Product Makedown and Application Kemiras Superfloc washer flocculants are supplied as easy-to-handle emulsions, resulting in short hydration time and small makedown systems. Initial dilution or breaking is recommended at 0.5-2.0% with final dilution strength of 0.1% to 0.01%. Products have been specifically formulated to break well in a wide range of process streams including washer overflow and lake water. Final dilute solutions need minimal aging prior to use.

While concentrated emulsions should not be stored in mild steel, brass or rubber tanks, dilute emulsion is compatible with a wide range of storage materials. Please contact your technical sales representative for further details or assistance with feed and storage system compatibility.
