INTRODUCTION

Personal Entreprenuership Competencies (PEC) are used to define and analyze the characterisric of person, whether they are competent to become an entreprenuer or vice versa. Every career draws on the competencies of an individual. Some of these

competencies may be general and some peculiar to the chosen career. You may understand competencies to mean abilities and skills. However, we would desist from calling these as personality traits as such a conceptualization only reinforces the mistaken belief that entrepreneurs are born rather than made. I believe that recognition of these competencies as abilities and skills makes entrepreneurship as a teachable and learnable behaviour.

Therefore, it is better for a person to identify their personal entreprenuership compentencies so that easier to them identify the weaknesses and strenght in their self. Then, they can try to develope their skills as an entreprenuership. This report were explained more about my Personal Enterprenuership Competencies test best on my natural characteristics. The competencies measurement are includes initiative, sees an acts on opportunities, persistence, information seeking, concern for high quality of work, commitment to work contract efficiency orientation, systematic planning, problem solving, self-confidence, assertiveness, and persuasion. All these criteria will describe our self as entrepreneurship competencies based on the question that have been provided .

HISTORY
On 28 February 1991, I was born to this world. I have six siblings and Im the last one. Now, all my siblings are working and married. Only left me who are still study. So, Its easy for me to make all my siblings as my inspiration to be more success person.

If Im serious about being successful in life then I can do nothing better than educating myself about the inspirational stories of successful and famous people. Many people who want to achieve success in life, career or business fail to do it because they don't know what it takes to be successful and how the road to success looks like. They just see the final result, which is the successful person, without having any idea about what this person went through.

I have managed to become a self made millionaire at the age of 30. This didn't happen by chance because i already wrote that goal down five years before i accomplished it. Becoming rich is not about luck, starting big or being intelligent but its all about having certain beliefs about money and life.

SUCCESS STORY
Every people in this world will have their successful story. So now, I want to share my success story. Actually, I dont have any entrepreneur success story. Although my ambition is want to be a businessman but from now, I really did not start for any business.

The three important things that I have asked myself to be a successful entrepreneur are I want to know the hard core truth about achieving success in business and life? I want to know what it takes to go through the entrepreneurial process of starting a business. I need inspiration to face my business challenges squarely?

Before I start a work I always ask myself three questions - Why am I doing it, What the results might be and Will I be successful. Only when I think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions, I will go ahead.

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose. Success or failure depends more upon attitude than upon capacity successful men act as though they have accomplished or are enjoying something. Soon it becomes a reality. Act, look, feel successful, conduct yourself accordingly, and you will be amazed at the positive results.

I believe that being successful means having a balance of success stories across the many areas of your life. I can't truly be considered successful in your business life if your home life is in shambles. If I want to be successful, it's just this simple. I know what Im doing. Love what Im are doing. And believe in what Im doing.

PRINCIPLE OF LIFE
I wouldnt be exaggerating, would I, if I were to say that in life one couldnt live without some definite values and principles. Every one of us has some guiding standards, or shall I say philosophies or rules of life, by which we choose to abide. These principles act as our North Star and give us a sense of direction, a meaning to our existence. I am sure most of us would like to lead such a life; and all we really need to achieve that would be our philosophies or ways of thinking, and the principles we follow, plus of course our attitude toward things. There are my principle that I always follow : My main principles of life as a MUSLIM are to hold tight with Al-Quran and AsSunnah, for whatever to do in this world, which is should not run from those two.

Make a choice! Once I do, I can always follow it through. The quality of my lives depends on the quality of choices I make, and for that I need to refine my principles.

The only real failure in life is not trying. Don't be afraid to take on new challenges and risks. I never know what good will come from my focused efforts, but I do know what will come from not trying.

It doesn't matter what others think of me. My self esteem comes from recognizing that I am a pure soul, loved by God, striving to do my best.

Initiative- acting out of choice rather than compulsion, taking the lead rather than waiting for others to start. Sees and Acts on Opportunities- A mindset where one is trained to look for business opportunities from everyday experiences. Recall oranges example. Information Seeking- Knowing who knows, consulting experts, reading relevant material and an overall openness to ideas and information. Persistence- A never say die attitude, not giving up easily, striving Concern for High Quality of Work- Attention to details and observance of established standards and norms. Commitment to Work Contract- Taking personal pains to complete a task as scheduled Efficiency Orientation- Concern for conservation of time, money and effort. Systematic Planning- Breaking up the complex whole into parts, close examination of the parts and inferring about the whole; e.g. simultaneously attending to production, marketing and financial aspects (parts) of the overall business strategy (the whole). Problem solving-Observing the symptoms, diagnosing and curing. Self-confidence- Not being afraid of the risks associated with business and relying on ones capabilities to successfully manage these. CONCLUSION
To take up a career in entrepreneurship you have to feel the desire as well as perceive the feasibility of entrepreneurship as a career option. Fortunately it is no longer believed that entrepreneurs are born with certain traits. The emphasis is now on the competencies, which provide the know-how of how to engage in entrepreneurial behaviour. Knowledge, skills and abilities for undertaking a particular task can be learnt. A list of general competencies, which play an important role in entrepreneurial success include work commitment self confidence, systematic planning, concern for quality etc. A change in perspective- an ability to perceive opportunities and to think of innovative ways of exploiting opportunities is a right step in thinking like an entrepreneur. Experience in that particular field will go a long way in providing you the know-how and confidence that you can launch and successfully run an enterprise.

Lastly, the scoring sheet for my personal entrepreneurship competencies shows that I get only five competencies with highest rate which are 20 and above. Firstly, sees and acts on opportunities. I like challenges and new opportunities that is why I take advantage of opportunities that arise in front of me. Secondly, I got 20 score in information seeking, because when I starting a new task or project, I gather a great deal of information. I seek the advice of people who know a lot about the problems or tasks I am working on. I also go to several different sources to get information to help with tasks or project. Thirdly, the competencies I get high score are concern for high quality of work. Because it bothers me when things are not done well, and if I have a company I want the company I own to be the best of its type. Last but not least, efficiency orientation, I get 21 score which describe me as efficiencies person. I will find ways to do things faster without wasting my time, because it bothers me when my time wasted. Lastly, the problem solving score competencies, I get 22 score which describe me as a problem solver. This is because I always think of unusual solutions to problems with many new ideas. Sometimes, once I have selected an approach to solving a problem, I do not change that approach. Mostly of this test were likely describe my self-competencies.
