Venezuela appreciate the MDGs program as one of the international programs that make countries around the world unite to achieve those goals together. Venezuela also welcomed the joint efforts that were intended to go to a better future, and betterment of the world with a high level of prosperity, education, better development, class and gender equality without discrimination, good environments and resilience as well as cooperation in international business. A problem with the implementation of the MDGs which makes this program does not go according to expectations even become an ineffectiveness within the program is running, bad result occurs primarily in certain areas with very low development results and its because its complexity problem at the regional, national or local level area. On certain regional, sub-Saharan region, such as Africa, South Asia region, and Oceania is a region of the most missed by statistical data of the MDGs report each year, and sometimes the difficulty to obtain the data in Oceania. Inequality has become one of the MDGs and ineffectiveness in integrating body ECOSOC UN agencies that exist with institutions that are in the national and regional levels to better understand the conditions in the region.
