Hi Joyce We've updated our records to reflect that the MN Association of Collectors registration number is 80013. As for the list of discrepancies, we had an event on 1/7/13 where we received checks from the following: MN School Bus Operators, Larkin Hoffman, Best & Flanagan, Clean Energy PAC, Conservation MN, MN Truck PAC, MN Corn, NFIB, Rukavina for Governor, and Paul Rosenthal. I'm guessing what happened is that these checks were issued in December, and we received them in January 2013. We will report them on our 2013 report. We accidentally reported the $5000 contribution as a personal contribution from Sheldon Johnson, but updated our records to reflect it was from his candidate committee. As for the contribution from the Milk Producers, we received a contribution from them on 1/23/12 but received nothing else from them in 2012. Let me know if you have any questions; thanks! That registration number belongs to a lobbyist association and they shouldnt be making contributions from the association. The response to the reconciliation regarding the COLL PAC was that nothing was received from them. The copy of the check provided by COLL PAC does indeed show Minn Association of Collectors as the issuer of the check. I have informed the treasurer of COLL PAC that they need to provide the registration number, #80013, with their check, its in the statute. The response from the DFL House indicates on several discrepancies that we correctly reported receiving $0 for several of the line items. Does that mean that some of those will be reported in 2013? The Friends of MN School Bus Operators confirmed a check that was issued 12/6 was cashed. Larkin Hoffman provided a copy of a check issued in January that was cashed using acct #132528. Sheldon Johnsons Volunteer Committee reported a $5000 contribution to the House caucus, it was reported as an individual contribution by the caucus. Can you let me know about these? Next week would be fine.
