The Super Maxi efficiently meters, mixes and sprays advanced polyurea coatings and 100% solids polyurethane coating and foam economically at the job site or in-house. Capable of processing up to 18 lbs of polyurea or polyurethane per minute, the Super Maxi gets the job done. Probler Gun All GlasCraft dispensing systems include our exclusive air purge, direct impingement mix, Probler or Probler P2 Guns. The Probler has been the industry standard since it was patented in 1974. The new Probler P2 continues the tradition, with features including our patent pending two piece mixing chamber and patented double piston design which assures trouble free operation. The Probler P2 is ergonomically designed and is the lightest gun in the fast set foam and coatings industries. Air Motor Driven Proportioner The fixed proportioning unit has double acting, positive displacement pumps that provide constant flow of coating materials. Easy access to the pump makes removal simple and quick. In addition, the dependable 6 air motor provides up to 3000 psi and offers the most trouble free operation available to the industry. High Efficiency, High Capacity Primary Heater Takes the Guesswork Out of Temperature Control The Super Maxi dispensing system is equipped with two 3000-watt primary heaters that generate material temperatures up to 190F. The automatic heated hose can extend up to 200 feet long with no additional power while automatic digital temperature controllers provide the precise heat required for proper application of the material. In addition, an in-line thermocouple allows a true temperature reading that is highly critical to the proper installation of todays high performance coatings. Low Output Option The LS Gun is an alternate low volume spray applicator that is extremely efficient while allowing the operator even greater control in the amount of coating being sprayed. Ideal for lower output projects, the LS can set-up with either a round or flat spray nozzle. Overpressure / Overtemperature Shutdown Ultra safe and designed for ease of use, the Super Maxi will automatically shutdown with overpressure or overtemperature.
