchase. The panels are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Green Performance
ACT KLH panels utilise a core that is eligible to bear the Green Cross label for recycled content. The board is certified on average to contain at least 35% recycled glass with 9% post-consumer and 26% preconsumer content. And for your LEED project, our acoustical panels can help you qualify for recycled content points under the materials and resources section. Other LEED categories may also apply depending upon the project requirement.
Aesthetics
ACT KLH panels meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of all types of architectural spaces. A very wide range of colours is available. See pages 8 & 9.
Tech Performance
Each component has been tested according to ASTM E84* and has a Class I/A rating.

With an unbelievably broad range of modular ceilings, built spaces can practically sport a designer look, with a mix n match of different options for ceiling surfaces using ACT KLH. In essence, a given built space can sport different looks with - exposed plenum, large format, combinations (multi-product), layers (multi-levels), shapes n sizes (hexagon, octagon etc), curves, perforated and unperforated, and accented AnutoneSkelet. The possibilities are limited only by ones imagination. Here are some design options ...
Colour AnutoneSkelet
Breaking away from the limitation of white framework. Now, even the framework can match the vividity of the coloured ACT KLH panels to weave in a different aesthetic impact, complementing the overall ambience.
