IX. Manual Task

RE-TRANSMIT RESULTS

If failure of transmission occurs in any of the target servers, the PCOS will print Transmission Report

Wait until transmission is Successful. If after three (3) Attempts, the transmission Medium still fails, call the Technical support personnel. Repeat re-transmission if There are more than one (1) Target servers failed.

a. Disconnect the battery from the PCOS machine; b. Disconnect the battery cable from the battery; c. Disconnect the power adaptor of the PCOS machine from the electrical outlet; d. Disconnect the power adaptor from the PCOS machine;

f. Open the POLL WORKER slot and remove the MAIN MEMORY card and place inside the envelope; g. Place the PCOS iButton inside the printer compartment of the PCOS, cover the printer and seal with plastic security seal; h. Retain the Backup Memory card at the Administrator slot and remain it locked; i. Place the battery and its peripherals inside the battery box; j. Turn-over the box containing the PCOS and its peripherals to the logistics provider.
