ENDORSING THE DAGUPAN CITY RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2013

WHEREAS, the City of Dagupan is considered as a disaster- prone area. WHEREAS, there is a need to come up with a plan in order to adequately prepare and respond to possible calamities and disasters. WHEREAS, the technical working group of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council prepared the attach Dagupan City Risk Reduction Management Plan. WHEREAS, the said plan is found to be comprehensive and response to the possible calamities for the remaining months of 2013. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Dagupan City Risk Reduction Management Plan be approved. ______, said plan be indorsed to the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Dagupan City for its approval.
