Development & Improvement of Micro-Tunnelling

Mr. Ingo RUND will show how the development from basic hand shield method to advanced micro-tunnelling method, i.e., auger boring, EPB, slurry method. new development of slurry shield to hybrid. With the improvement in technique and new technology, moving from conventional of straight line jacking to J curve and S curve jacking. Off Shore-outfall pipe jacking Mr Sunny Toh will discuss the problems and technical aspects of offshore pipe jacking drawings from experience of Zublin around the works Rectangular Box Jacking & Pipe Roofing Ms Trisha Sun will illustrate the development of Trenchless technology for applications in the construction of big underground spaces such as underpass. Using rectangular box jacking method and pipe roof. These methods are in urban and congested. Heavily traffic and areas with intensive utilities Mi Polymer Concrete the Win Jacking Pipe. Peter Boatman will introduce the development and features of Polymer Concrete Jacking Pipe which complies fully with the latest PUB Singapore Standards .This pipe offers many advantages. Its long life makes it the winning pipe for the developer and its high strength and slippery surface ,low friction makes it the winning pipe for the contractor , an is suitable for long drive as curved jacking as well The pipes are suitable from small ( 300mm) to 2400 mm Diameter
