Modified General Motor diet program

GM diet plan has been one of the successful diet plan for short term quick weight loss. It has been shown as cure of obesity issue but many people do not know that most people gain back weight lost during this program. I am unraveling my studies at mediplex weight loss clinics with large number of people. Further we have also modified it to suit your personal needs, habits, metabolism etc. I am posting modified general motor program ! "his program is designed for a target weight loss of #$% &gs per week. '! (ou can use or repeat it under supervision sufficient breaks in between. )! (our first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. ,specially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good. *ay "wo ll vegetables. (ou are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. "here is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. (ou may top the potato with one pat of butter. *ay "hree mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. ny amount, any quantity. <o bananas yet. <o potatoes today. *ay Four 'ananas and milk. "oday you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. "his will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities. *ay Five "oday is feast day. (ou will eat beef and tomatoes. ,at two +: o=. portions of lean beef. >amburger is ;&. )ombine this with six whole tomatoes. ;n day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. "his is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing. *ay ?ix 'eef and vegetables. "oday you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. ,at to your hearts content. *ay ?even "oday your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit 8uices and all

the vegetables you care to consume. "omorrow morning you will be +:$+3 lbs. lighter than one week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. (ou may repeat this program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you are allowed two glasses of white wine in addition to the instructions on the program. (ou may substitute champagne for white wine. @nder no circumstances are you to drink any other alcoholic beverages with the exception of beer which is allowed. ny liquor .bourbon,vodka, rum! is forbidden. )ream drinks are especially forbidden. (ou may have an occasional cordial such as creme de menthe or schnapps, but you must always limit yourself to two drinks. If you wine, drink only wine that day. (our only source of nutrition is fresh or canned fruits. Fruits are natureAs perfect food. "hey provide everything you could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety. *ay "wo starts with a fix of complex carbo$hydrates coupled with an oil dose. "his is taken in the morning for energy and balance. "he rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fibre. *ay "hree eliminates the potato because you get your carbohydrates from the fruits. (ou system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. (ou will still have cravings which should start to diminish by day four. *ay Four, bananas, milk and soup sound the strangest and least desirable. (ouAre in for a surprise.
