Parties attach a copy of the subscription contract valid upon conclusion as Annex 1 to the individual subscription contract. The Operator reserves the right to modify its charges and the conditions of service provision specified in this tariff guide, partially or in full, in line with the applicable rules of law and the statutes of the authorities.

GENERAL PROVISIONS All prices are inclusive of 27% VAT. Pursuant to the individual Subscription Contract and the General and Domino Code of Practice, the Subscriber is subject to charge payment obligation to the Operator, as defined therein, as well as subject to the conditions of this tariff guide. Subject to this Domino tariff guide, the Operator will apply the following Domino service charges to the Subscriber in the Hungarian mobile network of Magyar Telekom.

1. 3 . In default case the services provided by the Operator are charged according to the tariff plan of the Subscriber, i.e. as services subject to base tariff. The tariff guide includes separately those non-base tariff service charges subject to which the Operator provides billing not according to the tariff plan of the Subscriber, rather according to different, specified tariffs, unless the tariff guide expressly provide otherwise. In addition, the discounts and special offers provided by the Operator unless expressly provided otherwise - will only apply to the services charged according to the tariff plan of the Subscriber and within Hungary, to domestic subscribers. 1.4. The Subscriber pays all charges of Domino service upon the purchase of the service plan, or pays in advance if a credit is purchased. During the term of the Subscription Contract the Operator undertakes the provision of service tariff plans to the Subscribers. When credit is purchased for the Subscriber (SIM) Card, or after that, if the credit balance of the Subscriber is sufficient, the Subscriber may change his existing tariff plan (switch) for another eligible tariff plan, i.e. not more than once between two credit purchases.

1. 5 . If the Subscriber uses the mobile network of Magyar Telekom in Hungary, the Operator will only impose traffic charges on calls originated by the Subscriber.

The Operator will suspend the periodically charged services ordered by the subscriber if the balance of the Subscriber is not sufficient for the deduction of the charge of the given service. When purchasing credit, we will automatically reactivate any periodical services suspended because of the balance, to the extent of the new balance. This tariff guide fundamentally applies to domestic traffic managed from the Hungarian mobile network of Magyar Telekom. This tariff guide includes the charges of services used abroad in the framework of traffic aimed abroad or in international roaming, partly for information only (especially sections 6 and 7). Mobile Internet related tariffs (fees of mobile Internet packages and data packages) are shown as informative items, the T-Mobile Internet General Terms and Conditions (SZF) contains the terms of using the mobile Internet service. The term within network will only apply in the context of basic services originated and terminated in the mobile cellular telephone network of Magyar Telekom Nyrt. (hereinafter: Magyar Telekom) in Hungary. The term aimed for the landline network is applicable in the context of basic services terminated in the fixed network of Magyar Telekom Nyrt. and in any other domestic fixed network. The term other mobile network means any domestic cellular network other than the mobile cellular network of Magyar Telekom Ltd. (hereinafter: Hungarian mobile network of Magyar Telekom), as well as the leased network of other mobile operators using the mobile celluar network of Magyar Telekom Ltd. The following products are available by oral contract conclusion according to General and Domino Code of Practice: Domino Quick, Domino 5 Quick, Domino Web, Domino Web Quick and Domino Net. 5 Quick start for Domino product package at the Domino 5 The Domino 5 and Domino Quick Quick product can be purchased only in particular locations that are listed at www.t-mobile.hu internet site.

The bundled traffic belonging to the services and discounts used in the relevant period may only be used domestically for basic services (unless the subscription contract provides otherwise), furthermore, unused traffic units (minute, data quantity, SMS, MMS, etc.) may not be carried forward to the next month. 1.11. Measurement of the charges of basic service Time-based traffic is measured in units of 60 seconds. Every started unit is chargeable. On the HUF account the tariff of 60 seconds is charged for calls of 60 seconds or shorter. Every started unit is chargeable. Pay-per-call charges are billed in each case, regardless of the duration of the call. Those calls that are originated at the end of the time of the day and extend into the next time of the day, are charged according to the individual times of the day. The values are rounded up to 60 seconds according to the charges applicable during the time of the day in which the call is originated. We maintain the balance on the account of the subscriber by regular rounding, to full HUF. In the case of Domino Maraton tariff plan, the traffic charges are measured on the minute account in units of one second, regardless of the duration of the call. 1.12 Data-based traffic is usually measured in units of 10 kB. Every started unit is chargeable. The Operator will measure the data volume carried in a GPRS connection from the start of the connection, until the end of the connection. The Operator will summarize the data volumes forwarded in its network by connection, by day and within that, by time zone according to the tariff guide, and will bill these according to the charge applicable to the given time of the day. The measurement, rounding and billing of data accesses set up simultaneously, parallel, but for different purposes, will take place independently from each other. The following service(s) is/are non-recurring, i.e. after the expiry of the duration covered by the periodical fee the service has to be activated once again to become available, with the simultaneous payment of the relevant periodical fee: MobilTV Napi plan. Closed tariff plans: the tariff plan will remain valid for the users requiring it concerning their affected subscription contracts, but these tariff plans are no longer available as new options. The sealed package option of switching and active packages are only available for premium packages available.

Availability and call number reservation time The availability time is 366 days, with the exception of credits worth HUF 1500, in which case it is 180 days, and credits of HUF 15000, when it is 488 days.The availability times related to the credit purchases do not add up, since the availability time always commences on the day of credit purchase. If the value of the purchased credit is such that when used for traffic, the availability time would be shorter than the availability time before the purchase of credit, then the original availability time will remain applicable. The call number reservation time is 90 days, which begins after the expiry of the availability time. (When the availability time is over, you will lose any balance that you may have left on your account). During the call number reservation time you may not originate or receive calls, but you will retain your call number, and if you purchase new credit, you will be able to use Domino service. After the expiry of the call number reservation period the call number is terminated and the service will only become available through the purchase of a new SIM or handset plan! Domino Basic: The SIM plan contains 1 SIM card with mobile use worth 2700 HUF, with an availability time of 366 days. Domino Quick: The product contains 1 SIM card with mobile use worth 1800 HUF, with an availability time of 366 days. The initial tariff plan of Domino Quick product is Domino Nap. Domino Quick product is only available in certain points of sale, the list of which is available on the web site of www.t-mobile.hu Domino Web: The product contains 1 SIM card with a balance of 2000 HUF, with an availability time of 366 days. Domino 5 SIM tariff plans schemes are introduced. The price of the SIM plan includes 1 SIM card, mobile usage depending on the scheme, with an availability period of 366 days. Domino 5 Quick schemes are introduced. The package price includes SIM 1 SIM card, depending on the construction, the amount of mobile usage, depending on the construction, 90 or 366 days of on-call time. Mobile usage for each package constructs measured, conditions and availability at time of purchase (such as a SIM-pouch site) will be informed.

The initial tariff plan of Domino 5 SIM plans is the Domino 5. Domino 5 Quick product is only available in certain points of sale, the list of which is available on the web site of www.t-mobile.hu Domino Surf SIM tariff plans schemes are introduced. The package price includes SIM 1 SIM card, depending on the construction, the amount of mobile usage, 366 days of on-call time. Mobile usage for each package constructs measured, conditions and availability at time of purchase (such as a SIM-pouch site) will be informed. The Domino Surf SIM packages starting package at the Domino Surf. Domino Quick Surf product can be purchased only in particular locations that are listed at www.t-mobile.hu internet site. 1.16. Conditions of Internet access The General Terms and Conditions and Domino 4.3.3 of the condition of access to the Internet, the Subscriber at least 15 Domino's balance of HUF or postpaid data have balance. HUF15 for a lower amount than the balance of the Domino Internet service is not available, then the Domino balance replenishment, however, the internet becomes available again. 1.17. When using any of the services assigned to the categories defined in section 4.4. of this tariff guide, or other services not charged according to the tariff plan of the Subscriber, the discounts provided by the Operator (for example, SMS messages included in the individual service packages and available against the base fee within the network), cannot be used. The initial tariff plan of Domino 5 Quick product is Domino 5. Domino Quick product is only available in certain points of sale, the list of which is available on the web site of www.t-mobile.hu.

1.20.In the network of the Operator the nominal speeds characteristic of the 3G/HSDPA/HSUPA technology: download: 7.2 Mbit/s, upload: 1.4 Mbit/s. In the network of the Operator the nominal speeds characteristic of the 3G/HSPA+ technology: download: 21 Mbit/s, upload: 5.7 Mbit/s. The LTE 1800 network is not available with prepaid Domino mobile Internet tariff plans or Internet plans chosen optionally with voice tariff plans. 1.21. Mobile Internet service, the mobile Internet services offered in relation to the guaranteed bandwidth and the corresponding download and upload speeds for specific target quality of service requirements of the Business Rule 6 are defined in Appendix.

Service unit fee: the credit value valid at the time and the value indicated on the Domino service package. The service unit fee falls due upon purchase or when buying credit, which, as availability fee, authorizes the users to receive calls or use it for originating calls, during the Availability term until the initial date of the Call Number reservation period. The condition for converting a postpaid subscription contract applying to services provided in the mobile cellular network of Magyar Telekom Nyrt. into a Domino contract is the purchase of an initial credit of 2700 HUF (which also provides 365 days of availability time).

The default setting is the period between 19-22h. The selected period may be changed once after activation, and after that once between two credit purchases. The discounted period may be selected in the Setting of services menu item of the Domino Cent er (1777). (2) On Domino7 tariff plan, with the exception of Fridays. (3) The periodical fee is first deducted upon changing for the tariff plan, and then once every 30 days starting on that date . Domino Aktv tariff plan may be used by calling 1777, in the sub-menu of tariff plan change. If after the expiry of 30 days the amount available on the balance of the Domino card does not provide coverage for the repeated deduction of the periodical fee, then the residual balance continues to be available according to the tariff s of Domino Aktv. If the subscriber buys credit, the periodical fee of 560 HUF will be deducted for another period of 30 days calculated from the time of credit purchase. The fee charged for a period is also payable for 30 days in case of switching tariff packages or deactivation, independently of the number of days used with the tariff package.

The maximum speed available for the Subscriber depends on the technology and speed supported by the applied modem or equipment, on the technology of the network available on the given point, as well as on radio and traffic conditions. If the subscriber chooses the Domino 5 tariff plan while already on a data tariff plan (with the exception of Net Start), then they will continue using their existing data tariff plan with the Domino 5 tariff plan, therefore in this case the Domino Go!NapiNet will not be activated. In this tariff plan the Domino Go!NapiNet data tariff plan is active, which can be deactivated or switched to another data tariff plan on our self-service customer care at the request of the Subscriber/Invoice Payer. In the case of switch to another data tariff plan, then the termination of the new data tariff, the Go!NapiNet gets reactivated. The Net Start data tariff plan is not available with Domino 5. If a customer using Net Start switches to Domino 5 tariff plan, Net Start data tariff packages gets cancelled and Domino Go!NapiNet is activated instead. The Domino 5 tariff plan is billed in units of measurement of one minute. The subscriber is entitled to call a total of five base rate numbers of their choice within or outside the network at a minute charge of 32 HUF. The subscriber may set the 5 chosen numbers personally upon order placement, after that personally, in our personal customer care or call center, or through the My T-Mobile (www.tmobile.hu) web site. . The 5 chosen numbers may only be changed after specifying the 5 numbers. The subscriber may change the 5 chosen numbers once per topping up, up to one number personally or in our telephone customer care, telephone self-service customer care. Roaming charges and all other charges not listed among the charges of Domino 5 tariff plan are payable according to the currently applicable tariffs constituting Annex 2 to the Code of Practice. The conditions not regulated in section 2.1.2. are subject to the conditions applying to Domino Nap tariff plan, contained in the currently applicable tariffs. The list of services available with Domino 5 is the same as the list of services available with Domino Nap. Domino Friends and Domino Nap Bnusz are exceptions to the above, these are not available with the Domino 5 tariff plan. Caller line display is a service included in the Domino 5 tariff plan. Any unused daily data volumes can be used within 24 hours starting from the first time of data traffic usage. Using the Domino Go!NapiNet data tariff package again on another day only takes initiating data traffic, then the actual daily fee is deducted and the included daily 10 MB data quota is activated. Using data traffic requires having an active Domino Go!NapiNet data traffic package. No daily fee is charged when no data traffic is generated. There is no traffic charge, upon using the daily 10 MB data quota there is no more possibility for data traffic within the Domino Go!NapiNet data traffic package. The Operator informs the Subscriber in SMS about the data quota running out for the given day. By forwarding the informative SMS to number 1430 an additional 10 MB quota can be purchased for HUF 190, which can be used identically with the Domino Go!NapiNet data traffic package until the end of the given day (23:59:59). The 10 Mb traffic extension option can also be used several times a day. The Go!NapiNet tariff package is not available with Domino Web and Domino Net products.

3. CHARGES OF CERTAIN DISCOUNTS RELATED TO DOMINO TARIFF PLANS 3.1. Domino7 Extra discount Domino7 Extra discount can only be activated by customers on the Domino7 tariff plan. Other charges not indicated here will be billed according to Domino7 tariff plan. The periodical fee is first deducted upon changing for the tariff plan, and once every 30 days starting on that date. Domino 7 Extra discount is available on self-service interfaces or through a customer service representative. If after the expiry of 30 days the amount available on the balance of the Domino card does not provide coverage for the repeated deduction of the periodical fee, then the residual balance continues to be available according to the tariffs of base Domino7. Domino Nap Plusz discount This discount can be ordered with Domino Nap tariff plan, under which the minute charges of calls originated in the direction of domestic subscribers on workdays between 18 hours and 7 hours the next morning, on week-ends and non-working days, as well as the charge of sent SMS messages, is uniformly 25.35 HUF. This discount can be activated against a periodical fee of 264 HUF, which applies to 30 days. Domino Nap Plusz discount is available for 30 days from the date of activation, and after the expiry of the terms of 30 days it will get extended as long as it can be deducted from the amount corresponding to the periodical fee. Domino Nap Plusz can be activated in the Domino Center, available on the toll-free number of 1777. 3.3. T-Percek discount This discount provides 1000 minutes of call time on weekdays 22-07 hours, and on week-ends* and holidays, if domestic T-Mobile or domestic fixed line subscribers are called. Periodical fee: 2250 HUF. The minutes included in T-Percek minute plan cannot be carried over to the following month. This minute plan can be activated against a periodical fee (which applies to 30 days). This discount is available for 30 days from the date of activation, and after the expiry of the terms of 30 days it will get extended as long as it can be deducted from the amount corresponding to the periodical fee. T-Percek discount may be activated on the SMS customer and through the Domino Center available on 1777. It is available with all Domino tariff plans included in the tariff guide. * In the case of Domino 7 tariff plan Friday is also billed as week-end. 3.4. Domino Friends discount Domino Friends discount provides 50% discount off the charges according to the Domino tariff plan of the Subscriber for calling 5 based tariff numbers, and sending SMS and MMS within the Hungarian network of T-Mobile. The periodical fee of the discount is: 600 HUF (for 30 days). Up to 5 call numbers may be involved in this discount without restrictions, after that, any changes in the scope of call numbers involved in the discount are possible once per every purchase of credit towards the Domino balance and concerning one number. Domino Friends discount may be ordered with all tariff plans included in Domino tariffs, with the exception of Domino Net tariff plan. This discount can be activated through the Domino center available on the 1777 number, on Internet and WAP based self-service interfaces, where the numbers to be involved in the discount can also be specified. 3.5. Csaldbart discount I. Description of Csaldbart discount At least two and not more than 5 number involved in Csaldbart discount, with network selection prefix of 20, 30 or 70, main tained as T-Mobile postpaid, Domino or T-Home regular fixed line numbers, T-Home digital telephone call numbers (VOIP), as well as cable telephone numbers may call one another toll-free in voice calls originated from Hungary, in exchange for a monthly fee of 1066.8 HUF per number. The minute charge of 0 HUF within the group is available for a period not exceeding 100 hours per month. After the discount has been used up, originated calls will be charged according to the tariffs of the tariff plan of the Subscriber. General and special conditions of eligibility for Csaldbart discount At least one T-Mobile postpaid number has to participate in the group (which may also be a T-Mobile subscription with Mix, EcoMix and Fun Gold Partner Card tariff plans), and one additional T-Mobile or T-Home number has to be involved; At any one time a given number may only be member of one Csaldbart discount group; In any given group only a subscriber in the group with any T-Mobile postpaid subscription (or even with a Mix, EcoMix or Fun Gold Partner Card tariff plan) may involve a Domino subscription, the monthly fee of the Domino number is charged to the subscriber involving that number. The discount does not apply to video calls; Only such T-Mobile numbers may be involved that are in any of the Tariff Plans included in the valid General or Domino tariff guide (numbers not eligible especially include discounted call numbers of business or small enterprise nature, or based on other type of cooperation); The discount is not available for Domino Net products; In the case of customers on Domino, Mix, EcoMix and Fun Gold Partner Card tariff plans, the maximum length of one call may be 120 minutes, after that time calls are terminated; In the case of call numbers paid for monthly (except those on the Mix, EcoMix and Fun Gold Partner Card tariff plans) the option of any kind of diversion (owing to number porting, with 30, 20, 70 network selection prefix) will cease for all subscribers taking this discount, i.e. for group members. Such regular fixed line, digital telephone (VOIP) and cable telephone call numbers may be involved as T-Home call numbers, that are subscribed to by residential subscribers with analogue and digital telephone (VOIP), cable telephone, GSM-RLL or ISDN2 PMP access.

The discount will have to be ordered for the new number again, and the Domino customers will have to be involved once again. If the group has been terminated owing to the cases explained above and there was only one postpaid T-Mobile number in the group, and T-Home fixed numbers have also been involved in the group, then those numbers will be removed from the group as well, therefore the T-Home fixed number, too, will have to be involved again. IV. Modification, termination of Csaldbart discount T-Mobile or T-Home numbers involved in Csaldbart discount may be modified - removal of an existing number, involvement of a new number - once every billing cycle (monthly), needs for modification may be communicated in T-Pont stores or to T-Mobile or T-Home call centers. The discount will be terminated: In certain cases regulated in Section III, or if any of the conditions necessary for taking the discount are not met; and in the case of termination by the subscriber or the operator; if the subscriber requests that service be suspended; if the subscription contract for the fixed number has been assigned to another person (with the exception of assignment related to the uniform handling of T-Home services), or at the request of the subscriber the operator has modified the nature of the station from residential subscription to business subscription; if the subscriber changes for a tariff plan that excludes taking this discount; if the agreement on the discount is terminated by the subscriber or the Operator; if the subscriber ports his number; if the subscriber switches technology between traditional fixed line

telephone, digital telephone or cable telephone. In that case, if the subscriber intends to continue using Csaldbart discount after the switch as well, he will have to order it again. The Operator will notify customers involved in or removed from the scope of the discount on the implementation of the change by SMS, after the discount has been activated. If the fixed line telephone set is not capable of receiving SMS messages, then the subscriber is notified by a voice message. If the subscriber does not receive notification on the activation of the discount after the order, he has to report this to the customer care of the operator.

V. Obligation of cooperation, notification and damage mitigation The subscriber requiring Csaldbart discount is responsible for informing the subscribers to numbers involved in the discount about the conditions of the discount, furthermore, subscribers requesting modification in the scope of the involved numbers are bound, stemming from the obligation of cooperation, information provision and damage mitigation, to inform the persons affected by the change immediately. The person failing to provide information is exclusively responsible for any damages to subscribers deriving from failure to comply with this obligation. The discounts listed in section 3 do not apply to video calls.

Only 15 and 30-minute virtual vouchers are suitable for using WLAN roaming. 4.3.2. Opportunity of data and fax sending One-way (sending only) asynchronous data and fax service are available without a separate fee. Call charges are the same as those listed under section 2.1. The measurement of the traffic charges is the same as provided in section 1. 4.3.3. WAP Traffic charges: The minute charges of traffic produced on the call numbers of +3630/9301-301 or +3630/9301-307 are, in every tariff plan, 40 HUF/minute on workdays between 09-19h, 7 HUF/minute every day between 21-07h, and 20 HUF/minute on workdays between 07-09h, or between 19-21h, and on Saturdays, Sundays and nonworking days between 07-21h. In Domino Maraton tariff plan calls are charged against the minute account, after it has been depleted, against the HUF account. The users of Dallamcseng service may obtain information about downloadable tones and the transaction fees relat ed to the tones on the user interfaces. 4.4.3. Charges of digital content provision The charges of resold contents are not set by Magyar Telekom Nyrt. Therefore, when purchasing a product, the buyer will receive detailed information about the charges of resold contents on the mobile portal operated by the Operator or by Third Parties, before the purchase is made. Please, before you make your purchase, peruse the buyers consent statement carefully. Acceptance of the price of the contents and approval of the download is done by pressing the OK button appearing on the display of the mobile phone, download may be rejected by pressing the Cancel button. When buying contents, the charges of WAP and net usage have to be paid in addition to the content charges, with the possible exception of certain defined Digital content provision types, where the subscriber is not required to pay separate data traffic charges for the data traffic generated during content downloads. The list of Digital content product types, for which no separate charge is payable for the data traffic generated in download, is available on the mobile portal of the Operator. When using Digital content provision, the value of ordered / purchased / downloaded contents and the WAP and net access charges will be paid by the Subscriber against his Domino balance purchased in advance. 4.4.4. The following roaming charges apply in the territory of the European Union, regulated by an EC Directive: Origination of voice calls from member states of the European Union to member states of the European Union: 91,4 HUF/minute Receiving voice calls in member states of the European Union: 26,6 HUF/minute With voice calls billing is based on seconds, and in the case of call origination the charge of the first 30 seconds is billed in each case. Charges of Domino Roaming and Domino Roaming Direkt roaming services The subscriber may use roaming service if his HUF balance or University balance is at least as much as the roaming limit, i.e. 1125 HUF, furthermore, if he activates this service by sending the *104# code. If the HUF balance falls below the amount of the roaming limit within the time of availability, then the subscriber is not able to originate calls, receive calls, use GPRS, EDGE, 3G/HSDPA based services or send MMS or SMS messages when abroad. However, the subscriber continues to be able to receive SMS and MMS messages, to use codes for balance query and to purchase credit. After the expiry of the availability time, during the time of call number reservation only balance query by codes and credit purchase are allowed. If the Subscriber purchases credit for his account during the time of call number reservation, and by this his HUF balance reaches or exceeds the amount of roaming limit, he is allowed to use roaming service again. Roaming service may be deactivated by sending the *105# code. Activation and deactivation are free. Notification may be requested on reaching the roaming limit, as specified in section 7.4.6. Upon the expiry of the validity period the included but non-used data volume is lost. The Travel & Surf roaming data tariff packages can be ordered within the validity period several times, however the credits do not add up, therefore only the credit included in the most recently ordered roaming data tariff package can be used. Only one Travel & Surf roaming data tariff package can be active at one time. Upon reaching 80% and 100% of the MB data volume included in the Travel & Surf roaming data tariff packages, the subscriber receives an SMS notification about the volume of data used. Consequent to the technical system parameters, the SMS notification sent upon reaching 80% and 100% may be a few minutes late. If

reaching 80% and 100% of the included data volume takes place very close to each other in time, then only the SMS notification about reaching 100% is sent. The data volume included in the Travel & Surf roaming data tariff packages can not be used on Blackberry.net APN.

The operator measures the data volume used in case of traffic based data connection from initiating the connection until the connection ends. The Operator every day summarises, rounds up and invoices the data volume generated within its network. 7.3.2.2. EU GPRS Limit Limit 19 050 HUF

World GPRS limit has been available for every postpaid subscriber or for those with Mix , Eco Mix and Fun Gold Partner Card tariff plans, by which the subscribers are able to control their data traffic in a roaming situation abroad in every partner network contracted with Magyar Telekom. The value of the limit was specified according to the contents of the relevant EU regulation. The limit is measured in units of 100 kB. The subscriber receives information in an SMS message about the steps necessary for continuing data traffic for the subscription by which limit is used. Activation and deactivation of EU GPRS Limit is toll-free by using the USSD code, on the web site of www.t-mobile.hu there is detailed information about this, along with the list of other activation / deactivation options. The subscriber receives an SMS message when 80% and 100 % of the limit has been reached, on the data traffic used.. In a roaming situation, owing to the technical features of the systems, SMS notifications sent at 80% and 100% may be delayed a few minutes. If 80% and 100% of the limit are reached at times very close to one another, then the only SMS that is sent is the one about reaching 100% of the limit. The notifications sent in the SMS message related to the utilization of the World GPRS Limit are only sent if the subscriber did not prohibit the reception of SMS messages. The World GPRS limit roaming data tariff package and the Travel & Surf S/M roaming data tariff package can not be used simultaneously.
