Un nuevo sistema de iluminacin con tecnologa Led creado principalmente para la retroiluminacin en proyectos arquitecturales, imgenes publicitarias, mobiliario comercial, sealizacin e iluminacin directa. El LED de bajo consumo y de alto rendimiento que se utiliza para el desarrollo de este producto, es el mismo que utilizan los televisores LED de ltima generacin, y que proporcionan una luz brillante, uniforme y de larga duracin. Mundo Acryled es tambin el sustituto perfecto de los tubos fluores centes convencionales. Desarrollamos, diseamos y producimos el producto en su totalidad, con tecnologa y maquinaria propia, lo que nos permite poder mejorar, innovar y afrontar proyectos a medida con el fin de satisfacer al mximo las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Grupo MCI presents Mundo Acryled. A new Led lighting system designed mainly for architectural lighting projects, backlight advertising, commercial furniture, signage and direct light. The low consumption and high performance LED lighting technology that we use is developed specifically for this product, using the same advance technology as the current and last generation LED TV. Mundo Acryled its also the perfect solution for the replacement of inefficient traditional fluorescent lighting fixtures. We develop, design and produce the product in its entirety, with our technology and machinery, allowing us to improve and be able to do custom made projects to satisfy all our customers.

CMO FUNCIONA? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Mundo Acryled est fabricado con un PMMA (metacrilato) mecanizado que conduce la luz mediante tramas, la cual ingresa en ste por los cantos. El modo en que se mecaniza el metacrilato es el ms eficiente con respecto a las dems tecnologas, consi guiendo tener un producto con muy buena relacin calidad, precio y eficiencia lumnica, en tiempos de produccin cortos. La sostenibilidad y homogeneidad lumnica se consigue gracias al diferencial de grosor que existe entre el canto iluminado, el centro y el final del metacrilato. Dependiendo de las dimensiones, grosor y lados a iluminar, los mrgenes y formas de mecanizados son diferentes, por este motivo cada Mundo Acryled es un producto nico y hecho a medida 100%. La forma ms sencilla de utilizar Mundo Acryled es colocando una hoja acrlica con la imagen impresa encima de Mundo Acryled , y todo ello sujeto con un marco abatible o perfil U para la rpida sustitucin de la impresin digital. Mundo Acryled is made with a methacrylate milling conducting light through frames, which enters it by the edges. The way of the milling the methacrylate is the most efficient with respect to other technologies, offering to our customer a product with a great price, lighting efficient and short production times. Sustainability and light homogeneity is achieved by differential thickness between the illuminated edge, the center and the end of methacrylate. Each Mundo Acryled is produced custom made. Depending on its size, thickness and illuminated sides, margins and machining shape are different. The easiest way to use Mundo Acryled is to use 1 mm acrylic sheet and print your personal picture on it. Now you can mount this printed sheet with a snap frame system or U-profile for easy replacement of the backlight.

COMPOSICIN COMPOSITION
M  etacrilato mecanizado de alta transparencia (96%) que conduce la luz mediante tramas, la cual ingresan en ste por los cantos. Dependiendo de las dimensiones, grosor y lados iluminados, los mrgenes y forma de mecanizado son diferentes.  Perfil de aluminio con tira LED. Dependiendo de las dimensiones del PMMA que el cliente solicite para su proyecto, se debern de iluminar uno o dos lados. (hasta 400 mm 1 lado iluminado / + de 400 mm 2 lados iluminados). R  eflectante de ptima calidad que ayuda a conseguir la mejor homogeneidad lumnica. C  able de alimentacin + conector (Easy connector, Jack, Cable bipolar).  Fuente de alimentacin.
