The following descriptions shall be the scope of work for CONSULTANT about Statutory Equipment (High pressure ves No 1 2 3 Contents Update, translate, explain/interpret the local rules and/or standards applicable to the project (Refer to JGCSs current list for possible government applications as Attachment-5) Identify the appropriate governmental organization from which JGCS needs to obtain the permits. Review the deliverables/designs and keep communication with government authority and get all necessary acceptance/approval for the equipment installation. Prepare and get acceptance from government authority complete procedure, time frame, list of equipment. And arrange the inspection before and during and after equipment installation, which require to get the final approval for operation. Including but not limited to: - Identify the equipment which needs to be inspected and registered. Clarify the necessity for Field/Shop inspection related to authority permitting and Vietnamese. (Refer to the equipment list as Attachment-7) - Standards/Statutory Regulations. Identify the extent of the requirement and the required deliverables from each inspection. - Support for preparation of the application documents.

- Review JGCSs deliverables and products against the applicable Vietnamese Standard/Statutory Regulation before inspection. - Arrange the inspection for the equipment when/where required. - Communicate and coordinate with the applicable governmental organization/s to obtain the permit/s on behalf of JGCS if required, or issue the certificate after the inspection completed if possible. - Coordinate between the governmental authorities and JGCS to facilitate answers to any comments regarding JGCSs application/s for permit/s, until the permit/s will be issued, if required. Consult and support for preparation of application to each authority for clarification in order to obtain the Authorities clarification/approval. Translate applications or answers to comments, etc., to local language to communicate to Authority, if required. All other work associated with government application & obtaining final acceptance of government for the statutory equipment design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operation.
