3 IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES

I want to talk to you about three important things. These are three important factors in your walk with God.Purpose, Plan, Timing. If you become conscious of these three things youd become successful in all that you do.

PURPOSE
God has a purpose for everything that He does. He doesnt just wake up and do something. Jesus had a purpose for coming into this world. He knew it, it was clear to Him, and He talked about it. John 10: 10, The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I AM COME THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE LIFE, and that they might have it more abundantly.1 John 3: 8. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Not only did Jesus know and was clear about His purpose, He established it. Luke 19: 10. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.His purpose was very clear, Jesus came to do the will of the Father. So remember this, you were born for a purpose. Acts6:1518. .I am Jesus

whom thou persecutestfor i have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which i will appear unto thee; delivering thee from the people, and from the gentiles, unto whom now i send thee, to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of satan unto god, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Jesus said to Paul that He appeared to him to make him a minister. What is your own purpose? Have you discovered your purpose in life? If you havent, you can today, be bold to find out. It is important that you find out. The generic purpose as children of God is to be His ministers and witnesses in this world - To give him glory and honour. You were born for his glory; let that purpose be established in your heart. Become aware of that divine purpose to bring Him glory. You must take a hold of that revelation and vision by yourself.

PLAN
But knowing the purpose is not enough, you have to know the plan with which God has set out for you to execute that purpose. There is a better way! And it is God's way. See to it that you follow the leading of His voice more than ever before. What is Gods plan? Are you aware that He cares about how things are done by you and around you? Now that you understand His purpose, what is His plan? Have you bothered to find out the how, now that you know the what? This is the reason many loose so much in their lives not bothering to find out how God wants them to do that which He has called them to do.The more you study Gods word, the more youd understand His plans. 1 Chronicles 15: 13. .........the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order. As the Ark of God was brought into the city of David, the anger of the Lord kindled against the two men who tried to hold the Ark when it was about to fall. These two men died because they didnt follow the due order, they didnt do what they did the right way. Only the Levites were

permitted by the Law of Moses to carry or even touch the Ark of God. But because David and his men didnt bother to find out, these two men lost their lives while trying to prevent the Ark from falling to the ground. Seek out God's order, God has a due order! Hebrew 8: 5. (NIV) ...........This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain. God had a plan and said to Moses, see that you carry out your work according to the plan.
Numbers 20:712. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and SPEAK YE UNTO THE ROCK BEFORE THEIR EYES; AND IT SHALL GIVE FORTH HIS WATER, AND THOU SHALT BRING FORTH TO THEM WATER OUT OF THE ROCK: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink. And Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded him. And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock? AND MOSES LIFTED UP HIS HAND, AND WITH HIS ROD HE SMOTE THE ROCK TWICE: AND THE WATER CAME OUT ABUNDANTLY, and

the congregation drank, and their beasts also. And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, THEREFORE YE SHALL NOT BRING THIS CONGREGATION INTO THE LAND WHICH I HAVE GIVEN THEM.

God said talk to the rock, but Moses smote the rock instead. The rock still brought forth water abundantly, but Moses had disobeyed God because he was angry at the people. Anger can make you loose sight of the plan, be careful of your anger. It was because of this very thing Moses wasnt allowed to lead the children of Israel into the promise land. Psalm 37: 8-9. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. Understand the things that you must do to function in Gods plans. Cease from anger, dont fret yourself in anyway to do wrong. You must not let bitterness into your life, for whatever reason, because it wouldnt let the spirit work in your life. Get rid of envy as well. And fear also. These things you must get rid of for you to function at all in the plan of God. These are sins of the spirit. They can take you

to hell. Elisha was offended at the king of Israel and because of that he couldnt function in the anointing. That was terrible. Dont be so angry to the point that the anointing cant function with you. Why would you want to function without the anointing? That is failure; and so He tells us to cease from anger. Psalm 127: 1. Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. You can labour so much and still labour in vain. Why would you want to labour in vain? Do not build in vain, follow the direction of the Spirit and give heed to little details. Gods instruction seemed so light to Moses, but it prevented him from entering into another phase of his ministry. Joshua had to do that in his place. God had earlier instructed him to strike the rock for water to come out, but now he is instructed to talk to it, and rather than talk Moses struck the rock again. He didnt know the implication, but in the New Testament, we are told that that rock is Christ. After Christ has been struck for us once, we dont strike Him again. Now, we speak forth and water comes out. Anytime we need anything, all we need now is to talk! Hallelujah!

TIMING
There is a timing of God for your life. Think again about purpose and plan, before we talk about timing. You were born for a reason, and God has given you His Holy Spirit to reveal that purpose to you, you were not born for nothing. He also has a plan for your life and destiny. A plan of success and greatness.Now God also has a timing. Why are you here today? Born at this time that you were born, why not in the days of Moses or some other time? Esther 4: 13-16.
Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews. For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and WHO KNOWETH WHETHER THOU ART COME TO THE KINGDOM FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS? Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer, Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and SO WILL I GO IN UNTO THE KING, WHICH IS NOT ACCORDING TO THE LAW: AND IF I PERISH, I PERISH. KNOWS WHETHER YOU HAVE COME TO THE KINGDOM FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS?

She had initially refused to help her fellow Jews, by speaking on their behalf before the king, because it was a crime for anyone to come before the king without being summoned. Who does God want you to help? Make sure you help them. Whether its a child of God, or the ministry of Gods people that need your help, you must do it. Because theres a time appointed for you, and that time has come, it is now! God has put you in that privileged position for the sake of His kingdom.Psalm 102: 13. Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. What is the set time that God has planned for you? This is your set time! A time of favour has come for you! The timing is now.And the anointing is for you, it is now your set time! This is your set time to do what God has called you to do. Don't waste another minute or second. You have come for such a time as this! It must be for your glory.God has giving you gifts; remember that everything that God has given you is for a purpose. Use your gifts and abilities to advance the work of the ministry.And For those not

born again, you have got to do it now. 2 Corinthians 6: 2. (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) Now is the accepted time for salvation. The anointing is on you to make you a success; they cannot take it away from you, no matter who your competitors are. Everyone say this: The Anointing is on me, the Anointing of Gods Spirit is functioning in me mightily. You must be synchronized with all three. God has a purpose He has called us unto and you must find your purpose and fulfill it.
