2. INTRODUCTION
ThisINSTRUCTION i,IANUAL covers standard typeot; . BASIC MODEL(F-V, FA-V,F&FA-type) . REVERSE CTRCULATTON rypE(R&RAiype) . HIGHIEMPERATURE ISoLATIoN TYPE(B-type) Othertype/model such as High Temperature application Moto(X, Y motor)etc.,needs different instruction manuals. Pleasecheckyourtype/model and if necessary, ask SalesRepresentative. Readcarelully anddo notusethe pumpbefore youthoroughly understand all of the instruction manual. Follow theseinstruction whenoperating the pump. (1) Do not run pumpdry. (2) Completely remove foreign materials frompiping andsystem. (3) Prime pumpand completely ventair in motorhousing before starting. Reverse circulation linesmustbe fullyopenall the wayto the suction tank. Openall valves reverse on priming. circulation linebefore (4) Do not runthe pumpwithdischarge valveclosed for morethanone (1, mrnure. (5) Do notoperate the pumpin a wrongrotating direction. (6) ll pumpis equipped jacket, withcooling or heating do not operate the pumpwithout coolant or heating media. (7) In caseol noiseor vibralion, check causes andtakestepsto correcl. (8) Do not keepthe pumprunning whenTRG (Teikoku Rotary cuardian) meterindicates RED. (9) Whena protection problem, device indicate check the causewithout failand operate the pumponlyafterthe problemis corrected. (10) Whenliquid maylreeze pumpstop,takenecessary or crystallize during precautions. (11) Should you needto operate the pumpunder please different conditions kom the initial specifications, consult Factoryor SalesRepresentative.
