What is VSWR?

VSWR-voltage standing wave ratio It shows how much the signal reflected back due to mismatching in wave guide VSWR STANDS FOR VOLTAGE STANDING WAVE RATIO THE RATIO OF THE MAXIMUM TO MINIMUM VALUE OF STANDING WAVE PATTERN ALONG A TRANSMISSION LINE TO WHICH A LOAD IS CONNECTED. IT SHOW HOW MUCH SIGNAL IS TRANSMITTED AND REFLECTED BACK. USING SITE MASTER WE CAN MEASURE VSWR. ITS RANG IS 1.00-1.30

This is the ratio of power transmitted by the TRx towards the antenna and the power reflected back to the TRx due to some mismatchings. It may be due to fault

What is the frequency range used for Bluetooth in INDIA ? there is no specifications for india/pakistan/europe/us... generally Bluetooth operates on 2.4G hz.. thats it...

What is the difference between Internet and ISDN ? Is both are same or is there any specific difference ? Both are not same.Internet is a collection of servers throughout the world. ISDN is a method of connecting to the internet

internet is the network of networks and ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network)is a set of communications standards for simultaneous digital transmission of voice, video, data, and other network services over the traditional circuits of the public switched telephone network.

ISDN is stands for Integrated Services Digital Network. An emerging technology which is beginning to be offered by the telephone carriers of the world. ISDN combines voice and digital network services in a single medium making it possible to offer customers digital data services as well as voice connections through a single "wire." The standards that define ISDN are specified by CCITT. ISDN offers extended services compared to PSTN. ISDN lines contain two channels: a B channel, which has a 64Kbps (kilobits per second) data transmission rate, and a D channel, which has either a 16Kbps or 64Kbps transmission rate. When the two lines are used together, transmitted data can travel at 128Kbps. Compare ISDN and T-1, T-3 lines .

What is the difference between Diplexer and Duplexer and what position? Duplex is the technique that allow two duplex (bi-connection) communication transmit in one common physical channel! Diplexer is a passive device that combine two or more signals in input ports to a output port. Notice that two or more input signals occupy in different frequency. However, in output, they can be combined without interference to others.

What is the main difference between GSM & CDMA? Cdma is dealing with codes..and its chanel bandwidh is much more than gsm i.e 1.25 MHZ..ALSO it opts on qpsk.

GSM means Global Standard for Mobile Communication which uses TDMA + FDMA as its technique whereas CDMA is Code Division Multiple Access. CDMA generates Random sequence code for each user to access the spectrum. Advantages of CDMA are Less interference, highly secured communication and effective utilization of available frequency.

which slot is reserve for GPRS ? Total time slots= 0 to 31= 32 slots. In which 27,28,29 & 30 are reserved for GPRS. Each time slot is of 64kbps and total is 64*4=256kbps. Thats why we are getting 256kbps when connecting to internet through mobile. This is standard in GSM/Edge BTS. We can also reduce the speed to 64, 128 or 192 by changing the time slot.

which modulation we use in case of GPRS ? GMSK
