Lepasan SPM (tidak termasuk pelajar IKBN/IKTBN semasa) Recongnize the plan layout, matererials and tools using catalogues, network plan, standart operating procedures and cheklist so that student should be able to setup network client workstation system. 1.Prepare computer network environmet using standard operating procedure, layout plan, network system documentation, checklist, measurement tools and company policy. 2. Install and update computer Operating system and application software all the job installed and, tested in accordance with system requirements. 3. Install, update and upgrade compute system unit components and device driver all the job installed and, tested in accordance with system requirements. 4.Store software inventory using inventory management software,inventory checklist and company policy so that software inventory data obtained,software movement data update and software datebase recorded in accordance with company policies. 5.Store computer network equipment using network equipment storage inventory management software and company policy so that computer network equipment obtained and assembled, and computer network equipment information recorded accodance with company policies.

Lepasan spm (tIdak termasuk pelajar IKBN/IKTBN semasa). Comprehend network problem by using tools,equipment and materials using osciloscope,related software and network analyzer so that the network system can be configured,back up enabled in order to maintain the network system. 1.Determine computer network connectivity,type of computer network connectivity and follow Standard Operating Procedure(SOP). 2.Determine computer network cambling,operate cable tester,operate network tools,identify error on network equipments system and prepare computer network cable connectivity checklist. 3.Identify common network protocol,network common services,apply basic OSI models connectivity configuration,operate network tools and prepare computer network connectivity configuration checklist. 4.Identify back-up systems,access to back-up media,locate servers,lacate files and directories and classify files and directories for different type of back-up. 5.Create back-up,apply disaster recovery procedures,apply back-up procedures and disaster recovery also prepare backup logs. 6.Carry out computer network preventive maintenance using watch log,assisted management toos,check list and manual/user guide. 7.Determine various types operating system,computer network system,set validity and duration of hard disk for users and recover hard disk space for users.

Install network operating system,setup server service and provide remote online suport by using network operating system software,network equipments and manuals so that server can be configured. 1.Determine computer operating system,computer system requirement and computer specification. 2.Ensure computer meets operating system requirement. 3.Record computer operating system installation,apply testing prosedure and record test result. 4.Determine type of network operating system,computer network requirement and interpret network operating system functions. 5.Configure server,configure network operating system and establish network operating system. 6.Gather information from user and communicate with users of all level. 7.Determine types of network server services,appropriate network server and basic functionality of network server services. 8.Identify standard network server services specification,activate network server services,prepare server services checklist and update server services checklist. 9.Acquire computer network equipment documentation,network connectivity documentation,network client operating system documentation and communicate effectively.
