Gatekeepers are configured but are masked off the SAF ports. Cause: The 3C3E or 3C3C results from a call in the code to set "free_scratch_slot_p_dv_specify_return_no_indirect_TID_read" in the options flags. When this is a Thin device, during the scratch slot unlock, the code ends up re-reading the I table of the first track from the source device. This then results in the code overwriting the current WP sector signatures in the device record, and when the code calls "move_safe_write_context" out of the meta switch, this old value from global memory is what is copied over as the expected "new" sector signature. This scratch slow options flags command does not exist in Enginuity 5875.
