Overview of CancerIsOver.org website plus Comments (to view comments click the button at the end of this post)

Overview of CancerIsOver.org [http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/] : Hi. My name is Ralph Cole. Please feel free to contact me by email for any reason at ralph90015@yahoo.com , or by telephone at (213) 747-6345 (in the U.S). I had metastasized cancer 7 years ago and was able to cure it with carrot juice. I started this site in February after Ann Cameron, an author of children's books, reported that she was also able to shrink her tumors by copying what I did. She tells her story in the second post on this site "Carrots and My Cancer" a few posts below this one. If you read nothing else, be sure to read her story. My story is in "Carrots and Cancer", which was the first post on this site, and is last to appear in this column of posts. I summarize our two posts in the two paragraphs that follow. This paragraph is a summary of my story, which appears in more detail in my post, "Carrots and Cancer", below. I was fortunate in having two friends who taught me about juicing soon after I was diagnosed with cancer. From the time I started juicing until the time I was scheduled to have surgery 4 months later, two MRIs showed my tumors did not grow. I was juicing 2-3 lbs. of carrots per day during this time. Because my tumors had stopped growing, I backed out of surgery. Unfortunately, I accepted chemo and radiation, which the radiologist insisted would be harmless because radiation is a part of our natural environment. He was wrong. It damaged my epiglotis and my ability to swallow. All in all, however, I got off easy. Because of the concern my Green friends had for me, I was able to avoid having two large tumors cut out of my neck by a gung-ho surgeon who insisted that surgery was my only chance of survival. However, a few months later more tumors appeared on my chest. I was able to get rid of these entirely with carrot juice. In the process I learned that it takes about five cups of carrot juice per day to make tumors shrink, and that you must continue at that rate for two months after the lumps disappear so that they don't return. In 2006 I sent out an email which detailed my experience with cancer and carrots which someone posted online. It is included at the end of the first post on this blog, Cancer and Carrots. The rest of that post touches upon things like the result of research on carrots that was done in Europe, and the economic forces that prevent more effective and less harmful medical treatments from being adopted by mainstream medicine. The second post on this blog, "Carrots and My Cancer", which is dated March 18th and the third one below this one, was written by author Ann Cameron. I summarize it briefly here, but you will want to read her story as she tells it. She had fast-growing tumors when

her tumors had gotten smaller. Although she still has tumors, she believes her recovery will continue as long as she keeps drinking five cups of carrot juice per day. She has returned to Guatemala where she has resumed research for her next book. She ends her post with a promise to keep readers of Cancer Is Over updated as to the progress of her recovery. She invites people to contact her through her website, anncameronbooks.com [http://anncameronbooks.com/] . [Editor's Footnote: Ann's CAT scan on July 30, 2013 indicated her tumors had completely disappeared]. The two other posts currently in this blog are How To Cure Cancer With Carrots which puts everything you need to do to either stop tumors from growing or to get rid of them into one page, and Thanks For Visiting Cancer Is Over, a prior summary of this website. If this post is the only one appearing on this page, click this link (cancerisover.org [http://cancerisover.org/] ) and all five posts (this one and the other four) should appear together, on one long page. There should also be a comment button to click at the end of each post to read and post comments. We especially want to hear from people that have had or are experiencing cancer. Please use the comments page to tell us what worked (or seems to be working) or didn't work for you (or your acquaintance). Try also to tell us the amounts and the time periods involved as accurately as you can remember. Your experiences could be of tremendous value to someone else. The rest of this post is directed toward those interested in using this blog to inform the public as to how carrots can be used to cure cancer. If this is your first visit to this website, you may want to skip the rest of this post for now and come back after you have looked at the other four posts. Please return to the CancerIsOver.org website often to see what changes we make, to monitor our progress in getting the Carrot Juice Remedies message out, and hopefully, to get involved yourself. Anybody with a sign on a freeway overpass can do what I do. You can accomplish exactly what I can. You will not believe all the honks and waves you will get. It really is fun! And you might just be saving lives every time you go out! Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. For now, just read our posts and consider our invitation to get further involved. Volunteer/Supporter Updates in chronological order: I believe the carrot juice message could save millions of lives. It is our goal to help make that happen, and as soon as possible. If enough of you are willing to help, we will accomplish a lot. This page is for you. I'll keep this page updated so you can get a sense of how our efforts (yours and mine) are doing, as measured by what we expect to be changes in pageviews over time. I started holding signs over Dodger Stadium traffic on April 1st. I got 2 to 3 views per minute while doing that, about half of them immediately, the other half spread out over the next day or so. In the first few days we had 11 views from Russia, 12 from Germany, 4

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

We started the CancerIsOver website on 2/22/2013. We had 133 pageviews in February (mainly mine before I stopped counting my own views). We had 458 pageviews in March As of the morning of April.22 we have 4057 all-time pageviews including about 3500 in April. Our percentage of pageviews from other countries has steadily climbed from about 3% initially to about 9% over the last week. It's exciting to watch. I'll keep you posted! 4/5/13 entry: I am so sad to read that movie reviewer Roger Ebert died of cancer this week. I used to watch his TV show all the time. These deaths never stop and they are totally needless. Please read Ann Cameron's story (third post below) and tell everyone you know about juicing carrots so we can end the tragic deaths of our beloved celebrities! 4/8/2013 entry: This morning this website received its first comment. You can see it and my reply by clicking on the comments button at the end of this post. If the comment button isn't appearing you may need to reenter website by clicking on the cancerisover.blogspot.com [http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/] link. Sunday 4/14/13: Had our 2000 pageview about noon. Tuesday 4/16/13: Made and put up 17 CancerIsOver.org signs.Getting great response already! Wednesday 4/17/13: Reached 3000 all-time pageviews today! Saturday 4/20/13: If someone can help with materials expenses for signs it would be greatly appreciated! Call me at (213) 747-6345. Thanks! Sunday 4/21/13: Had our 4000th all-time pageview about 7 PM. Doubled in a week! Thursday 4/25/13: Pageviews have doubled in the last 3 days to about 15 an hour. Had 5000th pageview about 5 PM. Saturday 4/27/13: All time page views reached 6000 today. Saturday 5/11/2013: In the two weeks since the last update several more people indicate they will be starting to juice carrots. In addition to Ann Cameron who wrote one of the posts on this website and who has been juicing since November, the list now includes includes Maria Guardado (who has been juicing since September and whose liver tumor is shrinking); Myra Barnes (who juiced to prevent a recurrence of cancer after her surgery a few months ago); Ben Dy's mother Ellen in the Philippines (juicing since late April); Esther, a cancer patient here from Guam who has been supplementing chemotherapy by juicing carrots since late April and believes she is getting her strength back because of it; and Jose Amadeus from Glassell Park, who just started juicing the second week of May (he offered to let people cantact him directly at 323-775-7444). Ann reports that two successive CATscans have shown her tumors to be shrinking; Maria Guardado says that a tumor in her liver is now less than a quarter of the size in its 2-dimensional image as it was in September, that she has only been drinking two cups per day of carrot juice and has been undergoing chemotherapy over the same period, so it is not clear what has

NOTE: I have been experimenting with different messages on the sign I hold up on the bridge over the freeway. Yesterday (Friday) I tried Carrots Cure Cancer .COM and got the best response that I've ever gotten, averaging about 100 page views per hour for 2.3 hours. However, that could have been partly because of the Dodger traffic and the presence of my daughter, who gets very animated. I'm going to try the last sign again tonight and see if I get similar results by myself. If so, I will likely use the new web address on the next batch of signs. I mention all this because I don't want this to be considered just Ralph's (and Ann's) project. We are neither the first nor the last in this marathon. It will grow and succeed to the degree that people like you take it on as well. Thank you for reading this and, hopefully, sharing the information with others. Just got back from the overpass in time to see our 10,000th page view come in (5/11/13@6:25 PM). With your help its on to 100K! The sooner everyone knows about juicing carrots, the sooner we will be spared the pain of needlessly losing our loved ones to cancer, and the sooner those with cancer will stop having to endure the severe deterioration in the quality of their lives which almost inevitably accompanies traditional cancer treatment. Thanks for your help in getting us closer to these goals! I could sure use a driver to help me put up signs. I'll pay for gas. Please call me at (213) 747-6345 if you think you might have a little time available. Thanks! Thursday 5/16/2013: I was holding a sign up over freeway traffic on the local freeway overpass when a CHP officer stopped and told me that that was against the law because the distraction could cause an accident and directed me to leave. Friday I made 1000 "Carrots Save Boobs .Com" signs (in response to Angelina Jolie's double mastectomy this week I was trying out this domain name on a handheld sign when the CHP came. It got 37 pageviews in the 19 minutes I held it up) and Saturday morning spent 4 hours (12-4 AM) putting the first 100 up; no views to speak of so far. I think 6"X17" must be too small. Or maybe its just too early, or there isn't enough traffic where I put them, or the reference is too obscure. Back to the drawing board! Saturday 6/1/2013: A lady named Janice Rodgers called and offered to help with signs. She says she she had refused mainstream treatment and was already juicing carrots for a breast lump when she saw one of our Carrots Save Boobs .com signs. She reports that she increased the amount of carrots she juices daily to five pounds after reading this website, and thanked us for getting that additional information to her. She promised to keep us posted on her progress. Saturday 8/10/2013: I haven't been posting here lately because I've been trying to keep up in two physics classes and deal with family issues. Been studying physics this summer. We just had a 30,000 pageview yesterday. My story and Ann Cameron's were posted 8/1 on ChrisBeatCancer.com [http://www.chrisbeatcancer.com/category/natural-survivor-stories] ,which is a wonderful project. We wish to thank Chris Wark for sharing our stories with his community. Chris was cured of cancer by juicing carrots as Ann and I were. Friday 9/6/2013: Jose Aguilar, a young man that I lent him a juicer to after he called me on June 20 after receiving a diagnosis of lung cancer, told me during a phone call followup this evening that the nodule in his lung that had previously been visible in chest x-rays was no longer visible. He reports he is still juicing carrots daily. He offered to answer questions

NOTES: I have resumed my studying in a belated attempt to go to med school. Two projects I would like to get started are weekly brigades to put up fliers and signs with our web address(es). The other is to start a "pre-med head start" class where people interested in careers in medicine and research with (presumably) limited income can meet and learn how they can attempt this like I am on limited means and/or late in life. It would also be to help them to prepare for the Medical College Aptitude Test and/or the science classes they will need to take so they can get top grades in them the first time around. If either project interests you please call me and sign up! Another possibility: how about a Carrot Juice Fan Club? Feedback (and/or help organizing one) would be appreciated. Stay tuned! Best wishes, Ralph

How To Cure Cancer With Carrots

Two Remedies for Tumors- Pick the One That's Right For You* (Be sure to make a copy for future reference) Proven Remedy #1, for GETTING TUMORS TO STOP GROWING:

1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Find a juicer if you do not have one.** Have your tumors scanned so later you can accurately determine changes in size. Wash, top, and juice THREE POUNDS of ordinary carrots. DO NOT PEEL THEM! Drink the THREE CUPS of juice obtained in step 3.*** Repeat Steps 3 and 4 DAILY, INDEFINITELY, to keep tumors from getting larger. To shrink them, you must consume more than three cups of carrot juice per day (see Proven Remedy #2, below). 6. Have the size of your tumors redetermined periodically to verify results and to keep you motivated to keep juicing. Results may vary, depending upon whether or not you skipped any days, and/or drank all the juice you made each day. If you juice and drink 3 CUPS DAILY, your tumors will REMAIN ABOUT THE SAME SIZE as when you started juicing. Proven Remedy #2, for GETTING RID OF TUMORS****:

1. Find a juicer if you do not have one.**

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 DAILY UNTIL YOUR TUMORS DISAPPEAR. This process will take from a few months to a year or more, depending upon the aggressiveness and initial size of your tumor. Have the size of your tumors redetermined periodically to verify results and to keep you motivated to keep juicing. Results may vary, depending upon whether or not you skipped any days, and/or drank all the juice you made each day. If you juice and drink 5 CUPS DAILY, your tumors will be SMALLER each examination. 6. Continue juicing two to three months after tumors disappear to make sure they are completely gone.
*These remedies only work with carrots. Although other foods are beneficial for maintaining health, carrot juice was the only food or supplement we could find out of many we tried that was able shrink our tumors. The carrots do not have to be organic to be effective. Other foods may be eaten as well as long as the required daily intake of carrot juice is maintained. Also, amounts specified assume body weight of about 160 pounds. **A juicer, also called a juice extractor, removes pulp leaving undiluted juice. A blender does not concentrate carrot juice and is not sufficient to shrink tumors or even stop them from spreading and growing. If you have cancer and do not have a juicer, you need to obtain a juicer without delay. You can find used ones ebay for under $50 and at swap meets often under $20. Some of the cheapest ones are awkward to use and clean and small ones require you to slice the carrots, but any will do the job until you can get a better one. I like the Juiceman II because it takes large carrots without slicing. I sometimes see them at swap meets for $20- $30, but you should try to take it apart before you get it, since it is hard to open for some. In any case, avoid getting a new one because there are lots of used ones out there, and it is likely that even if you spend a lot there will be something you don't like anyway. I can juice 5 lbs. and clean up in about ten minutes. Some machines, even the expensive ones, take much longer I suspect. If you do not have a juice extractor, many people have extracters they don't use much, and they might lend you theirs if you ask them nice. If you are near downtown Los Angeles where I live, I have some I will lend out for a deposit. ***It doesn't seem to matter whether you drink the juice all at once or spread it out over the day. I drank all five cups (see Proven Remedy #2) in the morning, which may be too much at once for some. I found that drinking it through a (broad soft-drink style) straw helped it go down relatively quickly and easily. ****This is my preferred remedy of the two for obvious reasons. If I seem a bit fanatical, it is because each of the people who have tried five cups of carrot juice per day and had subsequent scans have reported either that their tumors have shrunk or, in the case of prior surgery, that new tumors did not appear. Besides working for me, 5 cups of carrot juice worked for the woman that told me about it, who cured herself of ovarian cancer over a period of 18 months, and it is working for many others currently, including author Ann Cameron, whose July 2013 catscan indicated that her chest tumor had disappeared. The odds of this happening randomly for metastasized cancer three out of three times, and exactly on cue like it did for each of us, is in the neighborhood of one in a million. And it keeps happening, as evidenced by the many emails Ann and I have been receiving from people with tumors who are starting to juice. That doesn't mean it will always happen. It does mean that there is an excellent chance that it will happen for anyone commits to five cups of carrot juice per day. I used the second remedy above to get rid of my tumors seven years ago, and have had no recurrences. It worked for Ann Cameron, the author of 15 children's books, who contacted me with fast growing tumors a few months ago after reading about my experience online. Her tumors stopped growing immediately, and have shrunken since then. She reported on her progress in her March 18th

Thanks for visiting Cancer Is Over!

Hi! My name is Ralph Cole. Thanks for visiting our new website! Chances are good you saw me holding up my sign on the 7th street overpass today. I just started doing that a few days ago (3/29). I am a 63-year-old student taking science classes at Trade Tech here in Los Angeles. So why am I holding up signs? Because seven years ago after I had neck and throat cancer I found that I could stop the growth of the tumors by drinking carrot juice. When I thought I was cured I stopped drinking, but then more tumors appeared in lymph nodes on my chest. I found that as long as I drank 2-3 cups of carrot juice per day they did not get larger. I tried other things for awhile, but nothing I tried would made them shrink. Finally I tried drinking 5 cups of carrot juice per day, and as soon as I tried this, the lumps immediately started to shrink, and kept shrinking as long as I kept drinking 5 cups every day. I sent out an email telling people about this seven years ago which someone posted in their blog which is still online (google carrots and cancer Kevin's page to see it online. It is also at the end of the original post on this website, Carrots and Cancer, which is two posts below this one. Recently my findings were confirmed by two people with metastasized cancer, who are doing what I did and whose tumors are now shrinking. One of the two people is a widely-known author of children's books. And in case you are about to leave, it takes five cups per day of fresh carrot juice per day to shrink tumors. Three cups per day stopped my tumors from getting bigger, but did not get rid of them. Five cups per day did. And five cups per day is working for both of the two others who have tried it. That's three for three.

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

The post following this one is of a letter written for this blog by author Ann Cameron. In her story she recounts her cancer experiences both before and since she started juicing carrots a little over 4 months ago (11/2012). (She has had two CAT scans since she started juicing which both show that her tumors are shrinking. For further confirmation, you can contact her through her website, www.anncameronbooks.com [http://www.anncameronbooks.com/] . If you read nothing else on this website, please read her letter "Carrots and My Cancer", which is the post following this one. If the page you are reading only has this post, enter cancerisover.org [http://cancerisover.org/] into your browser and you should get all the posts on one page. Very few people have read Ann's letter so far because it does not have many key words and the search engines are not finding it. If there is something you know of that would help to get her letter noticed by the search engines, please let me know. I share my experiences with carrot juice and cancer in the second post following this one, "Carrots and Cancer." I also discuss a study in Europe that shows a chemical most common to carrots has been shown to shrink tumors in mice, as well as how we as a species must organize to counter the huge economic forces that are propping up the ineffective, expensive, unnecessary, and often lethal alternatives to carrot juice in treating cancer. Here is a summary of my experience: In 2005, two tumors began to emerge from my neck under my jaw, on the left and right. I was diagnosed with metastasized cancer. I was told right after I was diagnosed, by two women that knew me, I should start juicing carrots, but they didn't tell me how much I needed to drink, or how long it would take to cure my cancer. I started out drinking juicing two to three pounds of carrots per day, which makes two to three cups of juice. This turned out to be just enough to stop my tumors from growing, but apparently not enough to get them to shrink, although the radiologist said "they may have shrunk some". Because my tumors hadn't grown I turned down surgery, and just had chemo and radiation. The tumors disappeared, but I didn't know whether it was because of the juice or the treatment. Later, when new lumps started growing, I had an opportunity to experiment with the quantity of juice without simultaneous treatments taking place. I found that my tumors would grow if I drank less than 3 cups a day, remain stable at about three cups per day, and visibly shrink if I drank 5 cups per day. I had no other special diet or treatment going on, and the carrots were NOT organic. Once I saw they were shrinking, I kept juicing until they were gone, and then for another month or two. After I stopped juicing, the lumps stayed gone, and no new lumps ever appeared. In searching the internet, many tell you that carrot juice is good for you, but no one says how much it takes. One blog recommends 8 cups per day. I think this amount probably discourages a lot of people, and now that the 5 cups per day that cured me has also worked for two other people, I feel confident in recommending it. If that still seems like a lot, compare it to surgery, which you never completely recover from. Not to mention chemo and radiation, which are experiences that no one should be put through. Or the chance you are reduced to a statistic, as over half a million a year are in this country alone.

different than we are. Regardless of what causes a tumor, once started, they all seem to function about the same way. I would be very surprised to hear of tumors that were not responsive to carrot juice. There may be other cures out there. But you can only do so many things at once. The danger with trying too many things at once is that you may neglect doing enough of the right thing. Many things that are good for the body are, unfortunately, also good for cancer. Carrot juice was unique in the things that I tried, in that when I drank it in sufficient quantities, it was good for my body while being bad for my cancer. I could find no other healthy food that that was true for. My message is my experience. There's a cure right there in your grocery department. The three of us mentioned in this blog all have in common that we had metastasized cancer, that we drank five cups of carrot juice a day, that our tumors got smaller, and that our doctors considered our recoveries miraculous, with . Doctors have good reason to act surprised when carrot juice cures somebody. Whatever they know about carrot juice, they would never be able to mention it to you without risking either their prosperity or malpractice suits from the survivors of deceased patients. In reality, I bet they see it happen all the time. My cancer was seven years ago. It has taken this long before someone that contacted me actually committed to give 5 cups of carrot juice a day a try. I have always felt sure it would work for others as it did for me, but I could never persuade anyone else to try it. In November it finally happened. in fact, it happened twice about the same time. And just as I believed would happen, both of the people that committed to drinking carrot juice now have scans showing their tumors shrinking like mine did. Hopefully over time enough people with similar experiences will come forward that the step will become less difficult for others to follow. If you know of someone experiencing cancer please tell them about what you have learned from this site and ask them to call me. We won't ask them for anything except to give carrot juice a try. Experiences that are shared as they take place are much more concrete for those that follow them, and therefore, potentially more helpful. And we won't identify them unless they want us to. A few more people like Ann Cameron willing to contribute their experiences as they occur will go a long way toward raising public consciousness on this issue. Her recovery, as you will see in the next post below, is still a work in progress. It has been exciting for me to follow her recovery so far, but her story is not over yet. I believe her recovery will be complete. I hope you will join me in following it to its conclusion, so that you can then join me in conveying that experience to others, whatever it turns out to be. Thanks again for visiting our new website! You can reach me by telephone at (213) 747-6345, or by email at ralph90015@yahoo.com. Best wishes, Ralph

Carrots and My Cancer

by Ann Cameron (author: website www.anncameronbooks.com [http://www.anncameronbooks.com/] )

On Nov. 6, 2012 I had a CAT scan that showed I had cancer in lymph nodes between my lungs. The oncologist said radiation wouldn't help, but recommended chemotherapy. However I had no chemo, because I worried about its possibly very damaging side effects. Also, it seemed illogical to me to damage the functioning of my immune system with chemo when I would need it to fight the cancer. On November 17, on Ralph Cole's recommendation, to cure myself of the cancer, I began drinking the juice of five pounds of carrots daily. Ten days later, on November 27 a PET scan confirmed the earlier CAT scan, and showed that I had cancer between my lungs, with many "spots" and two tumorous lymph nodes which, according to the radiologist's report, were "rapidly growing" and "avid for sugar." However, that scan also showed that the tumors were only the same size as they had been on November 6, not bigger. This was surprising to me, but the oncologist said it could be because of the lack of precision in scans. On January 7, the next CAT scan showed no growth of the cancer at all, and some shrinkage of the tumors. A March 14 CAT then showed further shrinkage of the swollen lymph nodes between the lungs--they had returned to the normal size of healthy nodes. The results of a July 30 scan, the next and last scan I've had, showed "no evidence of cancer." Between November and August 1, I received no radiation therapy or chemotherapy, and made no major life changes except this one: I drank the juice of five pounds of carrots almost every day. This was Ralph Cole's advice to me, which I believe has saved my life. In addition, I have felt great and in superb health (except for some worry) during the entire time of my treatment. I believe this can work for many others and potentially save many thousands or millions of lives. Carrots have been found to contain the powerful anti-cancer chemicals falcarinol and falcarindiol, which are natural to them, and which they use to defend themselves from natural enemies. It turns out that that same chemicals (and possibly another, luteolin) is able to defend us from our enemies, too. Ralph Cole saw visible shrinkage of his skin tumors only a couple days after starting carrot juice. He and I believe that there was growth of my own tumors between November 6 to November 17, when I started the carrots; and in the following ten days to November 27. shrinkage of that growth reversing the size of the tumors back to what they were on November 6. Depending on the type of tumor, someone who tries carrots could expect to see results in a very few weeks. Below is my story. I was diagnosed at the beginning of June, 2012, with colon cancer and had surgery

pain in the abdomen. I was so weak that I slept all the time and felt absolutely joyless. I was given a blood transfusion during surgery, which improved my hemoglobin. I'm now, on March 18, 2013, 69 years old. I was diagnosed at the beginning of June, 2012, with colon cancer and had surgery immediately to remove a tumor that had penetrated the muscle in the upper right abdomen. Also my gall bladder was removed because I had many gallstones. Before the cancer diagnosis I had been very anemic for several months and had had acute pain in the abdomen. I was so weak that I slept all the time and felt absolutely joyless. I was given a blood transfusion during surgery, which improved my hemoglobin. The surgeon and the oncologist proposed chemotherapy although they said that with the type of tumor I had (Deficient DNA mismatch repair colon cancer), it wouldnt necessarily work. Right after surgery I said, Yes, I would do the proposed 6 months of chemo with infusions every three weeks. The proposal came with a mention of the major secondary effects of the chemo, but with the implied tone of Yes, it can be tough for some people, but not everyone, and we think youre brave enough to take it. The bad possible side effects werent dwelt on. I figured as most people do, that I would be brave and rallied to the challenge. Ideally, the surgeon and oncologist said, I should start the chemo in July; but because the surgical wound got infected and had to be cleaned out, leaving a fist-sized hole in the abdomen, the start of chemo was delayed to September, so my body would have a chance to build the new cells that early chemo would have attacked.. Meantime I started reading about all the possible chemo side effectsincluding anemia, and peripheral neuropathy (excrutiating inflamed hands and feet which in 27% of the 80% with that symptom, continued to be inflamed even years after the chemo was over). I couldnt bear the thought of being anemic again. and losing all my joy in life. And Im a writer who earns my living by typing. How would I write if I couldnt touch a keyboard? I decided that without evidence of metastasis, I was not willing to undergo chemo and to return to being the miserable weak numb anemic person Id been before the surgery. I searched the internet for natural substances that would prevent a return of the cancer and settled on boswellia, and principally beet powder. The abdominal wound closed up. I felt great and couldnt imagine I was still ill. Then in November 2012, I had my six-month checkup PET scan. I was very nervous about this. The oncologist ran behind schedule and I sat in the waiting room with my boyfriend and sister, for two hours with nobody telling me when she would see me. I heartily recommend to anybody who goes for one of these appointments to find out how far behind the oncologist will be and if he or she is late, leave your cell phone number with the receptionist and go take a walk or have a coffee somewhere and only return when you are called back. Everybody involved in treatment may be very nice, but the cancer care system as a whole is not designed with the comfort or emotional needs of patients considered. Once I did see the oncologist, I got a horrible shock: the cancer had metastasized. I had two tumors between the lungs, each about an inch long, and many new cancerous spots. The oncologist concluded that in June the cancer had already metastasized but that the metastasis had been too small to be detectable. [https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] I was devastated and very sad, especially because of the very rapid growth of the cancerfrom undetectable to one-inch tumors in only six months. The oncologist confirmed that this was a very aggressive

colon tumor in June. When I asked, he said that without chemo, my life expectancy was two to three years. Doing the math, I figured that the first six months of life of the twenty I might gain by doing chemo, Id be sick from the chemo itselfand I might not even recover from the chemo sickness before going on to be sick from the cancer. I told the oncologist that I didn't want to start chemo in November, but wanted to wait and see until the next scan in January. She said that that was a reasonable choice. I figured the chemo might be worse than the disease. Id seen chemo kill three friends very quickly. Right after the November bad news, I had returned to scouring the internet and came upon Ralph Coles posting about how he had cured his cancer by drinking the juice of 5 pounds of carrots daily. The post gave his phone number. I called him. He seemed a very level-headed person with no profit motiveno claims that for sure the carrot juice would work, no appeals to buy any particular juicer from him. He was clearly not on a campaign to build his own ego or to corner the world carrot market. I quit the beet juice but went on taking the same vitamins that had already failed to stop the cancer. I bought an Omega juicer and started juicing the 5 pounds of carrots immediately. It takes about a half hour to 45 minutes to clean and cut up the carrots, juice them and clean the juicer afterward. Both the Omega and Champion juicers are extremely easy to clean. Ive heard that the centrifugal juicers are much more of a nuisance to get carrot particles out of the works. [https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] Ralph had told me that it didnt matter to use organic carrots, ordinary carrots were good enough, so thats what I used. He said he drank all the juice, about five cups, immediately. I tried that, but it caused me diarrhea. I thought so much juice at once was not getting digested, so I switched to drinking the juice a cup or two at a time during the day, refrigerating the part I drank later in a sealed jar. In early January I tried to add Low Dose Naltrexon to my regimen, but the pills made me extremely dizzy, so I gave it up after five days. Others say the dizziness passes by increasing the dose slowly, but I was tired of walking like a drunk and having the world lurch around me. On January 9, 2013, I had a new CAT scan. Amazingly, the cancer had not grown: there were no new spots and the two tumors appeared to be slightly smaller. I thought the carrots were working! A week later, I went to Guatemala from Oregon, where I used a Champion juicer. This seemed better than the Omega juicer because it ground the carrots finer and I thought they digested better. A Mayan friend suggested I buy carrots with unwilted tops still on them, to be sure I was getting the freshest carrots, so I did that. (The carrots were weighed after the tops were removed.) In February, I also added a special nanoparticle turmeric (Longvida) and a specially processed broccoli (Activamune) to my regimen. I had a new CAT scan in Guatemala March 14, 2013. It showed that there was no new cancer, and that the two tumors were slightly smaller than they had been in January. The Guatemalan oncologist pressed me about whether I intended to do chemotherapy, and I said not at this point. He said he respected my decision, and in fact at the bottom of his heart agreed with it, that having seen so much damage from chemotherapy, he believed if he had cancer, he would decline it. In my case, it may be that the turmeric and broccoli capsules are helping, or anyhow are good for my general health. However, I am sure that (besides prayers and healing meditations of friends) the carrots have made the difference. Ralph suggested that I eliminate sugar from my diet. But I am fairly self-indulgent and didnt

Personally, I didnt want to make those possibly healthful changes unless it became clear that carrots werent enough. So far, it seems that carrots alone are curing me. I have no symptoms of cancer and feel very good. More important to me than getting rid of the tumors, is having the growth of the cancer stopped. So long as it doesnt grow, it will not cause me any problem. I hope that in a matter of months or years, it will be gone entirely. Unlike some natural substances, as far as I've read, carrots are perfectly compatible with orthodox treatment. Probably some cancers are so advanced that carrots alone can't stop them. I believe, but will never know, that if I'd declined surgery for my initial colon tumor in June 2012, even with carrots, I'd be dead by now. On the other hand, if an oncologist tells someone in apparent good health that it's "not very risky" to delay starting chemo or radiation for a few weeks, I'd advise taking that time to try the carrots. (The carrots, by the way, never turned me orange and have been great for my complexion.) I would recommend trying the five pounds of carrots daily to anyone with cancer. Even if it doesnt help, it can do no harm. [https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] [https://www.blogger.com /blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] [https://www.blogger.com /blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] [https://www.blogger.com /blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] [https://www.blogger.com /blogger.g?blogID=4915761879193141346] I will update this post if I have anything new to report, positive or negative. ### Ann Cameron posted the following update via email on 5/24/2013:

Ralph, I discovered the date I started the carrots--Nov. 17. Maybe you could post this as an update of my experience: I have found that drinking 5 lbs. of carrots as juice is effective at stopping cancer. On June 6, 2012, I had surgery for a newly diagnosed colon cancer and felt better and better from that date. On November 6, 2012, I got a shock: a CT scan showed I had a presumed metastasis-- two small, but very rapidly growing tumors, each about an inch long by 1/4 inch diameter, between my lungs, plus spots and swollen lymph nodules. I read a letter on the internet by Ralph Cole, saying that drinking carrot juice had eliminated ten small squamous cell cancers he suffered from. Ready to try anything, on November 17, I started drinking the juice from five pounds of carrots daily. Eleven days later, on November 27 a PET scan showed the previously rapidly growing tumors had not grown. I decided against having any of the recommended chemotherapy and had no other treatments or life changes beyond the carrot consumption. A CT scan January 7, 2013 showed no growth of the cancer, some shrinkage of the tumors, and fewer swollen lymph nodes. A CT scan at the end of March 2013 showed no growth of the cancer, no new cancer, no swollen lymph nodes at all, and further shrinkage of the tumors.
To put a time line on my progress: The PET of November 27 showed the two tumors in lung lymph nodes as rapidly growing, but no larger than they had been in the CAT scan of November

A scan in Guatemala at the end of March showed that the two formerly tumorous lymph nodes had shrunk to normal size. All lymph nodes and nodules in my lungs were now entirely normal, "no evidence of pulmonary adenopathy." The next scan, on July 30, 2013 showed "no evidence of cancer." Nowhere in my body. It was gone. I've scheduled my next scan for a year from this last one.

I believe that a person like me, a person still in generally good health, might safely put off chemotherapy for several weeks to see if carrots alone can arrest the growth of the cancer. If the carrots show results, one might continue to postpone chemotherapy as long as the carrots continue to arrest the cancer, and, one hopes, eventually eliminate it entirely. It would be ideal, of course, if one's oncologist would confirm, as mine did, that delaying chemotherapy a few weeks would not greatly increase one's risk of continued metastasis. An acquaintance about my age (69) had colon cancer surgery at the same time I did, followed by a course of chemotherapy. His chemo treatment concluded several months ago. His daughter says that he is unhappy because he has no energy now. He's very tired, finds that foods don't taste or smell right, and can't enjoy exercise or eating. Some people go through chemotherapy fairly easily. Many, like him, do not. Cancer has risks. So does chemotherapy, including the development of secondary cancers, since the chemo chemicals themselves are carcinogens. The effective ingredient in the carrots is falcarinol, which is being studied in England by Dr. Kirsten Brandt and her assistants at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. In her research, lab rats given a carcinogen and then carrots, in an amount that would equal a human dosage of a pound and a half, developed one third less tumors than the control rats with normal rat chow. So it makes sense to me that five pounds of carrots juiced daily, a human dose close to three times higher than that used in the rat research, might stop cancer altogether, as it has for Ralph Cole, the creator of the cancerisover.org website. The nice thing about trying the carrots for cancer is that it's inexpensive. It takes only a juicer and carrots. At least in Ralph's and my experience, carrots start to work immediately. In two or three weeks the change should be visible in scan, as a stopping of growth of the cancer, or shrinkage. Even if carrots don't help, they will still do no harm. They don't damage the immune system, cause "brain fog" or temporary or long term illness. They don't bankrupt the cancer patient. ###

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

SPREADING THE WORD IS SAVING LIVES!

A Post Script from Ann Cameron: WORKING WITH THE MIND I believe carrots cured me, but I did have an imaginative and subjective approach to the cancer as well, which helped me through my days and probably affected my immune system for the better, too. Working with the mind of course is even cheaper than working with carrots! As my body healed from the June 2012 colon surgery and the infected surgical wound which had left a big hole in my abdomen, I felt better and better. I was feeling all healed and really superb in November up to the time I got the diagnosis of metastasized Stage 4 colon cancer, and received the surgeon's assessment: it was that I only had two to three years to live. I was terribly, overwhelmingly sad. But then, as days passed, I decided not to let the bad news sink in deep to further hurt my body. I determined that I wasn't going to be struck dead through dread, like a victim of voodoo. I would not visualize the cancer as an all-powerful evil enemy that would surely kill me, but as something I could defeat and also learn from. I thanked my body for the many years it had been healthy and had taken care of me, and told it it was beautiful. (Not beautiful in a fashion-magazine sense, but deeply and inwardly beautiful and good, for its work to help me.) Years before, at a fitness center I used to visit, I'd often overhear one member talking almost proudly to anyone who'd listen, about his health--or rather, his sickness: "My diabetes" he'd say, or "my kidney problem" or "my heart problem." It sounded like his importance as a person came from these conditions that he owned--no different than if he had said "my mansion" or "my Mercedes." I had thought, 'How can he ever get better when these conditions give him his importance in life?' So when I got cancer, I

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

I read a lot of websites about different natural curative regimes--a tremendous bewildering and dismally complex array--and noticed that most people didn't mention why they wanted to live, just what they'd done to survive. I thought just surviving was not the goal--the essential thing was to focus on the values and loves that made it important to live. I am a children's book author, so creating the books that others have told me inspire and and bring happiness to their children is important to me. Besides that, many friends let me know they valued me and wanted me to live. The agnostics sent "good energy," the religious friends prayed for me. I don't think carrots would've saved me if my friends hadn't wanted me around. Back in June 2012, just before I had my colon cancer surgery, I had the good fortune to be put in contact with another children's author, who is also a health and healing consultant. Following my colon surgery, I told her that both the oncologist and the surgeon were advising chemotherapy. She said that belief was the biggest determinant of success of a therapy. She hoped I'd do what I deeply felt was right for myself; but added that the statistics on chemotherapy success were misleading: cancer could be seen not as tumors to be removed, but as a miscommunication between cells. From that perspective, restoring communication between the cells, not indiscriminately attacking and burning cells, was the way to cure the cancer. This gave me increased confidence to forego chemotherapy. So did the words of a Finnish friend, who when I said I was considering chemo, told me, "You know the New York Times just had an article about how chemo agents are carcinogens, don't you?" I didn't know. I learned what she said was true. While chemo drugs initially attack fast-growing cells, tumorous and others, years later they can give rise to new cancers. Anybody wanting more details about my experience is welcome to e-mail me at anncameron2009@hotmail.com . -Ann Cameron (Post Script added September 6, 2013)

Carrots and Cancer

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

/carrots-and-cancer.html]
A HOME REMEDY CURED MY CANCER AND IS SAVING THE LIVES OF OTHERS THAT MAINSTREAM MEDICINE CANNOT HELP Introduction and Summary: I had metastasized cancer tumors, primarily in my neck, in 2005, and was told I needed surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. Before my surgery I was advised to juice carrots by the wife of a friend, a woman that had cured herself of ovarian cancer. Not knowing how much juice to drink, I started juicing three pounds of carrots a day, which yields about 3 cups, or a cup of juice per pound. Four months later when I was due for surgery, I was told by a radiologist that an MRI showed that my tumors had not grown since my first MRI four months before. He also said that my tumors "may have even gotten smaller." Despite this, he still insisted that without treatment my likelihood of surviving was about three times better with cancer treatment than without it (30% versus 10%). Because I was about to lose my eligibility for Medi-Cal, I asked him if I could skip the surgery and just get chemotherapy and radiation. He went to the hospital medical board on my behalf and won out over the surgeon that believed I absolutely needed to have surgery. I was allowed to have chemo and radiation without surgery. I continued to juice three pounds of carrots per day. After chemo and radiation, the lumps on my neck were still there. My tumors gradually shrank and disappeared about four months after the two months of chemo and radiation. I stopped juicing shortly thereafter, not sure at the time whether it was the chemo and radiation treatment or the carrot juice that was responsible for my apparent cure. Shortly after I stopped juicing, tiny lumps began appearing one at a time in two rows on my chest. When I started juicing again, no more new lumps appeared, and the ten little lumps I had on my chest stopped growing. I continued juicing while I looked for a way to get rid of them, not realizing at that time that carrot juice alone could do it if I drank enough of it. Part of my reason for underestimating carrot juice was that I was out of touch with the woman that originally advised me to ask her how much I needed to be drinking, but also, I wanted to see if anything else could control the growth of my chest lumps besides carrot juice. After failing to find anything else that seemed to have any effect, I asked a nurse that attends my church if she had any advice. Her advice was to go back to the hospital ASAP before my lumps metastasized further. Having been through the extreme discomforts of daily radiation treatments with chemo drips and shots, as well as having damaged my ability to swallow and salivate, I decided it was time to get serious about getting rid of the lumps, and I immediately increased my juicing from the three pounds of carrots I had been juicing each day, to juicing five pounds of carrots (yielding five cups of juice), every morning. My visible chest lumps began to shrink almost immediately. I kept up the five pounds (yielding five cups) daily, and the tumors shrank continuously over the next two months, finally disappearing. I juiced for another month or so, then stopped. The biggest lump, which had appeared first, was also the last to disappear, implying that larger tumors probably take longer to to get rid of than smaller ones. I have been cancer-free ever since, and have only juiced on occasion since then.

Cancer Is Over

http://cancerisover.blogspot.com/

In November 2012 an author of children's books saw my story online and called me. She said she had inoperable tumors growing between her lungs and asked if I still stood by carrot juice. After confirming my continuing health, she told me that she had recently had a CAT scan of her tumors and was scheduled to have another in about a few weeks. She said she would drink 5 cups of carrot juice every day like I had to see if it would have any affect upon her growing tumors. About 6 weeks later when I talked to her, she reported that her new CAT scan showed her tumors had gotten smaller since her last CAT scan. She tells her story in the post immediately above this one (Carrots and My Cancer, by Ann Cameron). Recently (3/10/2013) I was told that a woman I spoke with late in 2012 just before she went in to cancer surgery a few months ago, has had someone juicing for her since her surgery, and that a recent "enhanced" CAT scan (I believe this means a radioactive dye is used that indicates cancer cells) indicates that spots on her liver had gotten smaller since an earlier scan. This was reported to me by a the woman that had been for her. The name of the lady with cancer is Maria Guardado, who is a very well known peace activist from El Salvador. The name of the lady juicing for her is Lidia. Almost every time I mention juicing carrots to people, they tell me about some cure they have heard about. When I had cancer I tried many different dietary cures, as well as 18 different types of pills, and external heat applications. This might be why it took so long to discover that although 3 cups per day of carrot juice was simply not enough to shrink a tumor, 5 cups per day was. If you get anything from this blog, I hope that it is that I could not find anything else besides carrot juice that shrank tumors, and even then, 3 cups per day was not enough. If you go to Gerson Clinic and pay thousands of dollars for a week there, they will encourage you to drink carrot juice 13 times a day. Don't make the mistake I made and compromise downward on the quantity. Five cups per day, every day, really, really, really works. More per day may work even faster. I can't say, because I didn't try. I didn't need to. Three cups per day will likely stop the growth of a tumor, but it probably won't shrink a tumor noticeably, based on my experience. And it is enough to turn your skin slightly orange. If you don't like carrot juice, 3 cups per day will probably stop your tumor's growth while you experiment with other things to see if they work. But despite all the other things that came recommended, I couldn't find anything else that worked. Five cups a day is not so terrible, and you may even like it. I found that drinking it through a straw helped it go down quicker and easier. Less might reduce tumors for you, but it took five cups a day to shrink my lumps, and I'm about average size. At the time was about 160 pounds. It remains to be determined whether every cancer, or every individual's metabolism, responds to carrot juice. But until actually researched, it remains a possibility. I have yet to meet a person that juiced carrots for cancer and was unhappy with the result. I know of three people, myself and two others, that juiced 5 pounds per day. Each of us had our tumors shrink. That's not a lot to draw on. But if the hospital gave me a 30% chance of surviving 5 years or more even with their treatment, then that means they must be failing to cure 2 out of 3 of their patients with the symptoms I had. And both of the women I am talking about had much more advanced cancers than I had. Although I can only speak from my own experience, I have yet to hear from someone that carrot juice did not reduce their tumors, and the email someone posted on a blog seven years ago with my story and my phone number on it has been coming up on Google

concerns, I did not find any report of ill effects or ineffectiveness from carrot juice. There is a video about Steve Jobs that indicates that suggests in its title that carrot juice contributed to his death, but if you watch it you find out that carrot juice isn't even discussed, and that he was engaged in a dietary regime that likely deprived him of essential nutrients. Perhaps conclusionary phrases like "Miracle Cancer Cure" or "Carrot Juice Cures Cancer" sound exaggerated, but the possibility that five cups of carrot juice per day can cure any cancer caught early enough has considerable evidence supporting it. If you have evidence on the issue, positive or negative, this is the place to come with it. In the meantime, I have to share what we have been able to find out so far. With so much evidence that millions of lives are being unnecessarily lost through ineffective mainstream cancer treatments, we must share this information. In the terminology used so often to justify potentially lucrative therapies shown to be effective, to delay would be unconscionable. In my opinion, there is absolutely no excuse for not requiring that every new cancer patient's tumors be tested for responsiveness to carrot juice before other more draconian treatments are allowed to be prescribed. The lack of accountability in cancer treatment needs to end, and the government, whether the FDA or some other body, needs to end it. We need to get this message to people before they get cancer so they can settle questions they have ahead of time. Most people are only reachable through personal contact. If you share my urge to get this information to the public, you can do so by linking to this site, mentioning it in your blogs and emails, or making small fliers, posters or bumper stickers with our website address on them, and posting or distributing them. I have just added Cancer Is Over (.com, .org, and .blogspot.com), God's Cancer Cure (.org), Carrots and Cancer (.org), to the original web address, in case you want to share an address that's easier to remember. You can also simply use our effort as inspiration for one of your own. Do whatever you can. Our efforts build upon each other. Much as the earlier practice of bloodletting was eventually ended, the world is gradually becoming aware that other medical practices have gradually filled in the void created by the citizenry's gullibility regarding anything mainstream medicine offers it. It is time to clean house again. We can start by making people aware of the issue before they fall prey to the medical establishment. The wealthy and famous are particularly susceptible to this situation. The "best treatment" is automatically assumed to be the most expensive one, and that makes medical shopping easy for those that can afford to pay a lot. But when people pick their treatment on the basis of cost, the treatment that costs the most will never be driven out, regardless of how ineffective it is. The need for change from the grass roots up is nowhere truer than when it comes to mainstream medical practices. I hope you will investigate for yourself the curative power of carrot juice wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself. And I should also mention that drinking carrot juice has many other health benefits, intestinal cleansing (it cured both my acne and pre-cancerous scales I used to get), and other sites on the net report that a carrot a day reduces the risk of cancer. One article claims that eating one carrot every day reduces the risk of cancer by 60%. If you ever have an opportunity to observe the growth of a cancer in your own body either visually or through body scans, try carrot juice first; once you determine that it can

If you are a skeptic, we share your skepticism. I was very skeptical of everything before one thing, carrot juice, proved itself to me. But people that are skeptical about non-mainstream cures tend instead to place their confidence when it comes to their health in professionals with huge educational debts that get paid for the medical services they provide, whether they are effective or not; certainly not upon whether their patient recovers. The Hippocratic Oath belies the antiquity of the phenomena. Those that survive in the medical profession are those that do the best for themselves, whether or not their clients survive. We like to believe that medical professionals went into their profession for the right reason, but given that they do make huge incomes and have huge debts to pay, it is difficult to imagine that their species is immune to the pressures that mere mortals like the rest of us so often succumb to. And who wants to pay a six-figure professional to prescribe carrot juice? Not his boss, and not a patient. Maybe that's why you don't see doctors prescribing carrot juice. There are many things to be skeptical of, not just cures. Be skeptical of incentives, too. Maybe the hardest thing to do is to get credible information from the few of us with the good fortune of knowing someone personally who has been cured of cancer to the many for whom direct contact with someone with personal experience is not available when they need it. I hope this blog will help to fill that credibility gap. If you doubt anything I have said, find someone with cancer and juice for them, and find out for yourself what happens. You can also call or email me. But regardless of whether you can reach me, or even what happens to me, you can trust in my experience with carrot juice as if it was your own. At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, I will consciously avoid the greater risk of being overly cautious, by stating what I believe in my soul to be true: millions of lives are at stake. I hope you will join me in making this cause your own.

(End of Summary/Introduction) The original 2/22/2013 post for CancerIsOver.org started here:

Imagine a cure for cancer that did not require a hospital, a doctor, or a drug company. Do you really believe any of them would ever tell us about it? And if none of them would, who would? I am starting this blog specifically so that people who have been cured of cancer by carrot juice can share their experience with others, particularly those that have cancer. I was cured of metastacized cancer by carrot juice in 2006. I am just one of many. My goal is to bring together the experiences of those that have been cured by carrot juice so that everybody can find out about the effect carrot juice has upon cancer without any money being involved. As far as other cures go, there may be many, but since they haven't proven themselves to me, I can't vouch for them.

visible lumps on my chest that I could see growing and then shrinking as I varied my intake of carrot juice. Nothing else I tried seemed to have any effect. Up until recently, nobody I've told about my experience had been willing to juice and drink the five cups a day it took me to get my tumors to shrink. Finally, after seven years, I have found two people willing to. One of them had already had surgery, and did so as a precaution against recurrence. The other one has tumors in her lungs that couldn't be operated on. She was between CAT scans when she called me. The good news is that a CAT scan she had subsequent to her starting carrot juice showed that her inoperable tumors had gotten smaller since the CAT scan she had had before drinking carrot juice. Hopefully she will allow me to share her identity and her story in this blog at some point. I wish I could promise it, but I can't. The reason is that she is a writer and may not wish to have her illness made public. I will share what she allows me too as time goes on, but she has much more recovery to go, in any case, so it seems premature to say much about it anyway. But I can say that in speaking to her on the phone, she seems to be as convinced that carrot juice is working for her as I was when I watched my tumors shrink away seven years ago. This blog is not to make generalizations about the curability of cancer, or to make claims about the curative power of carrot juice. All I can say is that I have no doubt that my cancer was cured by carrot juice; the person that told me about carrot juice said the same thing about theirs; and the only person I know that copied what I did to the letter is apparently getting the same result the previous two of us got. Coincidence? I don't think so. Speaking of "coincidences", millions (if not billions) of dollars goes into cancer research annually, yet none of it this side of the Atlantic seems to be researching carrots, despite announced discovery by researchers in Amsterdam and others in Newcastle that a derivative of carrots, falcarinol (google this), was able to eliminate a significant percentage (33%) of cultured tumors in mice. I would think that if the study was flawed, some American pharmaceutical company would have proudly and conclusively shown it to be so by now. People are dying in droves believing their their cancers to be incurable. Why haven't these "public spirited" companies and the medical profession come out and told us about these studies? In my opinion, no cancer should be allowed to be called incurable until carrot juice has been at least attempted. If your doctor hasn't told you, you need to ask yourself who he is working for. He's not working for you. Either that, or he hasn't done his homework. My experience with cancer, and how I overcame it, in brief In 2005 I had metastisized cancer. I had two lumps protruding from my neck under my jaw. They were both biopsied and diagnosed as undifferentiated cancerous squamous skin cells at Los Angeles County-USC Hospital. I was treated with radiation and chemotherapy. The radiation damaged my epiglottis and also affected my ability to salivate and to swallow.

smaller. I soon found that as long as I kept juicing 5 pounds of carrots every day, and drinking the 5 cups of carrot juice that produced, the lumps kept getting smaller. All ten lumps disappeared completely within two months. I have been cancer free ever since, even though I stopped juicing carrots regularly a long time ago and hardly ever juice them anymore. Details of how I cured my cancer with carrot juice are on the internet (and at the end of this post) I sent an email telling about my experience with carrots and cancer to my email contacts shortly thereafter. It was posted on net by someone named Kevin (I don't believe I know him personally) where it still appears six years later. It is still there as of today, February 22, 2013. It can be found at the-lovgrens.com/kevin/carrots_cancer.html or by googling "Carrots and Cancer Ralph Cole" or "Carrots and Cancer Kevin". I have included an edited copy of it at the end of this post. Why I believe what worked for me can work for others In late November 2012 ago the woman writer I mentioned above called me after finding the post about my experience with carrots and cancer on "Kevin's Page." She said she had tumors growing in her lungs that were inoperable and that she was considering trying carrot juice and that she wondered how I was doing. She said she had recently had a CAT scan and was scheduled to have another in 10 days. She said that the difference between her two previous CAT scans had indicated that her tumors were growing rapidly. I called her back in December after her subsequent CAT scan. She said that her doctor reported to her that her tumors, which previous scans had shown to be growing, were smaller than they had been in the previous scan. She said she was feeling good and that she intended to continue drinking 5 cups of fresh carrot juice every day as she had been. I spoke with her again in the middle of February, a few days ago. She told me she had resumed writing and was optimistic that her tumors are continuing to shrink. I believe that she said her next CAT scan will be in April. I will update this blog to let you know how she's doing as soon as I know, assuming it's okay with her to share the information. That her tumors had gotten smaller was especially significant because the delay between her previous CAT scan and when she started drinking carrot juice was about as long and possibly longer than the amount of time she was drinking carrot juice prior to her subsequent scan. This was the first time I know of that someone I had told the effect that 5 cups of fresh carrot juice daily had on my cancer actually tried the same thing and then had an exam capable of passing judgement on whether or not it had worked for them. Although one corroboration doesn't prove anything, it's a start.

your stage and/or condition is, and how we can find out what happened if we stop hearing from you. Your willingness to inform others about what isn't working for you could be a lifesaver for someone else. Please use the blog to let us know what you are doing and the results you are getting, whether for better or worse. This blog is dedicated to former Laker owner Jerry Buss, whose death from cancer prompted me to start this blog. Among the most recent victims is Dr. Jerry Buss, long-time owner of the Lakers basketball team. I mention him because I have been a Laker fan all my life and live very close to their home court. His death has nudged me to try to do something more with the knowledge I have gained from others, subsequently reinforced through personal experience, regarding the largely if not entirely orphaned truth regarding the effect carrot juice in sufficient quantity can have upon cancer. It will probably take somebody with credibility in the public's eye (somebody famous) to get the public's attention and turn the tide of the battle. In the meantime, it will take people like you and me to get the information to people with that credibility in the public's eye. I hope you will help. This blog is about all I can do. Think about what you can do. Maybe it's to tell people about this blog. Maybe it's something else. But please try to do something. It doesn't matter who you tell. The more people that know, the sooner it will happen. If you help, your effort might be the difference. Even if you don't think you can do anything, you can print out little pieces of paper with CancerIsOver.blogspot.com on them and pass them out at events. It might just save someone's life if you do. Six years ago I wrote an email that may have saved the life of the author I told you about. You might save a life with a few sheets of paper. Isn't it worth a try? An alternative to the Get the Word to Famous People approach might be called the Get the Word to Politicians approach. Isn't the job of government to provide things markets can't? How about research on possible cures that big business can't make a profit on? Inform your representatives about this issue, or find candidates that will talk about it, or run yourself and inform your constituency. If you have cancer yourself or are researching to help someone that does, please read my story at the above web site. Keep me posted in this blog and/or by telephone or email whether you or they are drinking carrot juice, how much and how often, and the results that are being gotten, good or bad, so we can pass the information on to others. If you are getting bad results, please call me and let me know personally; since anybody can say anything in a blog and there are a lot of people out there who depend upon mainstream medicine, right or wrong, for a livelihood, I cannot assume that every critic is on the up-and-up. I was once labelled a crackpot and thrown off a blog just for sharing my experience with carrots. I am not a crackpot and they never bothered to share what I had to say that they felt made their case. Supportive comments from medical professionals would be especially appreciated in this blog, but any constructive concerns or comments are welcome whether supportive or not.

Aldo and Viktoria Vidali of Santa Cruz for telling me about carrot juice when I got cancer. They saved my life. Nothing is more exciting than saving a life. If you have had an experience like mine, share it. If you haven't, share mine. But if you don't do anything with the information, nothing will change. Mainstream cancer medicine is Big Business. Someday I may even have to be a part of it. It is up to all of us to get the true cures to the people, because the doctors will never be able to do it and pay off their student loans. And the drug companies have a responsibility to their shareholders to hide the truth. It really is up to us to bring the truth to light. A great thing about carrot juice is that you can drink it in addition to any other treatment you are getting. You might never know what got you well as I do, but does that really matter if you get well? If nothing else, you can consider it cure insurance. I hope you will never have to experience cancer. If you have your own experience to share, please write it up and email it to me. We also also have a comment section at the end of this post. Sincerely, Ralph Cole 213-747-6345 ralph90015@yahoo.com PS: After I wrote the above post, Ann Cameron, the writer with cancer whose tumors started shrinking after she started drinking 5 cups of carrot juice every day (just over a liter), wrote about her experience and allowed me to post it with her identity. If you haven't seen her post, it is directly above this one. I would also like to mention her website is great, especially the section where she has collected quotes about what makes good writing.

SPREADING THE WORD IS SAVING LIVES! ******************************************************************************************* The following is an email I sent out after my cancer recovery in 2006. Someone posted it on a blog (called Kevin's Page) at that time, where it could be found by searching for "Carrots and Cancer". It has always had my phone number in it. In the seven years since it was first posted, I have received no negative feedback about it. Dear Subscribers and Other Friends: As some of you already know, I was treated for cancer last year. In February 2005 I found 2 large lumps on my neck that biopsies showed to be lymph-nodes infected with squamous skin cancer cells. I dragged my feet on mainstream treatment while I tried to get

of my DVD customers who recovered from cancer after making dietary changes she had learned from the Gerson Institute, I tried to juice and drink two to three lbs. of carrots everyday. I also added some oranges and apples, but later I heard that oranges negate carrots to some degree and vice versa and that apples have a lot of sugar, and eventually dropped them. The initial results were encouraging. It seemed that my tumors were decreasing in mass for awhile, although the changes were small and gradual, and it was hard to be certain. By the time the doctors at County General wanted me to decide whether or not I was going to proceed with their treatments, they had also found a third tumor in my throat, which a biopsy showed was also malignant. They persuaded me that the cancer might metasticize further and in less accessible areas if I didn't proceed rapidly. The radiologist said I had a 30% chance of 5-year survival if I proceeded with radiation and chemo (at my request they skipped the surgery that they originally had suggested), and an "essentially zero percent" chance of 5-year survival if I didn't get (mainstream) treatment. With several young children, I decided to proceed with their treatment to "play it safe". Without going into the details, the treatment and its side effects are all they say it is and much more. I lost almost 50 lbs. in 6 weeks, and came away with a lung infection that caused them to keep filling up with foam that was very hard to get rid of, and a stomach tube through my nose for several weeks afterwards because I couldn't swallow or drink anything without choking. To be honest, however, it was nice to lose the weight, although not nearly worth the agony that the chemo puts you through. Anyway, the tumors were fluctuated down and then up during treatment; afterward, they subsided and disappeared over the following 2 to 3 months. Although I continued juicing 2 to 3 lbs. of carrots almost everyday, there was no way to know whether it or the radiation and chemo treatments were responsible. What happened next, however, appeared to be much less ambiguous. I had been warned by the chemo doctors (one in particular, that I also happened to run into at the post office), that recurrences were common and that I needed to keep checking in with them. To avoid this possibility I never quit trying to juice 2-3 lbs. of carrots every day, and managed to do so about 5 days a week on average. So it was a little surprising and disappointing when I noticed lumps forming under the skin on my upper chest about 2 months after the earlier tumors had disappeared. I kept up the juicing and added hot water bottles and heating pads, because I had heard that heat can cause tumors to dissipate when they are close to the skin. This seemed to help at first, but only slightly. I also started adding green "superfood" powder (dried leafy vegetables and seaweed) to the carrot juice. All in all, it was hard to tell that any of it was having any effect. The lumps fluctuated in size, but wouldn't leave. After about 4 months of this, and when I was coming to a point of frustration with their intractability and apparent slight growth, I showed the lumps (there were now 10 of them in a small area about 3 inches below my left shoulder) to an RN at my church. I guess I had slipped into a degree of complacency because I was startled by the sharpness of her response. She said "Ralph, you better get those biopsied!" Well, I had read somewhere along the way that biopsies can spread tumors, so my anxiety level went up instantly, and my first response was to resolve to get more serious about my juicing to try to avoid getting more biopsies if I could. I immediately increased my juicing to 5 lbs. of carrots a

RN friend wasn't at church that day. By the following Sunday I was astounded by the change. When I saw her I said "Give me your hand." She did, and I placed it on the bumps. She said "Wow! What'd you do?" The lumps seemed to me to have gone down by over half, and her response indicated that it wasn't my imagination. In short, 9 of the 10 lumps completely disappeared over a 6 week period, and the last one, which had started out the largest, disappeared entirely by the end of the 8th week. Four months later, I am still juicing 5 lbs. of carrots every day I can, which is usually five or six times a week. I had been warned that carrot juice has a lot of sugar and that high quantities of it can cause you to turn orange. So far neither has been a problem. I think that I had a slight color change at first, but now when I ask people they don't see any. As for the sugar, I can't explain it. I do believe that sugar can cause tumors to grow, but the dramatic disappearance of my 10 lumps suggests that either something else in the carrots offsets the sugar, or that unrefined sugar is not a problem. All I know is that going from juicing 2-3 lbs. to juicing 5 lbs. of carrots a day, and drinking the juice immediately, had an immediate impact on the 10 lumps on my chest that continued until they were gone. I should also mention that the last 10 lumps were small to begin with, each similar to the size and shape of a short grain of rice under the skin, which is probably why the changes were easily visible. I know that one person's experience doesn't prove anything. Neither would I suggest that what worked for me would necessarily work for anyone else. But several people have asked me to share my experience with cancer, and last weekend, I heard that one of my former volunteers has it, so to avoid possible regrets later, I felt I needed to share my experience with my friends before it is too late for it to be of potential value to them. I am swamped with work and don't have enough time to read many emails, so please don't feel like you have to respond. Also, if I owe you a DVD, please give me 2 more weeks before you contact me. I am thinking about setting up a blog so that our friends can share their medical experiences with with each other, and will re-send this or a similar email with a link if we do, and/or put a link on our website.
