Speech 1
A farewell speech to be presented for a boss who is moving to a multinational company.

A very good morning ladies and gentlemen. It seems like we cant get all the people together in the world that we really like and then stay together. I guess that would not work at all. Someone would leave and then we would have to say sayonara (goodbye). I am sure we all hate these words. We always need many hellos towards our working career. Im sure a person who always taught us the qualities and strategies to achieve our achievement, Mr Abdul bin Ali is always an ideal person for us, is leaving our organization today and moving to a multinational company. We all still remember the day of 12 June 2005 when he introduced himself as a manager. I am proud to announce you that within this long period of seven years he acheived a lot of designations. Ambitious, analytical, cheerful, focused, intelligent, motivated, hardworking and a lot of qualities like these he had shown and taught us as a sucessful boss. Ladies and gentlemen. I still remember those days when he spent a lot of money for the parties whenever we succeed in any business just to make us happy. Im sure that there was not a single day when I felt bored to be in this team. He understood all our problems and tried to solve even too. A moral support was always in his hands to share with us as a big happy family. Thanks Mr Abdul for all those sweet memories which we share together in this organization. We wish a very best of luck for your future up going.

Ladies and gentlemen. Last but not list we have been really lucky to have worked under a great mentor/boss like you, who was more than a teacher, almost like a friend. Having you as my boss has brought the best in us alive. Working wouldnt have been so interesting if it wasnt for you sir. On this occasion, our mind races back to all those occasions where you made us learn from big and small errors in our work. What we are today because of your little piece of advice. Now that you have finally decided to leave this team, we wish you a great future ahead, best luck for your future plans and may you grow and prosper in every aspect of life. Good luck and you shall be missed. Thank you.

Speech 3
A speech to call for peoples donation and commitment to help the needy and the poor in your small city.
1. A Holiday Trip to Remember.

A very good morning ladies and gentlemen. In many countries poverty is almost synonymous with hunger. Indeed, the announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib Razak in 2011 that are giving a help for those poor people (BR1M) estimates of how many poor people live on less than RM500 per month. But is it really true? Are there really more than a billion people are going to bed hungry each night. Our research on this questions has taken us to our rural villages and teeming urban slums around the Malaysia, collecting data and speaking with poor people about what they eat and what else they buy. To find out weather there are in fact poverty traps and, if so, where they are and how to help the poor get out of them, we need to better understand the concrete problems they face. Ladies and gentlemen. We need to help the poor ones, as we are in the safe zone. But how? Some aid programs help more than the others, but which ones? In practical terms, that meant wed have to start understanding how the poor really live their lives. To help these poor people we need to find donations, so we would like to ask help for those who are real willing to contribute any donations to help the poor ones. There are many NGOs in our Malaysia, so we are asking a favour to contribute your help. Ladies and gentlemen.

The poor ones do not only need donations but other supports such as education, carrier or even a house to live in. What we can do is find a suitable job according to their academic level, so that they do not only depends on donations. They can work and find their own profit to live in. For educations we give some advices for those who have children, and they didnt send them to school. Make sure we bring the children and register themselves in local schools near their home. Some poor still living in houses that looks like a box. May we can ask a help from the welfare or Housing Ministrys to allocate a house for them. Why are we doing this? Beside giving them all the time, we must find a way for them to start a new life on their own. They should be hardworking and go over through the poverty. Ladies and gentlemen. So I would like for those who heard this message to come forward and help the poverty people. May be there are some ways that you can support to overcome the population of the poor. Together we live as one Malaysia help each other for our nations. It is an appeal that we make our young changes today. Our young, ladies and gentlemen too are beginning to realise that they cannot merely sit back and hope for miracles to happen. They are realizing the importance of self motivation and prepared to help themselves. Lets continue to work together to help each other to be our best for the world. Thank you (511 words)
