9he reason for selecting this organi*ation was to gain my e-perience (eing an internee and to understand overall organi*ation structure, "anagement tools, +ts culture, pro(lems employees facing, their level of motivation in Bo(s, employees overall satisfaction level and to see its real world implication in !/6' whether it apply in the company and to what e-tent. + o(serve that organi*ation is wor ing according to the management concept, which + have learned during my study. All the departments are wor ing properly.
