Where Mydin Mohamed ca able of doing things inde endently. &e has been selling on a small scale at first to use their own ca ital money, from wages to wor! as subordinate to others. #hrough this ins iration that we can get something we want we can get without the hel of others to be inde endent. 4or e5am le if we want to succeed in our study can be inde endent of others to learn without direction and without the hel of others. Mydin is re ared to do something without relying on others. &e was willing to start a business by yourself without the hel of others even lace he wants to

start a business is a new and he did not have the contacts or family there. 4rom this we can learn that if we are willing to do anything even difficult for us to be able to succeed even without the hel of anyone. 4or e5am le, if we want to had a very good results in the e5am we have to be inde endent and to forget slee to study hard to get what we want without hel from my friends. 'esides the attitude that we should learn is rational. Mydin Where can thin! on the situation and the needs of customers with recision. &e7s able to thin! rationally re=uirements and customer re=uirements, as an e5am le when he suffered a flood, all the other stores close u sho , but he does not because he !nows a lot of customers who re=uire their sho !ee ers to urchase their daily needs even at a time when flooding occurs. 4rom here other than to meet the needs of customers Mydin has achieved a rofit for the basic needs of flood time is in demand. 4rom this we should learn that we must thin! in rational decision-ma!ing we do not necessarily have to be selfish but also hel others. %dditionally Mydin was minded to ta!e action based on rational ;udgment. 4or e5am le when it occurs he was thin!ing ro erly when groceries were sold but still high demand from customers, so he too! the a ro riate action by ordering goods the customer7s re=uest and he has used a s eedboat to get goods order. We can ta!e a lesson from this that we should be fair-minded and always thin!ing of new ways to get what we want. We can also ta!e lessons through Mydin story that we should be able to live together eacefully in s ite of all races. Where we should live together in eace and mutual befriend each other without conflict with the riority of universal eace and ros erity of other eo le regardless of religion or race, res ectively. %s Mydin and his family were doing, where they managed to live with indian, chinese and malay same house and share a !itchen with no conflicts between them. #hey have been living customs and a lac! of mutual understanding of each and res ecting each other ractice. 4rom this we should learn a lesson that if we want, we can live in eace and harmony without the fighting and bic!ering between the races with res ect religion and customs of each other. 6ince we live in a multi-racial country so mutual res ect for each other is very im ortant to maintain the eace and ros erity of our country so that our country is not crushed and bro!en to ieces. 9n addition to the lessons that can be ta!en is concerned with reserving the rights of wor!ers and subordinates. %s the owner of a su ermar!et Mydin, Mydin has ensured the rights of the em loyees are always rotected. &e has values and res ects all hi wor!ers. &e also has to recogni8e their service and also a reciated the merits and contributions of its em loyees. We see through the activities he did for his em loyees, where he held a family day for em loyees and an annual dinner he had to show that he is concerned about its em loyees. #his attitude is very im ortant for us to emulate if we have subordinates, it is also very im ortant to be emulated by the owners of the other com any because of this attitude can strengthen bonds between us and the wor!ers thus increasing res ect for our em loyees. #his will be easy for us to get a loyal em loyee and always res ect us.
