The notification window's appearance The sound to play, how long it is played, etc.

Charge Calculation
CA Call Accounting calculates phone call charges based on your charge settings. You can configure up to 4 charge tables for each PBX. Each charge table lets you specify a variety of conditions in order to accurately calculate call charges. On the web client, you can customise the charge settings for the criteria below: Time of day (peak, off-peak, economy) Leading digits of the phone number (for long distance calls, international calls, etc.) Trunk Holidays For more information about how call charges are calculated and how to programme the charge tables, see the help. Notice

Note

The call charges calculated by CA Call Accounting are only estimates. The calculated charges may differ from the actual charges billed by your telephone company.

The number of calls that can be stored is 100,000. If the memory becomes full, the oldest call will be overwritten each time a call is received. A call charge of up to 7 digits is shown for each call, and the total can consist of up to 17 digits, including whole numbers (max. 10 digits), the decimal point, and a preprogrammed number of decimal digits (max. 6 digits). If the call charge exceeds the maximum number of digits, considering that the decimal point does not move, all numbers will be replaced by nines. For example, if the number of decimal places is set to 3, the maximum call charge will be calculated as 9 999.999, even if the actual charge exceeds this. The number of decimal digits can be programmed via the web client. Go to Options Other Settings Currency and Decimal Places Setting.
