All materials shown on this datasheet are to be furnished and installed by the Vessel Vendor unless otherwise noted 2. Handholes shall be furnished with blind flange, bolts and gasket. 3. All removable internals shall pass through the vessel manholes. Lifting study to be conducted for single person lift above 20 kg and provision shall be made accordingly for permanent lifting equipment as a result of the study. 4. Gounding Lugs shall be provided by Vessel Vendor 5. All thickness shown on datasheet are minimum. The Vessel Vendor shall be responsible for detail design, and confirm compliance with vessel standard and specification. 6. All internal parts are to be designed and furnished by Internal Vendor and installed by Vessel Vendor. Internal support are furnished and installed by Vessel Vendor. 7. Internal parts drawings for this item are specified in page 5 to 12. 8. Latest edition of the industry standard including all mandatory addenda shall apply unless otherwise indicated. 9. Forged integrally reinforced nozzle shall be used when one of the following is applied : 1) Flange rating of ASME class 600 and higher. 2) Shell or head to which nozzle attached has a thickness exceeding 50 mm. 10. Notes on inlet Calming Baffle a) One calming baffle is installed. The calming baffle is an integrated part of the plate pack b) NFA for the calming baffle to be 20% c) Hole diameter shall be 12 mm d) Baffle thickness shall be 3 mm 11.
