FLUROPIPE ANJA Safety-Tape Spray-Guard for Flanges

The protection for your plant personnel and your equipment! The applicable directives and guidelines for Safety and Accident Prevention (i.e. European Pressure Equipment Directive, national laws for safe operation of plants, BG Chemie ZH1/229 etc.) demand protection against uncontrolled spray-out of dangerous media on flanges! In case of a leakage, the ANJA Safety-Tape deflects the flow of media and in doing so reduces the line pressure to atmospheric. The ANJA Safety-Tape was invented by a former employee from Bayer AG, and is used for many applications around the world since then. This product provides a high safety standard with lowest costs and smallest stock demand. Easy Assembly: Select the right width for the ANJA Safety-Tape according to the applicable flanges used from the table above. Position the tape tightly around the flanges and overlap the ends by 40 to 60mm. Drill the self-drilling screw through the ends by an approved electrical screw-driver.
