Bassnectar Timestretch/Take You Down

Take You Down is the first collection of previously unreleased tracks from Bassnectar since last years Freestyle EP. The title track combines some good old school rave-style beats with a female chanteuse with a chopped and screwed rap chorus into a main-floor banger. B-Side Expanded is true to form Bassnectar dynamics, from the minimalist piano opening to the heart-stopping drop. Its cinematic appeal is only matched by the guttural bassline. Bonus tracks Raw Charles is a bass bin freak-out, both energetic and hard. Colorstorm pairs electric guitar with a characteristic build up and grinding drop, appearing here on sale for the first time since it was teased in previous mixes. Take You Down (West Coast Lo Fi) is the redux of the title track, for the fans of Bassnectars remix work over the years. The result of this collection is something for the Bass Heads, the artists 1million plus hardcore, voracious followers that follow everything Bassnectar does.
