Please provide the Schedule of Rates for your office personnel as may apply to your Company Job Classification and add any new positions at the bottom of each Category in "Bold Text" N O T E S: Base Wage Rates are W-2 employee hourly rates based on 2080 hours per year and will be reimbursed times the applicable multiplier for all hours worked. 1 Charges for non-worked hours (i.e. holidays, vacation, sick days) will be included in the multiplier. Multiplier is all inclusive of direct personnel expenses, overhead, office direct costs, including but no limited to telephone, fax, mailing, printing, copying, 2 3D CADD charges and profit. Multiplier shall remain fixed for the duration of this master agreement. Company principals are considered overhead and shall not be chargeable, unless they are assigned to specific project tasks with the prior written 3 approval of the sp project manager. 4 Third party charges (i.e. overnight mail, outside printing) are reimbursed at cost. 5 Travel expenses are subject to sanofi pasteur travel guidelines. 6 Overtime premium is not allowed for professional services. 7 Specify years of experience for each Job Classification, provide range as necessary (i.e. Low: 1 to 5 yrs, Average: 5 to10 yrs; High: 10 to 20 yrs.) 8 No additional charges, expenses or fees will be reimbursed, unless specifically noted on the Agreement. 9 W-2 Ranges may be adjusted annually by submitting the newly proposed ranges for sanofi pasteur approval. 10

(1) AE Services Multiplier is inclusive of Architectural/Engineering Design, Commissioning, Qualification and Validation Services (2) CM Fee is applied to all equipment and subcontract orders directly contracted by the CM (3) Multiplier for Agency Personnel or 1099 Contract Staff shall be identified and the invoiced billing rate shall replace the BHWR.
